Unit was spinning and spinning with one minute on the clock and not actually finishing out the cycle. Running the diagnostics performs a reset on the computer. Doing this, then proceeded to run a normal cycle that the customer had had issues completing and watch the unit through the cycle. Could find no further issues there and after the reset the unit was able to complete the cycle. Unit appears to be working correctly. Customer to let us know further action if needed."

"Upon arrival, confirmed water sitting in the flood pan. After drying out the pan, I partially uninstalled unit and ran multiple cycles with a transparent door attached. Confirmed all three spray arms are properly spraying when individually activated. Confirmed no leaks at water valve, drain pump, wash pump, pump body seal, diverter, or heater nuts. Removed outer door, skin and confirmed no water leaking from vent or dispenser housing. Found excessive soap scum buildup at lower door splash shield. Also observed middle rack in the lower position, possibly causing the spray arm to stop turning when hitting items and silverware basket. I raised the center rack to the upper position to allow more room between the silverware rack and the spray arm. Advise to run a clean cycle with dishwasher magic to remove excessive soap scum buildup. Also advise to preheat water at sink prior to starting unit. Advised if issue continues to happen, to save up a load of dirty dishes and reschedule for the end of the day and the technician will call one to two hours prior to arrival to possibly find where this water is leaking out from. Unable to detect any leaks at this time.

"Found food product, specifically frozen french fries blocking the units defrost drain allowing the defrost drip tray to freeze over. Issue has caused water to overflow the defrost drip pan during defrost cycles, collect at the FC floor, freeze and intermittently leak out in front of the unit. All ice and food obstructions cleared restoring proper drainage of defrost water. All unit operations check good upon completion of service. Customer to monitor and advise should further service be required.

"New Inlet water valve installed. Unit ran through diagnostic manual component load testing without fault and/or water leaks. Proper water flow to the units water reservoir restored. Unit set to resume ice production however, found cleaning cycle started prior to failure had not completed. As the unit will not resume ice production till cleaning cycle has been completed, clean cycle again started (no descale agent added). POC advised and upon completion of cleaning cycle will set the unit to resume normal ice production. POC will then monitor and advise should further service be required.

"No fault error codes recorded in unit history. Unit ran through both diagnostic testing and normal cycle operations (without load), no failures and/or circuit breaker trip. Confirmed homes circuit breaker supplying power is not GFCI. Full inspection conducted. Found the units door switch wire harness pinched and chafed allowing for intermittent contact with the cabinet interior during times of heavier vibration through cycle operation tripping the homes circuit breaker on occurrence. New door switch from truck stock installed to correct. Testing repeated without fault. Customer instructed to continue normal use of the unit, monitor and advise should further service be required."

"Testing conducted prior to part installation finding low water pressure, sputtering, inconsistent flow, etc. supplied to the unit from the homes water supply valve. 1/4' inch water tubing from miscellaneous truck stock connected to the homes water supply valve in place of the PEX water tubing ran through the cabinetry to the unit. Found slight improvement in water pressure however, still inconsistent and well below what is required for proper ice production and water dispensing. Primary ice production and water dispensing issue not due to a fault of the refrigerator and/or unit components but due to low and/or inconsistent water pressure supplied from the homes water supply valve. Found water pressure continued to increase to moderate pressure by opening and closing the homes water supply valve multiple times, original water supply tube reconnected. Customer will monitor units ice production and water dispensing since improved water pressure has been restored to the unit. Should issues persist, will address the homes water supply valve as a first attempt to correct. Should issues still persist once proper and consistent water pressure has been restored, will call and advise for return service. Customer has paid service.

"Replaced part ordered on previous visit. Tested operations, sense dry still not working properly. Called tech line and spoke with Austin (SR# 7742176684). Tech line had me take the unit apart and confirm continuity through the wire harness from the moisture sensor to the main control and to ohm out the outlet thermistor. Took the unit apart and both components checked okay. Called techline again and spoke with Garrett. He had me wipe the moisture sensors with hot water and test again. Wiped the moisture sensors off and now sense dry is working as designed."

Installed new acu apon arrival and turned unit on and confirmed unit responding and heating like it should... Unit is now back to working like it should and the customer is happy

Got to this unit to find that the catch was no longer catching. Door was able to swing open on its own without any effort whatsoever. Was able to remove and replace the catch on the door side. After doing so checked and made sure that the new catch was holding on as it should. No further issues found. Job complete.

Found customer has power issue at breaker theres no power to receptacle for a wall of microwave customer to call electrician and have power supply corrected and then advise advised customer she has 30 days on the service call

"Found ice jammed and icemaker, causing issue with dispensing released ice. The issue was with the water dispenser not dispensing water properly. Remove filter filter head self bypassing water now dispense properly. Good pressure and flow advised customer needs to replace water filter. All operations test OK customer to advise.

"SR# 7742168586 - On arrival confirmed customers complaint of hole in lower oven compartment panel. Removed panel and found bake element had shorted out in multiple spots and blown out hot metal shards which burned through the metal base. Replaced element and upon further investigation, found that when the bake element shorted it back-fed and took out the bake relay on the main control, as I had 0VAC to the bake element during a bake cycle. Unit would need new base, bake element and main electronic control. Advised Safety Team on unit and they are not offering any assistance with the repair at this time, other than diagnosis. Customer will contact Whirlpool to request further assistance."

"Found unit not cooling in both sections. Verified condenser and evaporator fans were both operational, but no compressor operation. Confirmed 2 Flashes on inverter board indicating faulty inverter. Replaced inverter board from truck stock, verified compressor immediately started running and temperatures were dropping in both sections upon completion of service. Advised to allow 24 hours for both sections to return to set-point of 0F/37F. Mrs will monitor and advise.

"Got to this unit to hear that the customer was having a clicking or knocking or grinding type of noise occurring from the bottom end of the unit. Was able to check and verify that there were no error code stored in this unit. Was able to do some testing and did not hear what the customer was talking about. However, I got underneath the unit to ensure function and that all parts were in place. And thats when I found that the main screw that holds the rotor on to the motor and gear case was laying on the floor. This describes exactly what the customers issue was by the Noise. The unit was making when agitating or trying to spin. Was not engaging correctly, causing the noise, the customer had described. Was able to retrieve a new screw from the truck stock and install new screw into the bottom of this unit. Tightened up to specifications and tested the unit once again. Unit worked correctly after this no further issues found. Job complete.

Recent poor baking results found not to be related to the cleaning method used but due to a crushed door gasket allowing for improper airflow and loss of heating. Confirmed no physical damage. Units door gasket manipulated restoring original shape and function. No fault error codes recorded in unit history. Unit ran through complete diagnostic auto test and diagnostic manual component load testing without fault. Customer instructed to continue normal use of the unit, monitor and advise should further service be required."

Apon arrival i found customers fridge to not be cooling... After inspected unit i found freezer fan not on at all and fridge not getting any air from freezer.... So with new fan that was sent with us i was able to install and get fan to start working and advised customer at this point the fridge will take up to 24hrs to cool and when they start seeing ice start to work the fridge is getting back to normal
