"Placed unit into diagnostics mode and found stored fault code for off-balance condition. Placed a half load of laundry into washer and allowed to saturate with water. After pumping water out, ran a spin test and confirmed unit spinning and draining properly. Unable to check basket hub due to wash plate being stuck. After speaking with Mr., was advised after repair was made last trip, only one load of laundry (sheets) items came out wet. Advise Mr., issue may have been a true off-balance condition . "Cx complaint: unit filling with water when the unit is in standby.Upon arrival, water to the unit was shut off. Removed the top. Meter checked each harness at the valve to confirm no power is being sent to the valve. Unplugged the unit and turned the water on. Unit started filling with water. Turned the water off and removed both inlet hoses and confirmed sufficient water pressure. Diagnosed and found a seeping water valve. Quoted cx for a new valve, and the repair was approved. Got back to this unit and was able to install a new damper. After installation of damper tested function of the damper and found it to be working correctly. Hooked the vent system back up and confirmed with warranty gentleman from the builders that the airflow was indeed flowing outside. Was able to test and found it to hold a paper towel up to the bottom of the vent as it was on and running. Looks as though the air movement has improved dramatically. Job complete.

"Got to this unit to hear from the customer that the washer would not start correctly for him on the last cycle. Customer went to show me what was going on with the unit and in doing so showed me what I thought to be the problem. Unit would not work for the customer. Observing the customer saw that he was pressing and holding the start button. After it would not start for him. I went over and started the unit by just tapping the start button instead of pressing and holding. There was no instruction to press and hold so I started trying to test the button and things started working by just tapping the button. Went through and tested a normal cycle to confirm that unit was filling and starting to move through the cycle. Then went over to a drain and spin to confirm operation of drain pump and spin feature, as well as to make sure the unit would lock so it could proceed through these functions and features. No further issues found after moving through what testing was tested.Job complete

Go to this unit discussed with customer the issues they were experiencing and then started to look the unit over. Looking the unit over found that both the refrigerator doors appeared to be seal correctly. Customers biggest concern was the freezer section where there was several times of the unit giving the customer Information that the temperature was warmer than 41?. This has been the inspiration for getting us out here today. Further inspection did indeed find there to be a cold pack had slid down behind the drawers and was able to make itself hang in such a manner that was keeping a section approximately 4 to 8 inches long of the bottom door gasket to not be seal correctly. After removing this close the unit back up and perform self test on this unit no issues were found through self test. Everything appears to be working correctly. Customer to let us know if any further issues are found.

* Got to this unit and found the unit to be leaking to the floor as we were getting our issue error code. Discovered that the front billows main seal was loose. Was able to get into this unit and tighten the seal to where it was no longer dripping out the front and causing this low flow error. Tested multiple times after this to ensure function and hopefully no further issues. Job complete.

Inspected unit and determine when icemaker will fill with water it was leaking through the back wall. Determine lots of ice buildup on the fill tube bracket therefore water was redirecting. Defrosted the wall and bracket completely and then put some perma gum around tip of the frill tube on the wall and it no longer leaks water. Tested properly. Job complete.

"Cx complaint: frost build up in the FCUpon arrival, confirmed cx complaint. Found top portion of freezer gasket still not sealing properly. Installed supplemental gasket along the top portion of the freezer gasket. Also heated the gasket with a heat gun to reshape and form a proper seal all the way around the FC. Confirmed gasket is sealing properly all the way around the FC. Advised cx to leave the freezer door closed for as long as possible.

Came and determine the thermal fuse is faulty again. They had their vent dryer exhaust cleaned and it looks to be venting properly from my testing. I will replace the thermal fuse once again at no charge since its a recall. Advised customer if this happens again.customer might need more parts and they stated they would just buy a new unit if thats the case. They understood. Job complete.

"Cx complaint: FC light not working and ice maker not working.Upon arrival confirmed cx complaint. Found ice maker fill tube frozen. And fc light not working. Replaced FC door switch and light module . FC light now works properly. Melted fill tube ice with steamer. Tested operations, found water seeping in during fill portion of the cycle. Confirmed good water pressure at the water supply going into the unit. With the filter removed, I have good pressure at the filter housing and the water valve. With the filter removed, ice maker fills properly. Cx states they change the water filter every 90 days or less. Advised cx to leave the filter out until a new one arrives to purge any sediment that may be stuck in the line. All operations check okay at this time. Unit operates as designed.
