Got to the unit to find that the icemaker was stuck. Motor was not responding to lever operation or power cycle. Determine icemaker to be faulty. Replaced icemaker and tested. Found that icemaker is working properly now. Job complete.

Took back cover off Freon lines going threw the cabinet were permagummed shut put extra around the wiring going into cabinet ref was empty when I arrived which will cause big temp swings cust complaining about alarm going off erratically probably due to temp swings instr cust she has to put food in it and was very combative saying she looses all her food when she does icemaker was working and was 36 degrees in ref section when I arrived did notice frost acccumilation on the back left corner of the freezer section but none on the right side corner checked icemaker fill tube for leaks found none

I remove and replace the ordered parts. I then tested all functions and checked for leaks and the unit Now checks OK. Job complete.

"When I arrive customer told me that occasionally when the cycle is complete, the clothes still feel wet and there is no standing water inside He also explained of a water sensor located on the floor behind the unit that detect water only when running a clean washer cycle . I asked if any cleaning agents were used or washer machine cleaners such as Affresh during that, and he said no. I entered the unit into diagnostics and there werent any error code stored. I pulled the unit out and looked for water or evidence of water stains. There was no water stains on the unit on the wall or on the floor. No evidence of a leak anywhere in sight. Customer explained that he had wiped up the water which he says is about 4 ounces when this happens. I ran and filled the unit and drained it seven or eight times and also ran a clean washer and a normal cycle and not a single drop of water leaked from the unit. I explain to the customer that if the clothes feel wet at the end of a cycle periodically that is because the unit had gone off balance and did not enter a high speed spin. Suspension is in good working order. I also advise the customer that, if water leaks again to get as much video and/or photographic evidence as possible to help narrow down any potential leaks. No problems found today. Job complete. No error codes stored in diagnostics memory."
