"On arrival, customer reported unit temperatures have been good with now more sound issues occurring however, the the units ice maker still yields low ice production. Confirmed unit temperatures and airflow optimal for normal ice production. New ice maker from truck stock installed in attempt to improve ice production speed. Approved silicone adhesive applied beneath the cabinets foamed in ice maker water fill tube and water guide to prevent potential water leaks during ice maker water fill cycles. New evaporator fan and dual inlet water valve installed to correct and prior issues found. All unit tests and operations check good upon completion of service without fault and/or water leaks. Customer to monitor unit temperatures, operations, ice production, sounds, etc. and advise should further service be required.

"On arrival verified FC at -1F and RC at 35F. Verified high temp alarm in display. Reset alarm and ran unit through a diagnostic cycle which tested all thermistors, damper, fans and compressor. All components passed test. Advised Mr that unit was set to 33F which being so close to freezing may have caused unit to run too cold and possibly freeze up an air return which wouldve restricted airflow. Set both compartments to recommended which is 0F and 38F. Mr will monitor unit and advise. All operations test OK at completion of service.

"Got to this unit to find that the actuator capacitor and cam were all bad. Previous technician had found that the actuator and capacitor were at fault. But the cam was also faulty. This was either result of the shifter being bad or vice versa. Was able to replace these parts and test. Once the unit was tested, found there to be no further issues at this time. Unit ran through calibration and automatic test without issue or fail. Gave the customer some pointers on correct usage of this unit so that the further usage should be more effective. Job complete.

Upon arrival, customer had pre installed new suspension rods and confirmed proper installation and part number. Suspension is good. During manual spin, noticed basket is not spinning cylindrical and seems warped. Removed agitator and accessed basket nut. Found heavy corrosion and rust on basket and a crack on the basket as well, which is causing the basket to be slightly off. Need new basket for this unit and the unit is over 10 years old so we cannot get basket covered. Quoted customer for a new Basket/W10554251 with shipping and installation. Customer declining repair and is getting a new washer. Job complete.

"Customer concerned that the dryer will not start and will display F01 error code and flash the lint screen light. Confirmed issue. Upon arrival, checked power at outlet and terminal block and got 120/120/240vac. When unit tries to start, the drum does not turn and will error. Drum is not restricted at all and belt is secure. According to tech sheet, the F01 error code is related to main control fault. Checked all components in the dryer such as thermal fuse, exhaust thermistor, high limit thermostat, cycle thermostat, heating element, door switch, and motor switch and they are all good. Unit has failed main control. Main Control is discontinued, so we cannot order this part. Informed customer of this, and they will be replacing the unit. Job complete."

No active fault code displayed in diagnostics. Found water accumulation below the RC deli drawer due to an obstructed RC evaporator defrost drain. Ice dispensing failure reported due to the units ice container intermittently releasing during use preventing proper engagement between the auger motor coupler and ice container receiver. Unit ice maker found to be fully functional producing clear, solid and full sized ice cubes. Multiple unit component parts to include (but not limited to) a new RC evaporator cover, RC defrost sensor, updated leak kit and ice container will be needed to correct primary failures. Customer has been advised, saturation of the cabinets expanding foam insulation surrounding the RC defrost drain (non-serviceable) may and likely has become compromised due to water saturation which will result in reoccurring failure regardless of installation of above listed components. Advancement of repair not advised due to the units age and high cost of repair vs low success rate. Customer will advise should further service be requested.

"Condo unit currently under renovation. Blue tape note on the units exterior door panel reports no ice production. Unit running in cooling operations. No product within the FC / RC sections. Operating temperatures at or less than 7?F above set points of 0?F FC / 37?F RC, which is to be expected with no thermal load. No service indicators illuminated at the UI panel. Units water filter uninstalled, water filter empty, no water supplied. Found the homes water supply valve to the unit under the kitchen sink base closed. Additionally, found the braided stainless steel supply hose pinched under the units left rear leveling foot, braided stainless steel supply hose and freed (no physical damage, picture attached for reference). Water supply valve opened. Units ice maker initiated and completed harvest cycle to include proper water fill without fault and/or water leaks. All unit tests and operations check good upon completion of service. Customer to advise should further service be required."

"Got to this unit to find that the customer was experiencing loud noises coming from the evaporator fan. This was due to the icemaker delivering water to not just the mold, but also down behind the evaporator and getting into an around the evaporator fan shield. Because of this was able to use some perm to seal up and around the shoot, that is supposed to deliver water to the icemaker. Sealed up in and around the shoot to ensure water going into the correct place. Once this was done, no water was traveling down the back wall and only going into the icemaker.job complete"

"Upon arrival, found control panel working properly when entering programs cycle, but unresponsive after start button has been pressed. Gained access to main control and confirmed proper voltage going in. All components check good from a main control harness. Reassembled unit and found unit working properly now. Customer concerned that the bottom status led is not working. Confirmed issue. Upon arrival, started unit on a cycle and verified status light is not visible. Upon further inspection, found bottom sound dampening flap is on backwards and blocking the status led port. Removed pad and reinstalled in the correct position, applied adhesive so it will attach to inner door, all ops good. Job complete."

Got back to this unit to find that the control was not responding correctly to normal operation. Was able to get this unit into diagnostics and perform a calibration. After calibration was performed recheck the unit and found it to be working correctly at this time tested several times over to ensure operation after leaving. no further issues found at this time
