Removed pad and reinstalled in the correct position, applied adhesive so it will attach to inner door, all ops good. Job complete."

Got back to this unit to find that the control was not responding correctly to normal operation. Was able to get this unit into diagnostics and perform a calibration. After calibration was performed recheck the unit and found it to be working correctly at this time tested several times over to ensure operation after leaving. no further issues found at this time

"Inspected unit and determine too much condensation being buildup in the upper freezer door gasket. Found faulty freezer door railings, they were loose. Repaired problem by reinstalling the railings tightly and securely. Also added gaskets below the upper freezer door gasket. Also went into test 34 & 40 and set it for 02 to keep heater on 100%. Unit is now working properly. Job complete.

"Customer concerned that the unit is not going through the spin cycle, and is intermittent. Confirmed issue. Upon arrival, tested basket suspension and it seems good and isnt bouncy. Plugged in diagnostics tool and tested each and every component within the washer and everything is working and responding properly. Ran pressure test to 7 inches of water and verified water level is proper. Pressure system ok. Checked recent cycle chart and found that the unit stopped the cycle due to overload error on towel cycle. Deep fill option was not on. Informed customer that I believe it was just an overload error, and recommended to run the deep fill option for most of her cycles. Informed customer that if she still has issues in the near future, I would then recommend replacing the suspension. Customer understood. Performed power reset on the unit. All ops good at this time. FF evaporator is not defrosting completely. Replaced fan motor which includes both thermistors. Clamped defrost thermistor down tight on evap and wrapped in permagum per factory recommendation. Also in diagnostics changed defrost from ADC to standard 8 hour run time defrost which helps these units completely defrost to prevent airflow restriction. Mrs to monitor and advise on unit.

Both compressors, evaporator fans and condenser fan were operational and condenser is clean. No service wrenches in display. Installed new motor and wheel ... wheel was cracked in a spot so installed it and new wheels in the front also replaced wheels in the back last visit... installed broken clip at the back where the to air ducts meet...did not install housing as it did not come with gasket nor did i install the air duct as it did not have gasket... tested unit to work without the noise it had before

Inspected unit and determine the defrost drainage Ptrap was clogged with debri therefore not allowing the water down to the drain pan. Flushed out Ptrap all the way down to pan and also cleaned out debri from Condensor coils. Unit is now working properly. Job complete.

Got back to the unit and installed new spark modules and bottom plate to this unit. Tested after part installation found both the oven and broil to be working correctly now. Was able to get the bake and broil to perform multiple times. Then put the unit completely back together and tested thoroughly. Was able to get the oven cavity up to 350 without issue and was also able to reheat oven at a higher temp after this was performed as well as get the broil working as well. no further issues found at this time. All appears to be working correctly. Job complete.

"Got to this unit to find that the idler pulley was definitely squeaking and other support wheels were in need of cleaning and replacement. Noticed all these things after taking the unit unit apart. Customer estimate at this time to find out what direction to go. Customer approved estimate for the repair kit. Put that into the unit and put the unit back together and tested. Unit is working correctly no further issues found at this time or noises. Job complete.

"Customer concerned that the unit is not producing the door alarm sound. Upon arrival, opened the right refrigerator door and timed it. After 5 minutes exactly, the door ajar alarm came on. It looks like her main control board is faulty to drain pump keep staying active. and will need to be replaced. The estimate for the board as well as a bit too much for her and she has decided she will buy a new unit. Took the drain pump out and Im bringing it back to the shop. We can close the ticket out."

Found suspension to be a little worn and the front feet needed a little adjusting and also went over instructed customer on how much soap to use and fabric softener which i found was way more than needed so with the new suspension and feet leveled and some instructions this customer is happy and back up and running.. Started a load of laundry for her before i left

"Customer concerned that the unit is not cooling properly in the refrigerator section. Confirmed issue. Upon arrival, verified temperature too warm in the refrigerator section. Verified no defrost issue in either section. Freezer fan running good. Refrigerator fan is not running. Ran test 03 for the air baffles and evaporator fans. All fans and baffles work properly in diagnostics. However, once unit is pulled out of diagnostics, the evaporator fan in the refrigerator section will pulsate. Found service bulletin related to this issue which involves changing the main control and interface, both included in the same part number. Quoted customer for a new Control/W10861908. Customer declining repair at this time but will most likely call us to proceed.

