"Got to this unit to find out the ice bin, had damage to it where it was allowing ice to come out of the bin and into the mechanism where it would hook up for delivering of ice. This was definitely a functional issue and would have to be replaced in order for this unit to work correctly. Was able to replace the ice bin with a new ice bin. Unit should be working correctly at this time. Had to perform a power reset on this unit since the fan and the ice room was not working correctly, which contributed to the ice collecting and sticking together more since it was condensating slightly, which would lead to the breaking of the bin after the power reset found the unit to no longer have the issue with the fan and unit should be working correctly now. Job complete"

"Got to this unit to discover that the reservoir had damage in both of the lines going to and from the filter head. Had to replace the reservoir, which had the filter head and lines needed to fix this unit. Was able to use this and replace damaged parts. After doing so hook the water back up to this unit and tested function found that water indeed was able to come through the water dispenser and also was able to deliver water to the icemaker all without any further water leaks or issues. "Got to this unit and was able to install new icemaker ice room fan get that all back installed. Unplugged the unit and then installed control board. After installation of control board plugged the unit back in and re-leveled the machine. Further testing after installation of parts found icemaker to be rolling around without the loud mechanism noise of the motor. Alsocould hear the nice loud blowing of the fan from the ice room, which was not occurring last visit. Just went ahead and verified temperatures and all the other parts that needed to be. No further issues found at this time. Well have to wait and see if this unit is going to start making ice. Job complete.
