Confirmed no visible damage to the water filter and/or filter housing. Restricted water flow appears due to a fouled water filter. 00267 gc got to this unit was able to install both dispenser and new water valve. After installation of these parts ran a automatic test and could not confirm whether or not this was actually working correctly or not. Further testing on a color cycle did not complete the cycle since it was going to take excessive time. Talking with the customer he had had previously seen when the unit was working correctly that the quick cycle was indeed giving fabric softener and bleach when used. to test this theory started the unit on a quick cycle and started to run it through. Indeed found that both the fabric softener dispenser and bleach dispenser are indeed giving water to the unit through these portions of the dispenser. No further testing needed at this time since the issue appears to be resolved. Job complete.

Got to this unit to find that we had a light flashing on arrival. Tried to cancel the unit and it would not. Unplugged the unit gave it approximately five minutes to power down completely plug. The unit back in and test it again was able to get into diagnostics and perform a calibration. After performing calibration was also able to get back into diagnostics and test with an automatic cycle. Unit was able to complete automatic cycle without issue. Went through and tested the unit on a normal cycle as well. Was unable to replicate the issue that I saw when I initially hear. Explain to the customer what I did and was unfortunately unable to replicate the issue that the customer had. Believe that the unit is set for success at this time. No further issues found. Job complete.

Came to inspected unit and determine the unit was under charge so therefore since last repair it has never gotten to correct temperature.. when I checked pressure it was very low. So I vacuumed system completely. Recharged system with correct amount of refrigerant 68 grams R600a and unit is now cooling properly. Job complete.

"Units FC door uninstalled, original door gasket removed and new gasket installed securing with both adhesive and screw kit. All ice and frost clear from the FC and door reinstalled. All unit tests and operations to include proper seal of the new FC door gasket check good upon completion of service. Customer to monitor and advise should further service be required.
