"Go to the unit to find the when first tested the unit would start running for about 3 to 5 seconds and shut down immediately. No heating happening during that time. Got the unit down took the cover off to find the top door switch had two terminals hanging from it. Was able to determine which ones went where, since they were not the same size. And found that one of the terminals was not clicking into place and locking. was able to give a slight bend to the locking mechanism on the terminal. This allowed it to lock in place and not slide off at all. Replaced the magnetron. Tested again to find all is now heating and working properly. No further issues found."

"Got to the unit to find that the cam pulley came loose again. Believe this to be due to the threads of the gearcase having junk on them. This was not allowing for the lock tight to be effective. Due to this wiped off the threads of the gear shaft installed new cam assembly and belt. Tighten this nut with a impact gun to ensure tightness. Installed parts that were taken apart to test after testing found this unit to be now functional. However, since the pulley had loosened up again, the shield for the belt needs to be replaced, so that no issues will occur with the belt from here forward.
