"Sr#7741733830 got to this unit to hear from the owner of the home that there were multiple times where this unit had sparked or popped in someway shape or form that was loud enough to scare the customer on multiple occasions. Tested the unit here today with a coffee cup with some water in it and found the unit to be indeed heating and did not observe any of the noise as the customer was hearing. However, since safety is involved, we did have to contact them and talk to them and report our findings.At that time, the safety team has recommended that they are going to reach out to the customer and talk to them about the next version of what is gonna happen with this unit."

Found debris stuck in blower housing causing noise. Removed blower housing and cleared debris. Unit working as designed now. All checks ok

Inspected unit and determine the nut that hold the rotor to the stator we loose therefore making loud noises on the spin cycle. Repaired problem by reinstalling it tightly and securely. It is now working properly and making its normal operational noises. Job complete.

Inspected unit and determined the main control board is faulty. The pressure switch internally is not working therefore keeping the drain pump running at all times. Which will not allow the unit to start a cycle. Install new main control board. Tested operation of the unit and it is now working properly. Job complete.

Installed new logic board (dispenser board). Performed icemaker harvest test and confirmed completion. Performed icemaker water fill test and found water line was frozen. Activated icemaker fill tube heater for two minutes. Performed water filled test again and confirmed Proper water flow. Advise Mr. to allow 48 hours before ice bin fills up.

Found unit stuck draining due to failed pressure switch. Replaced control with one from truck stock. All checks ok

"Customer concerned that the unit stopped heating after the circulation pump repair. Confirmed issue. Upon arrival, found F7E1 error code for no heat. Ran through diagnostics and confirmed 5.5-7.5 amp draw at heater. Found that the control just needs to be cleared of all error codes following the last repair. Completed diagnostics and forced a reset on the control, clearing all error codes. Unit working as designed now. Job complete."

Customer canceled because I wasnt sent with a bulb. Customer will buy it herself.

"On arrival property management had advised ice production failure reported believed to have been the result of the water supply to the home being shut off. Water supply to the home has since been restored, requests the unit be checked over. Unit initiated ice production cycle. Confirmed water fill, spray pattern, compressor run, cooling of the evaporator mold, etc. All unit operations check good at time of service. POC instructed to allow the unit to resume ice production cycle. Advised the unit will require up to three days to fully fill and maintain normal ice levels. Whitehall will advise should further service be required."

Got to this unit and found the other door not functional to the machine not properly closing not engaging into lock mechanisms. Was able to exchange outdoor and test the unit unit now working correctly. Job complete.

Placed unit into diagnostics mode and found stored fault code F3E1 indicating a pressure system error. Installed new control board and performed recalibration and auto test. Confirmed all ops functioning properly now. Job complete.

Replaced cracked filter inlet tube. Hooked up the house water supply and turned the water back on. Cx tested the water at the door as I checked for leaks. Confirmed no leaks. Unit now operates as designed.

"Got to this unit to immediately see that one of the door switches was remaining open on arrival. Talked with the customer about this and found that the customer had replaced both the refrigerator door switches. Pulled the left one out to inspect to make sure that it was indeed a three prong switch. As it was as I found out. If it was not that would alone keep the icemaker from functioning. However, the right hand door switch of the refrigerator Was saying that it was slightly a jar. Was able to prop one of these door switches out ever so slightly, and it solved the problem of the door not being said shut. Now that the door switches are engaging correctly, went ahead and moved through testing and found multiple lights LED lights out in this unit using the service Pointer Was able to replace these LEDs to no charge of the customer since they are under warranty for quite some time. After replacement of these LED lights, all lights are now working correctly. Ran through some testing and diagnostics for the icemaker and found it able to harvest and deliver water correctly. Did not find that the ice room fan was working correctly. Spoke with the customer about doing a power reset on this unit to find out. Customer to let us know whether or not this icemaker is functioning on its own. Would anticipate there to be approximately a 24 to 48 hour window where this unit should start producing. Customer is aware that if it does not to get us back. Job complete

Installed new harness with new control and while checking the rotor i did confirm the teeth were broke off so between control and harness it caused the whole issue i just resolved as i did confirm unit going through all tests and unit is back to working as it should and customer is happy

Checked for not spinning. Found spin turned off on normal cycle. Customer to run cycle now and presets will save into unit. Unit running properly at this time.

Came to diagnosed unit and determine the reason why the unit would shut off intermittently while running and would not have any power was because the power cord plug was halfway on to the outlet so it was loose. Repaired problem by reinserting the power plug tightly o the outlet and it is now working properly. Job complete.

Install new compressor and recharge with 68 g of R 600 a confirmed unit began cooling properly. Advised Mr. to monitor unit and call us back if he has any further issues or suspect the unit is not cooling properly again.

"Cx complaint: drain pump running constantly.Upon arrival, unit was unplugged. Plugged it in and confirmed cx complaint. Entered diagnostics found an f3e1 EC for pressure switch failure. Inspected the pressure hose, found no debris or obstructions. Pressure hose not kinked. Determined main control has a stuck contact at the drain pump. Unit falls with in model and serial range for Special Project S153EB. Replaced defective main control. Ran a calibration and an auto test to completion successfully with no. Unit now operates as designed."

"Cx complaint: intermittent vibration noises.Upon arrival, cx showed me a video that sounded like sealed system lines vibrating. Pulled the unit out, took the back cover off, manipulated the compressor a little bit and replicated the cx complaint. Compressor was rattling due to not being secured down tightly. Tightened the compressor and the unit stopped vibrating advised cx to call the office if issues persist."

"Ran unit multiple times and found the unit was cycling about every 5 minutes, I did determine the igniter isnt rapidly clicking but is cycling on to ignite the gas. The temps did check nominal when testing unit. There very well may be an underlying issue with the DSI module causing it to reignite at a faster rate than normal but could not determine that. I did advise cust to keep an eye on it and test it with cooking biscuits and advise us. Cust to advise."

Found unit had just washed a load just fin found hair ball at stand pipe all ops test ok
