Was able to heat the seals in the locations that were necessary to make them seal that much better. "Got back to this unit to install new door lock. Was able to remove the cover from the old door lock and found that the previous door lock was just in pieces sitting there. Was able to remove side door lock and install new. The beauty cover did break on the old one as I was removing it as I anticipated. Was able to put this part on new and then went to actuate the lock mechanism found it to be Not quite lined up with the unit correctly. However, when you push down on the door to collapse the door seal it seems to line up much better. Unsure if this is part of the design or just fit and function is not precise. Customer was not exactly happy with the quality of the part. However, there was not much of anything to be done since this is the part to be changed.Unit is working correctly now. Job complete."

"Got to this unit to plug the unit in and immediately find the drain pump being active. Was actually able to get into this unit diagnostics and find internal board failure as well as the error code for the pressure system fault. This has been an ongoing issue that I have found that these units are having issues with either internal failure of the board or pressure sensor issues. Once the board has been replaced, was able to run automatic test and calibration cycles to confirm operation and ensure that we should no longer see issues here. Also the customer uses mostly normal which is a lot louder than other cycles... I investigated under washer and removed rotor and found slider to have a little play in the gears of its teeth so i replaced with new one and confirmed a better fit on the gear shaft... "Got to this unit to find that there was indeed ice underneath the deli drawer. Discovered that the drain was not clogged and was not bowed either. Believe that temperatures and defrost settings are partially to blame here creating an issue for the customer. Was able to remove the ice from under the deli drawer change the defrost setting to a global setting to where this unit will defrost more often. Also up the temperature 1? in the refrigerator section so that it is not so close to the freezing set point. After doing these unit should be back in business. Also did a power reset on this to confirm settings, taking place and doing their jobs as designed. Customer let us know if this still continues."

Inspected unit and determine the exhaust hose going to the wall was loose venting into the laundry room. Repair problem by reconnecting the hose to the exit gooseneck which is right outside of the dryer literally 2 feet away. Used some vent tape. It is now installed in venting properly. Unit is working the way you should. Job complete.

"Customer concerned that the unit is not starting a cycle, and is making a loud noise. Confirmed issue. Upon arrival, checked error codes and found drain fault. Unit is draining fine with no issues related to drain pump. Removed pressure switch and found clog within the switch. Removed clog and tested again, unit working as designed. For noise issue, found no noise related issues and unit sounds normal at this time. Customer will monitor this and if noise comes back, they will get a video and call us. All ops good at this time. Job complete."

Got back to this unit and installed new high-voltage parts as well as the capacitor for the blower fan motor. After installation of these parts bench tested the unit before putting all the way back together and found that the cooling fan is indeed doing its job now. No further issues unit is heating cooling and doing its job. Job complete.

"Cx complaint: intermittent issues starting a cycle/grinding sound during operations.Upon arrival, removed the kickplate. Ran multiple different cycles with with heated options activated and deactivated. Unable to replicate cx complaint. Found no issues during operations. Unit operates as designed at this time. Advised cx the service call is good for 30 days and to call the office if issues persist.
