"Upon arrival, evap fan was running. Condenser fan and compressor was running. Both sections ambient. Hooked vac pump up to the in and low side and vacuumed the system down for ten minutes. Closed the gauges and turned off the vac to confirm no leaks in the system. Both gauges did not move for 5 minutes. Turned the vac pump back on and opened both gauges. Let the vacuum run for another 15 minutes. Again, closed gauges and turned vac pump back off. Still no signs of a leak. Charged system with 54g R600. Plugged the unit in. Compressor and condenser fan turned out. Waited 5 minutes. Felt cold air blowing in both sections. Unit operates as designed at this time. Advised cx to wait 24 hours to confirm proper operations before doing any major grocery shopping. Advised cx to call the office if normal operations do not resume in 24 hours."

Removed the water filter and it worked. Reinstalled the filter and it worked just fine. Determined water filter was installed incorrectly. Removed control panel to inspect the thermostat control. Installed new control as old one was faulty i was than able to run unit through all testings without any issues... Unit is now back to working as it should and customer is happy

After replacing clip to keep door on properly we found that the dryer is being restricted from the dryer vent as we counted over a min with the line disconnected but when connected unit will run for about 30 secounds not letting enough heat into unit before it cycles off from fuse... Found end cap to dryer vent completely clogged removed it unit stayed on a little longer but customer will be instructed to get vents cleaned properly

Confirmed after installing new control i put unit through all test mode and after testing i waited a min for heater to continue to get the voltage at the end as it normally does and i can confirm with wet paper towel the heater was activated and when customer standing there we could both smell the heater burning off the old soap... Unit is now back to working like it should and customer is happy

"Cx complaint: unit wont run a cycle. Wont drain. Sitting water in tub.Upon arrival, confirmed cx complaint. Entered diagnostics, unable to run the drain pump. Meter checked the drain pump wires and found no continuity from the pump to the board. Replaced defective lower wire harness with pre IDd part. Ran a calibration and an auto test to completion successfully with no error codes. Unit now operates as designed.
