"Got to this unit to hear from the customer that the doors were not closing correctly as well as the unit sometimes could not be opened without pulling the unit out, trying to open the doors. Got into the freezer section and indeed found that there was a small piece of foam in the drain area possibly keeping this unit from draining thoroughly and also having issues with The opening and closing of doors if this is prohibiting air from leaving this unit. Was able to get into the drain area and remove said blockage then use the steamer to ensure the drain itself was free and clear of any ice blockage. Then got behind the unit and inspected the drain tube as well. Could find no evidence of this now being blocked. Tested the operation again and was unable to get the doors to stick shut believe that this was a direct issue with the drain. Explained a few other items to the customer and the unit appears to now be working correctly. Job complete.

Got to this unit to find that the inlet valve was stuck in the up position. After moving the inlet valve float up and down multiple times and give it a spin. Found that diagnostics was able to provide that this unit is now working correctly. Unit ran through all diagnostics and had no issues after adjusting the float. Unit now working correctly. "Got to this unit to hear from the customer that the drum would not spin with a heavy load in it. Open the unit up and found that the belt was extremely dry rotted and cracked. Was able to easily see that the belt was no longer able to grip the drum therefore it was not turning during heavy loads. Recommended belt replacement And was approved. Install installed new belt and tested unit is now gripping the drum correctly and is able to spin clothes, heavier than just a drum. Job complete."

"Cx complaint: not maintaining temp and sometimes shuts down completely during operations.Upon arrival, tested bake functions. Found both bake and broil burners working properly. Ran a temperature test at 350 degrees. Found cut in temps of 358, 358, and 358. Found cutout temps of 362, 362, and 362. With an average temp of 360 degrees, which was 10 degrees hotter than the set temp. Cx insisted I run another temp test at 425 degrees, and I found an average temp of 435 degrees. My findings show the unit is actually running 10 degrees hotter than set temperature. Advised cx I did not want to offset the temps because that would make it run cooler than it already is. Unit did not shut down at all during operations. Advised cx to call the office if it continues shutting down during operations."

"Got back to this unit and was able to install the burner kit for the left front burner. We were having issues where the unit was not starting as quickly as the rest of the burners. After checking over orifices and cleaning any of those orifices also putting the new burner assembly together. After doing so tested, the unit found that it to be more repeatable results as far as lighting the burner. It does not light exactly the same as the rest however, showing the customer what I was able to do to make the unit not have extra gas in 95% of the time lighting the customer was better with this solution and also glad to be educated about why this particular burner was having issues. Between talking with the customer and replacing this part and cleaning other spots believe this unit to be now working correctly."

After installation ran testing and found the unit to be making a knocking noise with the three towels that we originally tested with. "Customer concerned that the right refrigerator door will pop open after the left refrigerator door is shut. Confirmed issue. Found that the hinge stops have already been replaced with the updated version. Made adjustment to the right side door mechanism and also manually turned on the mullion so it is heating all the time. This may help with the door closure. However, informed customer that the only recommendation that manufacturer has is to close the left door first, and then close the right door on top of the mullion. Otherwise, the mullion will pop open the right door. Customer understood but is unhappy with the situation. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to bypass this, and the right door will have to be closed last. Job complete."

Found no ice production due to frozen fill tube. Pulled fill tube and flushed out completely in the sink. Manually cycled and filled icemaker and verified proper fill. All operations test OK at this time. If problem returns in the future may need to replace dual valve Assy. Customer will monitor and advise.
