Got to this unit to hear from the customer that the unit would have a water leak after most cycles. Tested and found the heating element to have a slight looseness to the nut. Was able to tighten this. Also found that the unit had more suds during the diagnostic cycle and I would like. Spoke with the customer about how to make changes to remedy this problem as well. Ran several tests over and could no longer find any water leaks. Job complete.
