"Got back to this unit to find the evaporator in the freezer section completely frozen over again. Thought maybe that it was due to the evaporator fan or something of that nature. However, getting into the unit found that the heater was being sent power. Then found the faulty connection that we find on the non-updated heater harness. Once this was found after holding the brown wire connection between my fingers for approximately 30 seconds found the wire to pull out completely. Faulty heater to blame for this issue. My fault for not catching it last time. I apologize to the customer as well saw this unit out and charge customer for the part only since this was my screwup on not, remembering the update. Collected for part only job complete went through testing to confirm operation of both defrost sensors and temperature sensors as well as confirming operation of evaporator fan. Job complete.

"Got to this unit to find that the lid switch was faulty. This was not allowing unit to spin properly, and/or possibly agitate correctly as well. Due to this told customer that that was going to be one of the issues and customer also included that the agitator did not seem to be working correctly found the dogs to be deteriorated and in need of replacement. Customer was made aware and approved of this action to be taken as well. Installed new dogs and new lid switch to this unit. Believe that customer had tried to fix the door switch on their own and somehow got the cabinet unhinged incorrectly. Was able to readjust this cabinet and get it back to normal fitting procedure. With testing found lid switch to be working correctly as well as agitator and dogs. No further issues found at this time unit appears to be working correctly. Collected for service call parts and labor today. Job complete

"Customer concerned that the unit will not start a cycle. Confirmed issue. Upon arrival, started unit on a normal cycle and monitored. Unit will drain for 1-2 minutes at the beginning, but will then shut off and flash the Washing, Clean, and Sanitize lights. This issue is related to drain hose installation. Checked drain hose and found improper installation of the drain hose. Re-installed and adjusted hose, tested unit and it will now properly start a cycle. Found no further issues at this time. Found an estimated 6'- 8' inches of standing water within the unit tub, unable to drain. Through diagnostic drain pump test the units drain pump can be heard energized and rotating with no water flow. "Customer concerned that the unit is not washing dishes and the detergent is not dissolving. Confirmed issue. Upon arrival, removed bottom kick plate and started unit on a normal cycle. Monitored, and found very small leak coming from underneath the unit, specifically at the diverter motor. Circulation pump is trying to turn on, is receiving power, but will not operate. Can hear the hum of the circulation pump but no activity from the pump at all. Unit has a defective sump assembly, and will need to be replaced to fix the leak and circulation pump issue. Quoted customer for a new Sump. Customer declining repair for now but may call us to proceed with the repair. If customer calls to proceed, please order the part listed above.

"Found binary flash x7 at the UI Console Clean LED indicator identifying operational failure due to a fault of the heater circuit. Unit entered into diagnostic auto test confirming primary failure due to a locked wash pump motor. Wash pump motor unable to break free. No less than pump & motor assembly will be needed to correct primary failure. Additional component failure(s) may exist. Due to the unit age at 17yrs in use, general condition of components and cost of repair vs replacement cost the customer has opted to replace rather than advance with further repair service at this time. Customer to advise.

"Upon arrival, found icemaker had no water or ice in the tray. Enter diagnostics for icemaker water filter and found water line frozen over. Entered test 19 and confirmed 120 V to heater and heater ohms good. Call tech-support about issue and was advised to add permagum around, fill tube and adapter rear. (Pt# 212643 permagum ) I did not have Permagum,so I placed insulation around icebox adapter and fill tube. Was given sr#7738714151 for documentation. performed additional test and confirmed icemaker properly. Cycled with no issues and water properly. Flowed to tray. Customer not home at this time. ( advised housekeeper about issue with unit) job complete.

"Got back to this unit and installed new console. Was able to test and find that the speaker is now working properly. Also took the time to do some testing since the customer was unsure if the unit was still spinning out properly or not. Was able to show the customer that there are settings for the detergent level as well for the amount being dispensed to the wash. With all this information, believe the unit should be working properly for this customer, if issues still occur after some changes and behavior, ask the customer to call back and get us back."

"Customer concerned that the unit is displaying E35 error code and failed during use of the cooktop. Confirmed issue. Upon arrival, pulled unit out with floor skid and checked power at the terminal block and outlet. Got 120/120/240vac and found connections at terminal block are secure. Contacted Frigidaire/Electrolux tech support and tech line has informed me that this error code is related to a shorted filter board, due to generator issue within the module assembly. Manufacturer recommending to replace the induction housing assembly. File number: 87117779. Quoted customer for a new Induction Housing Assembly.
