"SR# 7741277621 - Found icemaker fill tube frozen solid again. Same issue as we have had multiple times previously. Fill tube heaters and UI have both been replaced more than once and the entrance/exit of the fill tube has been sealed with permagum. Spoke with Kurt at Techline and was advised that changing the water filter can introduce air into the tubing which can cause freezing. And per manufacture air can take up to one month to purge from the line and they recommend installing the filter into the FF column, purging the air through dispenser, then installing into Freezer column. Mrs advised the filter has NOT been replaced. This is not the problem. Per JennAir, they cannot rule out an insulation void in the cabinet causing the tube to freeze. The fill tube does not just freeze at the entrance of the freezer, it freezes all the way up the cabinet. No recommended service at this time. Customer to call JennAir and will advise."

Removed and replaced suspension rods. Calibrated and tested unit and all operations check OK at this time.

"On arrival found the unit had previously been pulled est. 8' inches forward of the cabinet enclosure. No water on the floor however, water staining could be seen on the stainless steel exterior face of the unit left and right of the ice bin opening and on the floor directly in front of the unit. Inspection conducted finding multiple issues i.e. exterior top panel unsecured allowing for warm air migration, door gasket compressed at the lower left corner (non-hinge side) also allowing for warm air infiltration and accumulation of condensation, ice bin deflector incorrectly positioned allowing for water splash out to regularly hit and run down the interior door liner. All issues found can and will lead to water leak conditions reported. Top panel properly reinstalled and secured. Door gasket rotated 180? for optimal seal. Water deflector reinstalled at proper alignment to prevent excessive water splash out. Behind the unit found no physical damage to the power supply cord, water supply line and/or drain hose. All lines rerouted to better allow for full unit installation into the cabinet surround. No visual access available following installation however, confirmed proper water fill and drainage without fault and/or water leaks. Unit leveled for proper alignment between the units exterior door panel and a jointing cabinetry. All unit tests and operations check good upon completion of service. Customer to monitor and advise should further service be required."

No fault error code recorded in unit history. Unit ran through diagnostic auto test confirming off balance platform and excessive noise i.e. banging when initiating high speed spin. Found 2 of the 4 level adjuster securing nuts backed off (LR / RF) allowing the levelers to shift through normal continued use resulting in an unsecured and unlevel foundation leading to unbalance load conditions on load type / sizes which would normally advance without fault and/or excessive noise issues when initiating high speed spin. Confirmed tub hanger springs and all shock supports properly and securely installed. Required adjustments made and all leveler securing nuts fully seated to correct. Unit ran through both diagnostic auto test and manual load testing in high speed spin now without fault and/or excessive noise. Customer to continue normal use of the unit and advise should further service be required.

"Got to this unit to find that the customer was saying this unit was making some odd noises and not doing its job. Testing found there definitely to be some odd noises. Got underneath the unit and found the belt to be hanging out of the safety shroud. Parts of the belt had been eaten away by the drive pulley on the motor. Found there to be a scar on the pulley itself on the cam. Because of these issues and the belt in the condition found, went ahead and replaced both belt cam and actuator. These parts in my opinion needed to be replaced to make sure that this does not happen again. Tested operation with a calibration and automatic test and a drain and spin to confirm that the belt was in proper, working order as well as not just coming off at the drop of a hat. No further issues found at this time. Job complete.

Replaced with pre IDd part. All other components checked okay. Tested operations successfully with. Advised cx not to use the dryer until vents serviced by a professional.

"Unit operating temperatures confirmed and full diagnostic testing conducted prior to part installation. Based on past and current test results confirmed the units HV control fully functional and not in need of replacement at this time. New evaporator fan motor assembly and ice maker installed to correct confirmed component failures. Unit again ran through full diagnostic testing now without fault. After doing so was able to swap the doors over from right hand hinge, the left-hand hinge and was able to get this swapped over for the customer. Got back to this unit and was able to install new wire harness. After installation of wire harness tested operation of this unit and found no further issues. Unit is working as designed job complete.

Came to the house and temperatures on both side read fine 5 degrees on freezer and 37 degrees in the refrigeratorproblem we are having the icemaker is not making ice. Did notice ice in the tray frozen. Ran a test 44 and it passed also door switch and npbin switch passed. Reset the icemaker. Told customer to wait 24hrs to see if it makes ice. Job complete.

Got to this unit to find that the icemaker was stuck in a down position. Therefore it was unable to make any ice. Was able to remove icemaker and put new icemaker in so that the cycle could initiate. Was able to start a harvest cycle. Watch the maker go through all the motions and then fill with water. This will be now a wait-and-see condition. Customer should receive a full bit of ice within 24 to 48 hours. If she does not she is to get a hold of us.

Removed and replace Eva charge unit with four out of the seven and three-quarter ounces per shop. Someone will be here tomorrow to finish charging the system.

"Got back to this unit and was able to disassemble and reassemble using all new parts. Once this unit was reassembled, ran calibration automatic test and started a normal cycle to ensure function. All components appear to be working correctly at this time. No further issues found job complete.

Got to this unit and heard from the customer that the lint detection light was coming on quite often. Tested operation and indeed found this. Further testing found that the vent was restricted by the unit itself being pushed back too far. Tested operation after finding this and fixing the vent issue and metered the heat inside the drum. Was only finding 175?F. This is within normal range of temperature for the dryer unit. This does seem like it has low airflow. But definitely has proper flow considering temperatures are not skyrocketing during testing. After adjusting this unit no further issues found at this time. Job complete.

Unit is now working like it should and customer is happy

"Customer concerned that the unit is not washing properly. Confirmed issue. Upon arrival, tightened motor bolt underneath the washer. Tested in diagnostics and also found F0E7 error code for clothes detected on clean washer cycle. Reset error code. Also suspect that tenants may be using too much detergent. This machine only calls for 1-2 TBSP of HE detergent. If more is used, can cause pressure related issues within the unit. Landlord may need to attach a sign on the washer stating to only use 1-2 TBSP of HE detergent. All ops good at this time. Job complete.

Found ice maker with E5 code for bad thermistor... Customer approved to be fixed and also neeed doors tightened and i also took heat gun the the freezer gasket.. Made sure vertical mullen was on for condensation build up if customer calls back send back with foam gaskets

"found dishwasher in use, upon arrival. Appears to be in the final stages of drying mode. Removed lower flood pan and confirmed dry with no signs of water. Emptied dishwasher of contents and ran a test cycle with transparent door attached. Confirmed water properly entering the machine to proper level, and water properly circulating at all spray arms. (Confirmed no splits in the seam of the spray arms). uninstalled unit and performed a visual inspection of all possible areas to leak water. Found no water residue at any of the key components. Removed outer door and confirmed. No leaks from vent or dispenser. After running the dishwasher multiple times for over an hour with no signs of leaks, called tech-support to report findings. Tech support had no recommendations for resolution due to not being able to replicate the water leaking issue. Was advised to have consumer call customer service for any further resolutions. Tech support gave no recommendations on any further service to be performed. All findings documented on same SR number from previous trip out.
