"Got to this unit to find that the customer complains of cycles not running long enough and dry and close properly. This was due to the fact that the legs were not properly leveled. The feet in the front needed to be dropped down in the feet in the rear need to be raised up so that the loon could shift towards the moisture sensor. Before the adjustment was made, the unit would run hook closed only in the center of the drum. With the size of the drum on these units the clothes were never making contact with the moisture sensor. Once the level was changed slightly to address this issue, there was no longer an issue with drying. With just two hand towels being wet put them in and unit was still trying to dry when leaving rather than shutting down within the first five minutes. Job complete. This unit is under warranty but its actually brand new customer did not have email for the contract with Rent-A-Center. Inform customer to get in contact with whirlpool to get that date established.; dspstn on spec-tagged invntry: 1 WP8577274 THERMISTOR"
