"Got to this unit to find that the chute handling water to go from interior freezer wall to the icemaker was misaligned. This was allowing for some water to go into the icemaker, but primarily most of it was going down along the back of the unit. There was a very thin sheet of ice across the back of the evaporator cover. This was not blocking any of the ports for recycling air. Unit will take care of the ice on its own. Realigned the shoot and put back in the correct positioning. Tested the Icemaker to ensure that water was no longer leaking and also going into the correct place. It now is an icemaker should not only make better Fuller ice, but no longer having water down the back."

"No fault codes recorded in unit history. However, the customer reports, since initial failure wherein repair service had been conducted and installation confirmed sound by the dealer, only one wash cycle had been attempted without change, identical operational failure. Unit ran through testing both in diagnostics and normal cycle operations finding excessive suds conditions even after multiple fill and drain cycles. Confirmed the customer is using appropriate detergent / rinse-aid and quantities with no other introduction of sudsing agents. Customer states the rinse-aid reservoir had recently been filled however, was found to be completely depleted which would result in over suds conditions as found. Unit allowed to operate in 15min Rinse Cycle finding cycle to reach the 4min mark yet continue operations with 4min displayed in excess of 16min. Found water temperature within the drawer to be of tap temperature of 72°F. Primary failure appears to be originally due to over suds conditions as a fault of the units detergent dispenser which can and will result in operational failure of the heater circuit. Unit will need to be uninstalled allowing for full component access and multimeter testing to confirm or rule out all component failures.
