"Found the washer pushed as far rearward as possible. Rear panel of the washer is contacting the power cord plug, water supply hoses and drain hose fill the total gap between the rear panel and the wall. Both the washer and dryer moved 6 inches to the left and the dryer moved forward 3 inches allowing for alignment between the two while leaving adequate space for door swing and passage to the garage. "When I arrived, I found the unit nonresponsive. Control board was receiving power. I entered the unit into diagnostics and nothing would happen. After trying for several tries and verifying every wire connection between the control and individual components I was unable to get the unit to respond to diagnostics. There I checked for error codes And did not retrieve any. I then ran a factory calibration. And then ran a normal cycle. I allow the normal cycle to run for about 20 minutes. And then ran a quick wash and allowed that cycle to complete. All functions now check OK. Job complete."

Unit ran through diagnostic testing confirming reported warmer RC conditions due to a faulty air dampener control. All other diagnostic test pass without fault. "Found the units defrost drain has again frozen over allowing defrost water to migrate onto the floor of the FC and into the RC through the air channel. On initial inspection found the defrost heater had not been secured onto the defrost drip pan resulting in reoccurring failure (see pictures attached). Defrost heater extension previously installed ineffective as a result. Additionally, found the unit leaning both forward and to the right directing water away from the defrost drain increasing potential for icing condition found. All ice cleared from the defrost drip pan and drain. More substantial defrost heater extension installed for better heat transfer to the defrost drain and defrost heater secured onto the defrost drip pan as designed. Unit leveled for proper flow and drainage of defrost water. Cabinet sealed to the liner using approved silicone adhesive. All unit test and operations check good upon completion of service. Customer to monitor and advise should further service be required.

Got back to the unit and installed new water. Inlet housing. Tested operation of the unit in diagnostics and found no further issues leaks or otherwise. Cleared out any error codes. This unit may have had. No further issues issues. Found at this time. Job complete

Got to this unit to find that the mullion was not making contact at the pivot point on the refrigerator. Also found the mullion was not flipping properly. Replaced mullion and tested. Mullion is now moving properly without issue and ceiling properly now.
