"Got to this unit to disassemble so the new parts could be installed. Was unable to disassemble the lower portion of the motor due to the main bolt of the stater assembly being locked in place broke one of my bits trying to get it out. Due to this Was forced to cut part off the lower rotor to be able to get all of the south 7 mm bolts out for swapping to the new motor parts. Was able to remove all of these bolts and get swapped over to the new unit. After installing all of these parts ran calibration test and automatic test. Unit now working correctly. No further issues.

"Tech support advising that the unit must have a large load during the steam cycle. Otherwise, the mist from the valve (20oz-30oz/load) will accumulate on the inner door and drip through the door seal. By having a large load in the drum, this will prevent the mist from accumulating on the inner door. On this particular unit, there is no specific steam setting adjustment that can be adjusted based on amount of garments within the drum. Tech lines recommendation for running 1 garment of clothes would be to add a damp cloth with the single garment and set on a non steam cycle. If customer decides to run this unit on a steam cycle with only 1 garment of clothes, it is expected that a leak may appear through the dryer door. Normal operation at this time. Found the unit running extremely hot and not producing ice. All components were on and running properly and condenser is clean. Upon further investigation found the decorative kickplate that was added to the factory kickplate has louvers that are aligned exactly opposite which completely blocked all airflow through the machine. Once the decorative kickplate was removed the unit dropped a batch of ice. Slightly adjusted cube size control and allowed another batch to drop and verified cubes are now perfectly sized and shaped. Advised Mrs on the unit and she will monitor and advise.

Diagnose unit and it is displaying an F47 error at all times so it wont allow you to use any of the burners. Reset breaker and still same issue. Called techline and we stated its a Power modular problem. It is defective but unfortunately the part is discontinued so therefore it cannot be fixed. Here is the SR #7741274280. ..customer will need to purchase new unit.

"Cx complaint: long dry timesUpon arrival, tested unit and found it heating and exhausting properly. After a few minutes an AF error message pops up for bad Air Flow. Pulled the unit out found lint building up inside the unit due to a vent restriction. Tore the unit apart and cleaned all lint from inside the unit and the vent hose. Put everything back together and tested operations.after several minutes AF pops up again. Disconnected the vent hose and tested operations successfully. Advised cx to call a dryer vent cleaning company to service the air vent duct inside of the wall unit operates as designed.
