"Found small amount of ice forming around the sound dampener pad that was installed for noise issue previously. Dampener pad is retaining moisture and temperature causing the ice to form. Unit went into a defrost while I was here so I verified the defrost circuit is good. Repositioned def terminator to prolong defrost to help remove more ice around dampener pad, however I advised the ice around the pad is small enough where it should not create any problems with temperature. Customer is leaving town until October but will monitor when they return and advise. Transaction ID 519992."

"Got to the unit to find out from the customer that they had just received possession of the unit. Gave them some good information on what to look for in any future cleaning if necessary. Ran cleaning cycle with cleaner in it after changing water filter. Had establish that the unit seem to be working properly before these changes were made. Unit was receiving water under normal pressure and had lots of Minerals deposited everywhere in the unit. During cleaning cycle used nylon brush to clean up some of the inside mineral deposits. After approximately 20 to 30 minutes of run time, drained out the cleaner and proceeded to rinse the unit so that the customer would not have to do this. make sure to have the unit fairly clean. "When I arrived, the unit was unplugged from power with the lid locked. Clothing and water were inside. I plugged it in and immediately unlocked. I then enter the unit into diagnostics and found a long drain error code. I tried to cycle the drain pump manually in diagnostics and it would not. I went to the control and checked resistance for the lid latch, and it was good at 12 ohms. I then checked resistance for the drain pump also at, the control with the wires disconnected and read it wide-open. I went down to the drain pump and disconnected the wires. I checked resistance of the drain pump and it was good at 20 ohms. I reconnected the connection and again checked for resistance at the control end of the drain pump wires and they read wide open. No visible signs or breaks in any of the wires going down to the drain pump on the blue and black wires. Unit needs new wire harness. Although drain pump meter good I will return with it also. I am also ordering control in the event that it was damaged by this issue. Inspect the unit and determine the freezer had to match icicles all around the boxed and ice cubes. Looks like the air temperature is not circulating properly got into the freezer compartment and noticed a chunk of ice buildup at the bottom left in the back by the evaporator coil looks to be an air gap in the back wall going to the top of the refrigerator. I sealed all the air gaps confirmed that both vents were not frozen. I called the tech line and reported it to them. Unit is not cooling properly. job complete.

"Inspected unit and when Im there at the customers house the temperatures check out good but customer still stating that they are having fluctuating temperature issues sporadically during midnight hours or sometimes during the day where the freezer temperature goes up to 20° and refrigerator goes up to 55°.
