Got to this unit to find that the blower portion of the unit bearings have gone out and the unit is roaring due to this issue. Went to look up part only to find it discontinued for the customer. With this information in hand could not give customer estimate.

"Got to this unit to find that the drain pump was indeed not working. When drain cycle was initiated, found the unit to be trying to fill. Hadnt seen this issue before so with further testing found the drain pump to be receiving power, but not working tried replacing the drain pump to see if that indeed fixed our issue. Only to find that the drain pump would not work still. After this decided to reset the power on the unit install old drain pump and test again.as soon as power reset was completed went back into diagnostics to find the unit working correctly. Ran the unit through several cycles to ensure function. Could find no further issues at this time. job complete."

"Upon arrival, tested temperature in the freezer and got 2 degrees. Accessed freezer compartment and found ice accumulation at bottom of freezer evaporator cover that PC saw. Noticed that the evaporator panel is shifted and during defrost, the water is missing the tray completely. Removed everything in the freezer and accessed evaporator. Found that the upper fan shroud and screws are loose, and the foam for the refrigeration lines is stuck behind the fan shroud causing the panel to shift outward. Made adjustment to the fan shroud and got the screws to line up. Tightened everything and re-installed panel and it is level now. Customer also stating that the ice dispenser doesnt work. Removed ice bin and found large amount of frost buildup underneath the ice bin, causing the bin to lift slightly and miss the auger motor. Made adjustment to the ice chute flap because it wasnt closing properly. Re-assembled and thawed out ice bin. Re-installed and tested, unit is dispensing ice properly now. Found full frost pattern at evaporator as well and compressor testing good. Found no sealed system issue at this time and customer has never experienced cooling issues. Job complete.

"Got to this unit to find that there to be no jams in the unit at all. Unit spinning, but wind spinning. Can hear an off-balance roar to either a main bearing failure or bushing failure possibly. Sounds as though the unit would eventually grind on one side heavily.exchanged out unit for new tested in both leaks and proper working. Could find no further issues with new unit installed. Fill the sink with a fair amount of water just to make sure a large amount of water was not going to be a problem for drain. Again, no leaks. Job complete."

"Install new heater element per service pointer. Also rerouted the drain hose to the plumbing, which could be causing the unit not to drain every so often because the hose was getting kinked. Tested operation of the unit and it is not working properly. Job complete.

Inspected unit and determine the wire connection Going to the main control to the actuator was loose and not making contact therefore the actuator was not activating. Causing the unit unit not to agitate or spin. Repaired problem by reconnecting. The wire connection to the actuator tightly and security. All components check out good. tested unit and it is now working properly. Job complete.

"Upon arrival, found good pressures, temperature, and frost pattern on evaporator. Shut unit down and inspected all sealed system components for dye leaks. No dye found at this time.

Showed customer how to turn tone back on unit and put 2 screws back into broiler bracket. All checks OK at this time.

Replaced control panel and assisted with uninstalling and reinstalling unit so GHO could repair cabinetry. All checks OK at this time.

"New start device relay and run capacitor installed. With power restored all start up procedures to include compressor run initiated without fault. All unit operations check good upon completion of service. Customer to monitor and advise should further service be required.

"Further testing conducted to isolate component failure(s) prior to part installation. On inspection found the units original electric control has been removed and replaced with a mechanical thermostat controller and defrost timer. Units wire harness has been modified as a result. Unable to conduct full repair without first restoring to original build including installation of no less than a new lower wire harness and electric control. Due to the units age, condition, potential for unseen additional modifications and expected total cost to repair vs replacement cost the customer has opted not to advance for further service at this time. Customer to advise. New UI display control and display harness installed on prior service removed and replaced with originals. All new parts no longer needed, marked and retained for return.

"Customer concerned that the unit will not spin. Confirmed issue. Upon arrival, inspected underneath the unit and found belt slipped off of the pulley. Upon further inspection, found a small amount of oil coming from the gearcase. This issue caused the belt to slip off. Cleaned oil off the pulley and belt and re-installed. Tested unit on a spin cycle and found that the unit is very loud and this noise is coming from the main bearing. In order to fully fix this unit we will need to replace the gearcase and belt. Quoted customer. Customer declining repair at this time.

"Customer concerned that the freezer door isnt shutting properly. Confirmed issue. Upon arrival, found door and mount not installed into the bracket correctly. Adjusted door, tested, all ops good. Job complete.

"Got to this unit and replaced filter head housing when the filter head housing was out. Found there to be a line coming through from the back of the unit that was not getting fully depressed into the filter. Head housing. By not locking in believe to have found a major leak on this unit. Was able to take an additional fitting similar and size and get that to work in the unit. Once this was able to take affect the unit ceiling ability had been restored to the City. Unfortunately, this unit does not have the ability to have water dispensed from it so unfortunately, one of the issues here is approximately 30 minutes later to find out whether or not this unit is leaking. With the way the fitting was fitting into the housing previously believe this to be a major issue after working with it and able to get the 5/16 portion into the filter head housing correctly. Believe this to be a viable fix. Unless there is something further believe this to have been the resolution customer to let us know."

