Diagnosed unit and determine the broil in the oven is working properly. It is heating at the right temperature. Advised customer and he understood. Job complete.

Inspected unit and determine the right door hinge was faulty loose therefore not allowing the door to close all the way. Repaired problem by reinstalling the door hinge tightly and securely. Door is now sealing and closing properly. Also leveled unit for customer. Job complete.

Came to inspect unit and determine the temperature in the freezer was not up to par ..took the freezer cover off and notice too much ice buildup on the evap sensor which could be throwing it off. Defrosted the whole evap coil completely and also tightened the sensor to the coil. Advise customer to give it about 3 days and she should see a difference in temperature. Unit is now working properly. Job complete.

"Spoke to Steve at tech line sr#7739533844. Case file 7739497258. Installed new hinge and found damage to frame where it was hot by something and bent the frame in which causes the door to bind up and not seal favtory or installers tried to cover it up by putting a piece of metal behind hinge to bring the door out but caused a significant gap. Spoke to tech line and trade partners, unit is deemed unrepairable.

Got to this unit and was able to remove old wash pump and install new. After installation tested the unit through automatic cycle. "Got to this unit and found freezer temperatures to be good for making ice as far as I can tell. Ice cream in the freezer section was nice and firm. Unit had ice in the icemaker, but it was not kicking it out. Did find error code E5 on this unit which typically is an issue for the icemaker specifically but has led to computer board issues. There have been occasions where the icemaker gets replaced and does not do the job whereas the control board has the ability to fix this. express this to the customer and gave estimate for part on that if that were to be the situation. Did a power reset on this unit and found all parts appear to be working correctly. Unit was able to be delivered water. At this time, we will have to wait to find out if the icemaker will work on its own accord. If it does not, it is my opinion that the control board needs to be replaced and the customer is aware of this information. spoke with Dale on this unit to see if service call was necessary for todays appointment. As we discussed no service call is to be charged at this time. Customer to let us know if unit is not producing ice within 24 to 48 hour.

Found unit not cooling and temp over 80F. Put into diagnostics and found faults for F0111 Freezer Air NTC and F0122 Ambient Air NTC. Per Miele this can happen with a no-cool situation. Compressor was clicking off on overload. Opened overload and found burnt contacts. Replaced overload from miscellaneous truck stock. Compressor immediately fired up and fans were running. Mrs will monitor and advise on unit.

Installed new door ice and advised customer to monitor unit and if any issues in the next 30 days to call us

Got back to this unit and hooked up the smart device to the refrigerator to find out it did need a update to the software. With the customers approval ran the update to the software. After software update went through testing and found that the evaporator fan and the refrigerator section still was not working. Tried to operate through testing it would not. Replace the evaporator fan in the refrigerator section and tested. fan now working correctly. Reset the unit power and confirmed operation. No further issues found at this time. Collected for heart labor and update for the software. Job complete.
