Please united to diagnostics and found stored fault code F4E3 indicating failed wash pump motor. Confirmed wash pump receiving 120 V and being unresponsive. Installed new wash pump assembly and ran short test. Confirmed all ops functioning properly with no leaks detected. Job complete.

Found customer with a few issues with the unit... Motor got hot as the actuator stopped shifting and the cam shaved itself into a few pieces and with these issues and the age the customer is going to purchase a new washer

Found right side of adjuster wheel was damaged and rack would not pull out and got hung up.... Was able to break it free and pull rail out and install new adjusters for both sides and confirmed unit now opening and closing properly and the customer is happy

"Got this unit to hear from the customer that the unit would intermittently be cooling, and then with a power surge that the entire house would receive the unit may or may not come back to life. Meaning that the compressor may not come back on, although the rest of the machine is acting as though its working. This is obviously an issue for the customer. in the eyes of the customer and basic what I was understanding out of this unit that this was a last ditch effort to hopefully get something repaired if viable to keep this unit going. However, through testing this unit is not showing any specific quality to say or pinpoint what the actual issue is here after shutting the power off to this unit couple times there were different results almost every time as well as getting in and out of diagnostics finding odd behavior as well. unfortunately, this could be diagnosed as being a inverter box for the compressor, or one of the control boards, whether that is the main one in the back or the user interface that has a logic in the front. There is also suspicion for the ice room fan not working correctly. All of these things considered not many of them are going to be viable in the customers eyes as heard to be repairs to move forward. Customer was hoping for some version of an answer that we could move forward with one part and be justified in doing so. However, with all of the strange and intermittent behavior from this unit, there is no good recommendation to move forward with this. we could spend money on one part and fix it or spend lots of money on multiple parts and still not fix it. Because of this customer is understood and all of this explained the best of my ability. Customer is going to try to use a surge protector to eliminate the quick power interruptions that they sometimes experience here. If this fixes the unit, they are obviously all for it, but not likely as a full repair. Job complete."

"On arrival found the units ice bin filled to nearly max level however, ice produced found to be excessively thin. Got to this unit and found the suspension to be extremely bouncy. After installation of the suspension ran calibration and unit was having difficulty completing. Was able to do more automatic testing and found unit to be moving through without issue. After this complication ran calibration after that and was able to complete. Because of the odd behavior tested the unit again and a quick wash to make sure that all functions were working during my presence. Unit now is appearing to be working correctly. No further issues job complete.

Unit was off tested pressure of unit off +10 low side 75 high side with unit running low side -20 vac. 90 high side no dye found called tech line advised non repairable 7742144485.

Found F01 fault upon immediately powering unit up and unable to run any heating cycles. Pulled unit down and found thermistor wires unplugged from control. Reconnected thermistor to control and verified no faults present and unit is heating properly. All operations test OK at this time.

Apon arrival i found the customers washing machine completeley off balance with a bad wobble with off set feet... Unit could use suspension rods but customer declined those charges so i adjusted the feet for the customer and showed her in a drain in spin the big difference and she should still be able to use her machine for awhile

Found icemaker optics was in the off position. Moved the icemaker optics to the on position. Advised Mr., possibly waterline was froze, preventing water getting into icemaker. Gave a quote to replace fill tube heater.

Confirmed F2E1 shorted key on user interface. Replaced user interface assembly from pre-ID part. Programmed new console to units model number and verified normal operation of touch pad function. All operations test OK at this time.

"F0-E9 (Off Balance Pause) displayed at the UI on arrival. Additionally; F0-E5 (Off Balance Load) & F0-E3 (Overload) recorded in unit history, cleared prior to testing. Inspection conducted finding the units suspension heavily worn resulting in out of balance load conditions and high speed spin failures. No other visible component damages found. Unit ran through diagnostic load testing also finding and/or reporting no additional component failures. New suspension kit supplied by pre-ID installed to correct. Unit ran through full diagnostic cycle without fault, water leaks and/or abnormal sound issues. All unit operations check good upon completion of service. Customer to continue normal use of the unit and advise should further service be required.

Confirmed reported drum rotation failure. Found stiff rotation of the units idler wheel which had been causing additional friction and heat till breaking the drive belt. A new idler assembly and drive belt supplied by pre-ID installed to correct. Unit ran through operational testing now without fault. All unit operations check good upon completion of service. Customer to continue normal use and advise should further service be required.

Found icemaker connections in ice room area had started to arch due to loose wiring. Cleaned connections and properly secured harness and icemaker immediately cycled and filled. Included photos of harness and advised customer to monitor as the harness on the machine side is not a serviceable part. If problem persists will need to contact Techline and extended warranty. Customer will monitor and advise.

Took boat over to island home and replaced the evaporator fan motor job completed

Ran a complete normal wash cycle and quick wash cycle. Not one drop of water was detected coming from the machine. Unit checks OK. Advised Mr. To record a video next time suspecting washer leaking.

Ran short test cycle and found water dripping from the drain hose where it connects to the back panel. Found clamp was hanging halfway off. Repositioned and tightened drain hose clamp. Confirm no more water leaking. Job complete.ssn

Remove and replaced shelf assembly reinstalled drawer all operations test OK customer to advise

"Checked for door alarm issue. Educated customer of normal operation on unit, door alarm takes approximately 5 minutes to ring, and isnt constant. It will ring a few times and then pause for a minute or two, then chime again. Explained no ability to raise volume or change frequency. Unit working as designed."

Checked unit found no water to icemaker or water dispenser. Removed filter and it is working. Cust will get new filter and if this is not the issue then we will replace the filter housing.

Installed handle all ops ok.

Found blower belt had popped off again. Installed new motor and blower wheel. Ran short test and confirmed all ops functioning properly. Job complete.

"Cx complaint: unit wont drain*SSNUpon arrival, tipped unit u, found a loose harness connect at the drain pump. Inspected wire harness, found no broken or burnt wires. Reconnected wire harness and tested operations successfully. Unit operates as designed.

Found wash motor only hums when energized. Estimate declined at this time to replace pump assembly.

"Found unit would not start a cycle and was stuck on the Please rotate the knob to an available cycle screen. Unable to enter service diagnostics. Unit falls under Service Pointer W11436354 for this issue. Verified all ribbon cables are properly secured, indicating a faulty UI. Gave customer estimate and it was approved. Replaced UI assembly and ran through a quick wash which completed without fault."

"CASE# 4105467899 - On arrival, tapped system and found low side running in about a 25in vacuum. Pressurized system with Nitrogen to maximum allowed of 100psi. Using bubbles, located a leak in the upper zone heat exchanger. Spoke with Thermador Techline and confirmed heat exchangers are not serviceable on these units. Provided homeowner with case number, advised Thermador will contact customer with further information.

Removed old wash pump assembly and installed new wash pump assembly. Perform short test and confirmed all ops functioning properly with no leaks detected. Job complete.
