"Got to this unit to find proper power at the junction block. However, with further investigation of finding proper power and unit not working, remove the back cover of the unit to find that one of the main terminals for the L1 or L2 had melted on the main harness, and was no longer making proper connection. This caused the timer to not receive any power in which case the unit would not start or return. Once this wire was mended, the unit came back to life and all parts and pieces are now working properly. "Found the flex tray ice cube mold broken free from the icemaker assembly, physical damage exists. Issue appears due to impact. New icemaker assembly supplied by pre-ID installed to correct. New water filter also supplied by pre-ID installed per customer request. Water filter timer reset and ice production turned on through the unit settings menu.
