Got back to this unit and was able to get this unit taken apart had a little trouble getting the spanner nut off and did cause damage to it. Thankfully had ordered another one. "I got to this unit to find error code 21 for stuck button definitely being shown on the screen. Was able to clear the error code and do a reset on the computer and the unit no longer seems to be having the issue. It was having originally. Tried using the oven and pressing all the buttons at different points in time and could no longer get the unit to respond the way it was. Gave the customer the estimate for the user interface and for installation of that. Customer thought that this was slightly expensive but better than a new stove. However, the unit would no longer misbehave while I was here. Gave customer that estimate so that she knew what would be involved if we had to come back to fix this. She is going to make her decision over the next week or so.

"Customer concerned that the unit will not turn on. Confirmed issue. Upon arrival, accessed the outlet and the terminal block and checked incoming voltage. With unit unplugged, verified proper power between L1/N, L2/N, and L1/L2. However, once the unit is plugged in, the power at the terminal block is sporadic. Found that the L1 and L2 are flipping voltage. One line is really high and the other is low. This can only be an issue with the incoming voltage. Also found that the range is not on a dedicated circuit. I am unable to tell at this time if there is damage to the main control, informed customer that the voltage issue will have to be fixed first. Customer will be calling an electrician, and may call us back at a later time if issue persists after electrical issue is resolved. Job complete."

"Customer concerned that the unit is displaying F8E0 error code for low fan speed on the lower oven. Upon arrival, checked error codes and found F8E0 saved. Cleared error code and manually turned on the cooling fan for both compartments. Found that both the fans are running just fine and are operating at low and high speed. Started unit on a 359 bake cycle and let the unit get to temperature. The issue did not come back and unit reached target temperature. Informed customer to monitor the unit. "F5-E3 (Lid Lock Fault) recorded in unit history, cleared prior to testing. Unit entered into manual load testing finding the lid lock assembly unresponsive. Units top panel unsecured allowing for visual inspection of the lid lock assembly. Found due to an out of balance load condition (suspension checks good) the lid lock had been unsecured from the top panel causing the lid strike to become caught in the lid lock actuator. Confirmed no physical damage. Lid lock assembly securely reinstalled into the top panel releasing the lid latch. Unit again ran through manual load testing finding full function of the lid lock restored. All other diagnostic tests and operations also passed without fault and/or water leaks. Customer to continue normal use of the unit, monitor and advise should further service be required."

"Customer reports ignition failure of the LF cooktop burner only. States all other cooktop burners fully functional. Confirmed strong electrical arc from the LF spark igniter electrode. Inspection conducted finding the LF simmer gas orifice carbon blocked preventing required gas flow and air to fuel mixture needed for ignition. Simmer orifice cleared restoring proper gas flow. LF burner ignition restored, flame envelope in settings low through high check good. Customer to continue normal use of the unit and advise should further service be required.
