"Customer concerned that the screen was displaying an error related to the temperature sensor. After turning unit off at the breaker for approximately 20 hours, the error has not come back. Ran unit on a 350 degree bake cycle and monitored temperatures. Temperature reached 325 degrees within a reasonable time. Cooling fan is operational. Got to this unit and found out the oven cavity would not heat up when selected to. Watching the igniter discovered that it did not appear to be igniting at all no glow or anything. Gave customer estimate for a new igniter. Customer approved and I replaced the igniter. After replacement started to test the unit and found that the igniter indeed was the issue.put the unit back together completely and ran up to test. Once unit had achieved over 200? shut it off. No further issues found at this time. Job complete

"Got back to this unit and could hear a vibration noise coming from the rear of this unit. Pulled the unit back out and pulled the rear cover off and found a couple different lines that possibly were making this noise. Once getting the unit back into position had to re-level the unit, also discovered that the level that had been previously performed by myself was not quite correct. It did end up needing more adjustment than what was originally done to make this unit properly level. Once this was achieved, the doors were closing appropriately and more firm Lee. While behind panel changing fan motor i found the little tube coming out the wall in the left hand side that lets the freeon come into the freezer evap from a big tube to a little tub was making a very loud noise more than it should i was able to reposition it and took some sealer gum from truck stock and seal it up a little bit better and also stopped the noise and put everything back together and customer is very happy she can have her fridge back in place

"Got back to this unit and still found lots of condensation on the top leading edge of the freezer door gasket. Doesnt look as though much has changed since I was here even making the slight adjustments that I did. However, today I did install the gaskets up underneath the top leading edge of the door that is meant to prevent this issue. Not completely convinced that this door is going to be fixed by this. Reason being is I was seeing more condensation on the door side away from the door gasket. This has been an indication in the past of needing a new freezer door because of a void in the freezer door foaming. In the production of that door. if this continues more, the door will have to be replaced.

Came and inspected unit and determine the icemaker was caught in a hiccup state. Reset the main control and also Jump started the icemaker and it is now working properly. Also checked temperature and water pressure and they both are working correctly. Job complete.