"Spoke to drew at tech line, advised him were still getting a lot of moisture in center mullion, I unplugged condenser fan motor and let it run and ran several temp checks on million. The top was still cold as the middle and lower mullion was rising to then90s unit sent off to engineering to determine if it will be swapped out or not.File# 7738316116"

The rods are in worse shape than the older ones on arrival. Found spin basket is getting out of round putting strain on unit. Spoke to Jr. he will reach out to cust in regards to a unit replacement and credit towards that unit.

Found the switch stop was cabin in not making full contact with switch. Placed small rubber bumper to switch stop to extend out the contact. All ops ok. Ice and water works.

"Found issue was never resolved from last time out. Found and replaced faulty inlet valve. Advise Jane, no trip charge will be applied for today. Office to contact Jane for payment. Photos of before and after attached a ticket."

Defrosted unit and Replaced defrost heater assy. Put into test mode and Heater kicked on. Cleared all air inlets/returns and verified unit is cooling and all checks OK at this time.

"Found Gearcase leaking oil which made the drive pulley slick and drive belt popped off. Cleaned off pulleys and belt and unit is now spinning properly. Listened to unit and bearings are very loud so unit would need a rebuild at some point in time, however due to installation and labor costs unit would not be economical to repair. Customer will continue to use unit until it fails and will replace at that point in time."

"Customer has an intermittent defrost issue causing fan to make noise. Ice build up was very minimal today. Changed defrost cycle to a standard 8 hour runtime defrost which should help to fully remove any ice buildup on FF evaporator. All operations test OK at this time. If customer calls back and issue is ongoing, will need to order FF evaporator fan motor and drain pan kit. Customer will advise.

Came to reinspect unit and determined wrong infinite switch was installed. Installed the new infinite switch. Burner is not working properly. Job complete.

Repair problem by spreading out the coils in the back of the unit also added insulation around the coils. Also tighten the compressor. Unit is now quite working properly. Job complete.

"Found heavy frost buildup at the units evaporator plate hindering proper drawer function and engagement / disengagement with the units light switches. Found clear signs of contact between the lower drawer and adjoining cabinetry at the right side which appear to have been hindering proper drawer function intermittently stopping the door from fully closing allowing for air infiltration leading to issues as found. Rather than accrue additional labor charges to thaw manually the customer has opted to remove the unit from power for no less than 48 hours allowing all frost accumulation to thaw naturally. The customer will then restore the unit to power, monitor operations / temperatures and advise should further service be required.

"Found the control unresponsive to the door latch position. Confirmed door latch function and ohms test check good. Unable to advance through diagnostic testing and/or initiate cycle operations due to primary failure. No less than a new main control will be needed to correct. Found unit would not start a cycle due to drain pump being jammed with glass and plastic debris. Cleaned and cleared drain pump and unit started a cycle. Everything checks OK at this time.

"Customer concerned that the ice maker is not working. Confirmed issue. Upon arrival, verified proper temperature in the freezer. Removed shelving around ice maker and found large amount of ice buildup at defrost drain tray, which overflowed into ice maker. Removed ice maker motor cover and it is full of ice, preventing ice maker from cycling. Quoted customer to disassemble unit and defrost out drain tray and the rest of the buildup. Customer approved. Used steamer to defrost ice out from defrost drain, and also found screw inside drain tube. Removed screw. Tested operation of the drain flow and it is good now. Re-assembled unit and tested ice maker and it is cycling. Informed customer to give the ice maker 48-72 hours to produce ice, and let us know if the ice maker doesnt produce any ice after that period. Customer understood

Received SR number as unit is going to PEX"

Complaint wont spin. I found that spin basket was corroded and broken in the middle. Customers would need new spin basket. She said she will go to the store and get a new washer.

Found garbage supposal plugs not popped out Also found that plumbing to unit is not proper either re-leveled dishwasher installed seal and confirmed unit draining and filling with proper amount of water and no further leaks have been found. Advise Mrs. to call a plumber.

Inspected unit and determine the icemaker. Its not making ice. Tested out the icemaker and it checks out good so is the water flow into the unit. But noticed that the temperature in the icemaker compartment was not cold enough which needs to meet a certain temperature to make ice. Went into the freezer compartment took out the back panel and noticed a big chunk of ice for which was causing the cold air not to flow correctly. Defrosted the big chunk of ice. refrigerator now looks to be getting good airflow to the ice compartment. Also level the unit for customer. Job complete. Customer will keep an eye on it and get back to us if they have problems.

Cx complaint: refrigerator tripping. Confirmed cx complaint. Confirmed 120v going the compressor. Found the condenser matted up with dust. Brushed off the condenser. Everything checks okay. Unit operates as designed.

Complaint filter wont come out. I found that a plastic part on the filter housing came loose. I repositioned and fixed the part. Now the filter housing is acting as designed. Filter easily enters and exits the housing. Job complete
