"Got to this unit to hear from the customer that the unit had been acting funny as far as the unit not having the indicator light on when the unit was running. Also, finding there were certain parts and pieces that were not functioning correctly all the time. Seem to be an intermittent issue as a customer explained it. Unit had also been exhibiting strange behavior as far as starting one cycle, ending it, and then opening it to have a different cycle presented rather than the one that was initially set. This was also similarly described by the customer. After several attempts to try to reset, the unit was unsuccessful. Anytime running the unit indicator light was not working. Going through the user manual found an area to do an actual reset on the computer itself. After finally, getting in after several more attempts was able to finally reset this unit. After resetting the unit ran and tested operation and found indicator light to now be working correctly. Customer was gonna let it continue to run and finish the cycle as to not interrupt it and give any further software issues. A lot of this was explained through discovery with the customer. They are aware now that there is a place in the user manual to do this reset if necessary again. At this time, the unit does appear to be working correctly with no further mishaps. Job complete."

"Installed tube and it still did not redirect water into the the cup. The water is leaking behind the ice maker cup and down the back. There has to be a split in the liner somewhere not allowing water to flow correctly, cannot see any damage to line but it is receded into the liner pretty well due to insulation flexing Cannot repair unit.

Got back and was able to install parts tested operation and found unit to be working correctly now. All buttons are responding no further issues found.

Installed new inner and outer door... Replaced with new vent as old one was breaking when taking off... installed new dispencer and new console... After replacing everything i put unit into wash for a little bit and was able to confirm no leaks and unit is now back to looking new.

Replaced left door hinge. Adjusted door and reinstallled. Job complete

Replaced upper rack wheel. All checks OK at this time.

"No fault error codes recorded in history. Unit ran through complete diagnostic cycle, unbalance load detection cycle and full diagnostic component load testing finding and/or reporting no operational failures. Per the customer, poor wash results were first noticed after installation of the new ACU. While overviewing unit history found during the ACU installation the unit had been ran through diagnostic cycle while loaded which will record inaccurate feedback information resulting in out of range program parameters. Additionally, found the unit had been operating with the Extra Power feature engaged, when selected will fill the tub with less water during the first several minutes of the wash cycle to allow a higher detergent concentration which could potentially lead to too noticeable detergent staining on lighter colored fabrics. Customer to continue use of the unit as instructed with new program parameters set and advise should issues persist.

"Replaced defective compressor. Installed new filter drier. Vacuumed the system for about 20 minutes, confirmed no leaks. Recharged the system with 68g r600. Plugged the unit in, compressor kicked on, condenser line started getting warm. All operations check okay at this time. Unit now operates as designed."

"Got back to this unit and was able to install new disposal. After installation of disposal, got the unit hooked back up correctly with dishwasher and power and all the things. Tested operation with this unit unit to find that the disposal is indeed working normal operation sounding. Also tested the plumbing to ensure no leaks. Ran water through to make sure that normally that would be fine and then also fill the sink with approximately 2 to 3 gallons of water and let the deluge happen all at once to make sure that we were viable with no leaks. No further issues found unit complete.

After taking dryer apart and replacing new motor i was able to confirm that was the issue... Ran unit for awhile to reassure unit will remain on and as it did i can say the unit is back to working like it should and the customer is happy

Found unit frosted over in frzr. Put unit into diagnostics and turned on heater. Heater tested good at 80ohms but there was no power at the connection indicating a faulty control. Need control. Customer will call if they want it fixed

"Cx complaint: lights not working in RC and FCUpon arrival, confirmed cx complaint. Found ceiling lights not working in both compartments. Used a putty knife to pry the LED module out of the FC. The LED module came out with both sides of the wire harness. Unable to pull out the wires due to them being foamed into the liner. Called techline and spoke with Rich SR# 7741764582. Sent him photos and it was deemed non repairable. Advised cx to call his extended warranty company for the next step forward."

Apon arrival i found customers concern to be the left door was not shutting properly.. As he showed me he was unaware that if you shut the left door slightly you are not giving the door enough force to close the mullen. he also would shut the right door first and the mullen would get hung up on the rght door... Instructed him on closing the left door first and i also leveled the fridge for him as the doors were swinging shut on you when opening...

"Upon arrival, replaced parts ordered on previous visit. Found minor ice build up on evaporator. Removed it via steamer. Entered diagnostics and changed the defrost setting from adaptive to timed. Advised cx to call the office if issues persist."

Got back to this unit and was able to install both new pads. After installation of new pads tested operation of both icemaker and water. Units are working correctly now. Also was able to perform calibrated fill and make sure that this customer is able to dispense correct water settings for correct water given. Job complete.

Got to this unit to find the error code F4E34 faulty motor pump assembly ran a test on this unit and found it unable to achieve pumping. Water was coming in and going out without issue. Was able to replace wash pump motor and test again after testing found the unit to be moving through all portions of the cycle as well as heating at the end. No further issues found job complete.

"Cx complaint: FC door not sealing properly Upon arrival, confirmed cx complaint. Same issue as last time, FC door not sealing in top right corner near center mullion. Inspected the door do not suspect any void of insulation or any defects of that nature. Used heat gun to reform the gasket used grease to help form a proper seal all the way around the FC. Advised cx to keep an eye on it and call the office if issues persist. Unit operates as designed at this time."

Installed new kitchenaid garbage disposal l tested operations successfully with no leaks. Unit operates as designed at this time.

"Customer concerned that the unit is not spinning properly, and is bouncing around. Confirmed issue. Upon arrival, tested basket suspension and it is very bouncy. Found main oven and microwave were both wired into the same junction box with wire nuts. Removed microwave wires from junction box and properly connected microwave wiring to oven terminal block specifically for the microwave. Reassembled unit and perform short test. Confirmed all ops functioning properly.

After installation of new water inlet valve tested operation of this unit found that this unit is able to move through all versions of testing and get into the heating portion of the cycle, which is the end to let us know that all parts and pieces are indeed working correctly. SR7741749909 Called techline after installing new motor and no response and no power going to motor... We than checked for power at the control board and still did not get proper volatge... Advised me to check if everything is hooked up properly at dispencer board which i did to find a wire came unplugged so we did not have to order board and unit is now back to working like it should and customer is happy

"Replaced ice bin and tube, but found that the liner was not pierced through not allowing the tube to go through, which is what caused it to split confirmed unit working properly at this time

"On arrival the customer had advised the unit had tripped the home circuit breaker, circuit breaker reset, clicking no longer occurring, unit no longer cooling and is now at ambient temperature. Testing conducted confirming failure due to a faulty compressor. No less than a new compressor installation service would be needed to correct. Due to the units age, condition and cost to repair vs new unit replacement cost the customer has opted not to advance with further service at this time.

"Found the units defrost drain frozen over causing defrost water to overflow and leak down from the ceiling into the lower FC area. Confirmed resistance of the defrost drain tube extension heater. FC evaporator cover uninstalled, all ice cleared from the evaporator cover water trough, drain tube extension and drain tube restoring unobstructed water flow to the defrost drain pan. All parts reinstalled completing repair. All unit operations check good upon completion of service. Customer to monitor and advise should further service be required.
