"Got to this unit to find it indeed heating. Unit was making a little bit of noise while tumbling. And unit was not drying up to par. Inspected the airflow. System could find no faults other than just maybe a slight cleaning. Did however find that when turning the drum, you could hear some grinding noise from one of the support wheels. Gave customer estimate for replacement of the support wheels with the repair kitand belt. Customer approved. Installed new parts and tested unit. Unit appears to be much quieter in tumbling. No further issues found at this time. Job complete.

Got to this unit and was able to install new turntable motor. After installation of turntable motor put the unit back together and tested. Could find no further noises from this motor or issues with the unit in general. Job complete.

Found drain hose running to the garbage disposal low against the floor with no loop. This is causing water from the sink to back feed into the dishwasher. Uninstalled the drain hose and raised it up to create a loop. Tested all operations okay. Unit operates as designed.

Found compressor clicking and turning off... I was abe to install a relay that i had on hand from my truck stock and confirm unit now running like it should... Advised customer once it starts making ice and staying cool he should be able to load it back up

Found control panel stuck in lock mode. Replaced part all ops ok.

"Got to this unit to hear from the customer that the icemaker had not produced in approximately two weeks. Going into the unit customer also stated that it had only been making small cubes. Discovered that the unit had an error code E5 formaster not recording correct temperatures. This was a fault due to the unit, not receiving any water. Was able to go back into diagnostics and turn on the heater for this section heater would not come on initially. And was unable to send any water into the maker. Once a power reset was achieved on this unit Went back into the test and turned on the heater and approximately within 2 to 3 minutes was able to send water into the icemaker. At this time ran testing on the icemaker to confirm operation. No further issues found with the icemaker all components check out properly between the fan ice sensors And icemaker itself. Inform the customer that these units are in need of power reset occasionally and what to look for and why you would do so. Because this unit is now performing, we are in a wait-and-see situation. Customer to let us know if the unit is not making ice within 48 hours."

"Checked for power failure on screen, no cooling, no lights. This unit definitely has a bad mother board and freezer evap fan. Not able to identify other issues due to bad control. Advised customer repair of those two components would be required. I can not guarantee that this will be the end of the repair process due to mother board being defective. Advised that if repair is chosen there is no way to return components installed, no matter what happens cost listed would be due. If further parts are needed once we get a working control in unit, additional costs would be applicable. Customer going to shop to see what replacement would cost to weigh options.

Confirmed water backing up inside freezer due to clogged P-trap. Cleared out P-trap and drain. Confirmed drain line clear by pouring hot water down system.

Go to this unit to discover that the icemaker was stuck in a harvest position. Tried to reset and reboot icemaker to no avail. Was able to exchange icemaker out for new and test. New icemaker went through all of the things that it should as a motion of signaling the unit is awake and powered when powering up. Unit also showed ability to go through harvest and give water to the unit after doing so.No further issues found at this time. Ask the customer to please let us know if the unit is not giving ice within the next 48 hours. Job complete.

The part customer ordered from online was broken. It did not work. The oven door sensing circuit was broken. Had to remove the part and put back in the customers old part.

Cx complaint: oven not heating properly during self clean*upon arrival started an oven clean cycle. Found unit not coming up to the proper temperature during oven clean mode of 200 degrees. Unit only getting up to 185. Calibrated the temperature and adjusted 15 degrees up to raise the temperature during self clean to the proper temperature. Unit operates as designed.

"Replaced damaged RC door gasket. Heated and formed the gasket to create a full seal all the way around the door. Advised cx to leave the door closed for at least an hour to allow the gasket to set in place. Inspected freezer door, found slight improvement to the condensation build up after raising the door on the previous visit. Installed supplemental gasket bump out kit, and confirmed the gasket is properly sealing all the way around the door. Advised cx to call us if condensation persists. Will need to call techline to report issue.
