"Got to the unit to find that the igniter is not heating up enough to register for proper resistance going to control. When taking old igniter off, found that the contacts were questionable inside the ceramic wire nut. Due to this cut back some of the sheathing on the wires for connecting to the main harness, and ensure to make strong and firm connections inside ceramic wire nut. After doing so put the unit back together and tested unit is showing that igniter is blowing nice and red. Took one cycle for the igniter to heat before the gas would come on once the gas came on and started preheating had no issues whatsoever with the unit turning back on to heat after that. Also found that the broil element would work as well. At this time no further changes seem to be made unit appears to be working properly now. Job complete.

"Found F9E1 long drain again, plumbing work was not done so drain setup is still not ideal. Customer ran Affresh tablets through the washer which loosened up dirt and grime but because of the long drain hose and the small drain pipe the washer could not properly drain out the debris which started the error again. Drained unit twice into a bucket and cleared lines out completely, verified good flow from drain pump. Customer will contact a different plumber for assistance and will advise."

"Suspension is in perfect working order, tub ring has balancing fluid, spin basket is in perfect working condition. Customer does not want to accept that The unit is in perfect working order. I instructed the customer on the use and care of the unit. They showed me two huge blankets that they loaded into the unit at the same time, and were wondering why it was going off balance. I took the time to explain to them how to properly load this unit and explained every other function and cycle on the unit. They did not want to accept the fact that they need to adjust how they are loading machine. I Explained to the customers that if we came back out here for the same issue that they would be charged the service call fee. Unit is in perfect working condition. No problems found."

Got back to the unit and had to defrost evaporator after defrosting found that one of the wires had pulled out of the plug that goes to the heater. This is been a fault of this design since I have seen it new Peter has harness built onto it to resolve this issue. Installed and put unit back together. Installed new computer and set to ideal in normal settings. Unit should be ready to do it the job.

"Got to the unit to find lights, lit, multiple lights, lit, and when touched lights would dim out and not respond. Suspect is that there might be an external factor before getting into the unit. Once in the unit did not see anything wrong. Wiggled some wires on the control and tested unit again I had no further issues with the unit during a full diagnostic cycle. No further issues seen at this time put the unit back together fully. Collected for service call. If this continues or happens again, we would definitely be going after user interface. This was also an error code F2 E2. Job complete at this time

"Got back to the unit and installed new user interface. Then installed new icemaker. After these parts were installed, shut power down to the unit and turned back on after a minute. Unit started back up and tested icemaker and diagnostics unit is performing properly dispensing water into the maker as well. Unit no longer having lag in report in diagnostic. Unit is set for proper running.

Got to this unit to find that the unit was not defrosting properly. The freezer section evaporator was completely frozen over. Found that the defrost sensor was faulty. Replaced with fan motor harness assembly. Tested to check for function. Unit is now cooling and working properly. Collected for part labor and service call. Job complete.
