"Now, with the ability to uninstall the unit, full inspection conducted finding the units blower motor had never been connected to the wire harness during manufacturing resulting in over heating of the electronics, displayed faults and operational failure. Electrical spades of the blower assembly clear of contact marks. Wire harness for the blower assembly was found to be routed towards the front of the unit. Wire harness rerouted, connection restored and secured to correct. Functional testing conducted finding the blower assembly now engaging operation at 170°F in normal bake cycle. Additionally, the customer is reporting ice and frost accumulation development in the FC interior along the lower left portion nearing the FC door. "Go to the unit to find the when first tested the unit would start running for about 3 to 5 seconds and shut down immediately. No heating happening during that time. Got the unit down took the cover off to find the top door switch had two terminals hanging from it. Was able to determine which ones went where, since they were not the same size. And found that one of the terminals was not clicking into place and locking. was able to give a slight bend to the locking mechanism on the terminal. This allowed it to lock in place and not slide off at all. Replaced the magnetron. Tested again to find all is now heating and working properly. No further issues found."

"When I arrived, I entered the unit into diagnostics and found in Test 56 E5 error code. And then ran the following tests and all checked good.Test 57 harvestedTest 45 Fill test okTest 15 Ice level sensor ok with bin in and removed. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke with Steve.Freezer thermistor 12.3k ohms at the control board. Freezer temp 20 which are correct for temp and resistance. I then checked fan operations and all fans and baffles were functioning fine. I checked frost pattern at freezer evaporator and had very minimal frost while unit was in a cooling cycle. Whirlpool Techline suggests sealed system issue at this point and for sealed system tech to come back and check pressures and check system for leaks.
