Confirmed customers complaint of no start. When a cycle is attempting to start the unit beeps 3 times and does not initiate. Removed kick plate to plug in SmartHQ and found evidence of a significant water leak under the unit from the wash motor. When I plugged in the diagnostic tool the unit read main control not found indicating no response from electronics. Advised Mrs it appears water got into the control and shorted it. Cost of repair would exceed cost of replacement. Mrs to replace.
