"Dispenser ice door is allowing moisture up inside and freezing ice bin in place and also pumping ice together. Also, customer played a video for me of a sound coming from inside the unit. It was not very specific so based upon the potentials here I am ordering, what parts may be necessary upon return visit so that we have them. Hopefully at that time the sound will be present for returning check to isolate as it was not present during my visit today. We will only use the necessary parts in order for the repair for the sound. This will require additional time. "Found the unit off and at ambient temperature upon arrival. Unit set for cooling at the UI panel. Found all initial unit operations normal. Confirmed proper function of both the upper and lower drawer positioning reed switches, door seals check good. Evaporator / condenser fan motors both operating at speed with good airflow. Per the customer, following initial failure wherein ice and frost buildup had developed along the full rear panel locking the evaporator fan motor in position, they had removed the unit from power for 48 hours. After the 48 hour thaw they had then returned the unit to power and set for cooling operations. After an additional 48 hours of running in normal cooling operations, frost and ice had again began to develop at the rear panel and evaporator fan motor. Continuing slow / no drain issue appears to be due to installation and/or positioning of the drain hose extension within the homes wall space. "Customer mentioned that the unit ran a normal cycle for six hours. I enter the unity to diagnostics and no error codes were stored. I tested each function, individually and all functions checked OK. I inquired as to how many times this is happened and she says that it has been happening for sometime now. The only thing that could cause this would be a logic interruption on the main control board. I removed and replaced the control board. "Customer reports on one occasion two months prior the unit had displayed an E:15 (Filling Fault), no visible water leak. Unit resumed normal operation the next day. Most recently, customer reports a water leak originating from the unit displacing water up to 6 feet away. No fault was displayed and/or alarm tone generated. Customer has not attempted use of the unit since the water leak had occurred. Unit uninstalled and side panel removed exposing the lower assembly for inspection. Confirmed no standing water within the base pan. Unit ran through testing without fault and/or water leaks. Unable to duplicate operational failure(s) and/or water leaks at time of service. However, did find the units upper trim warped and torn which may have prevented proper seal resulting in reported water leak. Mark with B/S/H tech line advised. New trim (PN: 00668095) needed to correct. Damaged trim left uninstalled allowing for use without water leaks till the new trim piece can be installed. Per the customer, this unit is covered by an extended warranty contract. Customer will call for service dispatch. New trim to be ordered and installed once service dispatch has been received."

Got to the unit to find refrigerator section at 68°. Found freezer section at 66°. Heard fans running both behind and inside. With this information did not hear the compressor running right away shut the unit down power wise to see if start run device was an issue. When unit powered back up Her to start run device kick in. Unit appear to kick off and on a couple times. Due to this changed out the start run device to see if it was going to allow her compressor to run. Waited for 10 minutes after this to find no temperature change in the freezer section at all. Determine the unit is out of Freon. Will have to get sealed system technician out here to service this unit. Got to the unit to find that the motor was turning but was not turning the drum. Got into the unit to find the belt tensioner have stopped spinning Indian burn the belt up and needed to be replaced both pieces. Used dryer repair kit to fix this issue. "Found unit would not function or start producing. Disconnected water level sensor and unit started running and making ice. Also bin thermistor is bad, ordering thermistor and customer will monitor.