Installed new swtich and confirmed unit now turning on and staying on as it is supposed to... advised customer if any issues in the next 30 days to call the office

"Customer concerned that the unit did not drain and will not finish a cycle. Confirmed issue. Upon arrival, plugged in diagnostic tool and ran through diagnostics. Checked all components and they are working perfectly. Suspension is good. Checked through past cycles and found multiple speed wash cycles that were ran, with a super load, over suds, max spin, etc. Informed customer that she cannot run speed wash when trying to wash heavy loads like towels, blankets, etc. Educated customer on proper cycles to run, detergent usage, load sizes, clean washer cycle, etc. Customer understood.

I removed and replaced the diffuser. All functions now check OK. Job complete.

Came to the house and determined ice buildup in the ice bucket compartment on the door and underneath the bucket. Reason this keeps happening is because the units not leveled based on the floors of the house. The unit needs to be raised in the front by lowering the feet just enough this way when the icemaker request for water it doesnt drip down. Leveled and raised unit. It will no longer drop water down to the ice bucket when icemaker is requesting it. Tested properly. Job complete.

"Inspected unit and determine the Triac in the main board is faulty therefore not sending power to the light bulb. Need main board. Installed new main board and installed customers light bulb which he purchased on his own and it was the correct one. unit is now working properly, job complete.

Came and installed new adapter kit and ice maker fan. Ran a test 57 and it passed also ran test 45 and it sent water to icemaker. Also ran test 36 and icemaker fan is working. Power cycled unit and icemaker looks to be working. Job complete.

"Got to this unit to find that the error code was present when I was arrived. This is for drain pump not functioning. Found that the water inside the unit was not leaving due to pump not being able to get it past whatever blockage was in this machine. After confirming that the unit would drain only a trickle at a time pull the top and front cover off the front of this unit. Got down to the drain pump, drained out all water that was still in the unit to find that the screen was clogged on the drain pump. Spoke with customer and let her know that the debris that was in here was stopping the unit from draining. Gave tips on how to not let this happen again. After putting the screen back in and the unit back together, tested and found unit to be draining out thoroughly. No further issues found at this time. Job complete.

"Go to this customers unit to hear from the customer that temperatures have been fluctuating quite a bit in the last week or so. The unit had seen approximately 10? in the freezer and elevated obvious temperatures in the refrigerator as well seen as how this is a single evaporator unit. With this being said when the freezer door was open on arrival, there was clear to see there was a chunk of ice behind the evaporator cover that was along the top edge of the evaporator. Told the customer this could be an indication that this was a low Freon unit. And if we thought this out that the unit may not recover temperature at all. Customer gave the go ahead and was able to remove all the parts quickly and thaw the unit out and then turn the unit back on the compressor to see this unit only had an inch to 3 inches of, frost pattern on the evaporator. This is typically an indication of low Freon. Customer what the estimate would be for doing a sealed system service. Customer declined this due to the age of the unit being over 20 years old. Job complete.

got to this unit to find that all of the notes that Chris had made about this unit were correct. Multiple parts need to be replaced in order to get this unit back to new condition. However, their main parts that are in need of the felt seal for the front top as well as a drum and the ductwork as well. On my first arrival, it sounded as though this unit was making noise from the back of the unit. However, after removing the front panel to gain access and a viewing area for distinguishing where this noise was coming from immediately saw that the drum was falling down and making contact with the ductwork that goes underneath said drum. This is happened due to the seal being missing or damaged. This felt seal along. The top edge is discontinued for this unit unit. As well as multiple other parts that would be needed for this repair. The ductwork is available. However, the rest of the parts being unavailable makes this no void repair. there is nothing to be done as far as the squeak that we are hearing again. This is because the drum has fallen down in the front and is making contact with the metal and plastic of this part. Contacted the owner of the property to let him know what was going on and that we needed a different route for repair at this time. complete
