With 2nd tech i returned and we found the hub had split on the shaft and we had to pin the wash plate down to disengage the bolt... Once we did that we than removed top of the lid to remove hoses for 6 way valve... Found determined that the start run device had stopped working correctly and was not able to keep the compressor running. Gave customer estimate for exchanging out this part. Customer approved the repair and I installed the new start run device. After installation, the unit was plugged in and found it to now be running and not stopping. Unit appears to have a good frost pattern in the freezer section definitely a visible frost pattern at the bottom of the evaporator. This leads me to believe the unit should be back up to par within 24 to 48 hours. Temperatures should return to normal. Job complete.

"Cx complaint: noisy operations.Upon arrival, started a normal cycle and confirmed cx complaint. Took the unit apart and found foreign objects stuck in the blower wheel. Removed foreign objects and vacuumed out remaining debris. Put the unit back together and tested operations successfully. Unit now operates as designed.

"Got back to this unit, tested and found that the mister was faulty. Therefore replaced the harness on this unit. Was then able to test again he still was not actuating.
