Got back to this unit to find that the evaporator fan in the freezer section was still not working. Tested and found again that it was not working. Was able to get into the freezer section and replace this part after doing so tested once again. Fan is now working correctly. Checked over the rest of the unit found that it was not making ice from the last visit of replacing the icemaker. Checked and found that we were also not getting water dispensed. was able to pull the unit out and discover that the unit was not turned on to water. Was able to turn the water on and get water from the dispenser as well as delivered to the icemaker. Unit should be able to produce since I also ran unit through the harvest and had no issues. Customer to let us know if this unit does not continue to make ice. Job complete.

Got back to this unit and was able to install both the lid latch and the control board. After installation of these parts tested operation by running a calibration and an automatic test. All of this worked correctly had no issues moving through testing. Unit is now working correctly. No further issues found at this time. Job complete.

"Got to this unit to find that the dryer had no error. Codes was heating and tumbling without issue. However, I was also here for a washer misbehaving. This unit was a result of the washer not working correctly. Washer was not agitating and breaking up soap correctly, also not moving through all portions of the cycle correctly. This was unknown to the customer as they just found wet clothes and things not according to what it should be. Tested the dryer to find that the automatic portions of the cycle are working correctly and that the heat is there. Tested the unit with my temperature sensor. Found that this unit is cycling up to the 200? mark and is also coming down from there. These are normal temperatures and is normal operation for the dryer. Believe that the washer was not rinsing out all of detergent, causing the dryer to run twice over because of this alone. No other reason for this dryer to not be working correctly tested and diagnostics to find no error codes as well. Job complete.

Confirmed unit getting proper power. Confirmed no blockage in vent hose. Ran a normal dry cycle and monitored cut in and cut out temperatures. Found average temperature in dryer is 170?. Unit checks OK at this time.
