Customer is reporting warmer temp / no cool conditions as intermittent usually occurring with noise conditions believed to be originating from the units compressor resembling description of known issue noted in Whirlpool Technical Service Pointer #: W11634348 Rev B. however, this units Mod / Ser is not at this time listed in the affected models. Additionally, customer reports the units doors hard to reopen for several minutes after closing. This issue has been noted in Whirlpool Technical Service Pointer #: W11604003 Rev B. requiring a 3/16' inch hole be drilled in to the defrost P-trap drain allowing for vacuum equalization improving door function. Modification conducted as per the pointer. Unrelated, per customer request, units ice maker uninstalled as water is not currently and/or is planned to be supplied to the unit. Mounting screws reinstalled and ice maker left with a customer for future use if needed. As reported intermittent warmer temperature / no cool conditions, noise issue, etc. could not be duplicated at time of service the customer has opted to monitor unit operations, temperatures, sounds and advise should further service be required."

Got to this unit to install new water valve water valve was installed. Tested operation of the unit after installation of the part. Could find no issues. Ran calibration as well to ensure function of this unit. No further issues found at this time job complete washer working correctly.

As putting the unit back together, left the evaporator fan on as to observe for any vibrations or noises. Could not find any at this time. "Customer was concerned that the left pantry drawer didnt close properly when in fact it does. The pantry drawer user face harness is located inside the same area that the draw closes. It appeared that sometimes that harness could have slightly obstructed the draw, but otherwise had no great effect on it. All functions today check fine. "Got to this unit to hear from the customer that it was screeching and scratching every inch of the motions. Got underneath to find that the nut for the cam had backed off and allowed the main drive pulley to drop down and make contact with the safety guard. Intern was also eating up the belt and allowing for the extra space between the teeth of the cam to grind and make all kinds of loud wild noises. replace actuator belt. Ran testing after this was performed and found no further issues at this time. Job complete.

"Go to this unit and discovered that the switch in the freezer section was frozen shut with ice. This had been a byproduct from the door seal that was remedied on our last visit. The unit was still getting most of the moisture removed from that leaking door seal. However, the switch had enough frost in it to not be able to recover. Use the new switch plate and put it in with new switch. Tested unit to find it now functioning incorrectly. Icemaker appears to be working correctly at this time. Job complete.

Go to this unit and found that there was next to no water pressure coming from the water dispenser. Was able to remove water filter and test again found that the units water filter was plugged up and not allowing for water to move through the system. Once this was resolved Back to water dispenser. Customer is ordering new filter to take care of this issue issue.

Installed new ice door kit and bracket. Confirmed Ice door opening and closing properly.

Came to inspect the nut and realize the last time I was here when put the right French door back on I did not flushed it down completely to the hinge therefore the door would not have its swing back when it closed. Reinstalled the door correctly and it is now opening and closing properly. Job complete.

"When I arrived, the unit had water in it, and the lid was locked. I removed and replaced the ACU. At that point, the unit would still not unlock itself. I removed and replace the lid latch and strike. I was able to get the unit to pump the water out. then began displaying several different error codes listed below. I metered the drain pump and the motor connections at the control board and verified proper resistance values. Those values are listed below. I tried to run a factory DLMS calibration and it would not. I tried to start a normal cycle and it would not. The unit would then lock in unlock itself, about 2030 times and sit. All the while never logging any new additional error codes. System information was copied into unit. I tried several times to run a DMS calibration and it would not. I waited about 5 to 7 minutes between commands because I know that the firmware on this particular unit is lethargic. Unit would not function at all. I called Techline and spoke with Robert and documented these issues.either deemed the unit nonrepairable issued the below SR number. Unit nonrepairable per Whirlpool Techline. Unit had broken drive belt which had tripped the Dryer belt cut off switch. I removed and replace the belt with a new pot from truckstop. While there I vacuumed out all of the excessive lint that was inside the unit. Job complete.

"Got to the unit to hear from the customer that they were missing part of one of their apparel pieces. Was able to take the unit apart and find the tip of one of the shoelaces that had gone through and did not come out. This was causing the grinding noise from the drum rolling around making contact with it. Once this part was removed, put the unit back together and tested. No further noises being made by this unit.
