"Upon arrival, UI was unresponsive. Used a non contact voltage meter, and confirmed power going to the unit. Cut the breaker to inspect the power supply cord. Attached my meter leads to the neutral and hot wires and turned the breaker back on. Confirmed 120v present from line to neutral. Tested line to ground and only had 70volts. Inspected and found the ground wire was connected incorrectly. Cut the breaker off and installed the ground wire correctly. Line to neutral now shows 129v. Powered the unit successfully l ran a diagnostic cycle to completion successfully with no error codes. Unit now operates as designed.

Replaced UI under RPW due to F2E1. All operations test OK at this time.

Checked unit no error codes stored. I gave customer education on how to start the unit she wasnt pushing the steer button long enough. Job complete

Installed new lower harness assembly. Performed calibration and auto test. Confirmed all ops functioning properly. Job complete.

"F0-E5 (Off Balance Load Detected) recorded in history, cleared before advancing. Inspection conducted confirming moderate wear to the unit suspension. Unit hub gears stripped preventing proper agitation function. Found abrasion between the units cam pulley and shield due to contact as a result of the worn suspension allowing the lower unit to rest on the floor during operation with heavy loads. Abrasion between the cam pulley and shield appear cosmetic only. No less than a new suspension, hub and washplate would be needed to correct primary failures found. Before advancing with further testing estimate created for repair of confirmed failures found. Due to the units time in use at 9yrs and base cost to repair the customer has opted not to advance with further service at this time.

"Unit not currently in service, covered and staged outside the home away from power, gas supply and/or venting. LP gas conversion conducted as per customer request. Customer additionally requested the installed dryer (also outside) be removed and the converted dryer be reinstalled in place. Found the gas supply hose between the hose shut-off valve and the dryer heavily rusted and seized. Due to the the gas supply hoses heavily deteriorated condition reuse (if separation is successful) is not recommended. To reduce additional part(s) and labor charges the customer has opted to outsource further service to a local handyman within the community. Customer will advise should further service be required.

"Found new parts received differ slightly from originals. Prior tech (TT) contacted and advised parts ordered we're as instructed by U-Line T/L in attempt to correct known issue of water splash out during ice production causing ice produced to rapidly melt and deplete the water reservoir before completing ice production cycle. New updated circulation pump and hose installed, no instructions included. As a direct replacement water circulation pump flows freely out the open Y-hose with insufficient water pressure to reach the evaporator. 1' inch tubing reducers from the original water tube and circulation pump Y-hose connection configured with the new circulation pump and hose and hose secured restoring water flow to the evaporator. Found water pressure to the evaporator has been reduced eliminating water splash out however, appears possibly to low of flow to produce full sized cubes throughout the complete evaporator mold. Customer instructed to monitor and advise should further service be required. Should no ice production / slow ice production issues persist, reset service appointment for pick up and shop repair. Original components repackaged, marked and left with the customer should pick up of the ice machine be needed."

"New FC stainless steel door, badge and plugs installed correct manufacture defect and/or cosmetic issues. New ice maker installed to restore proper ice production. Upon energizing the new ice maker initiated and completed harvest cycle to include proper water fill without fault and/or water leaks. All unit operations check good on completion service. Customer to monitor and advise should further service be required.

"Found excessive condensation accumulation throughout the upper area of the RC interior, picture attached for reference. Initial inspection as found moderate damage to both the FC & RC door gaskets however, are capable of providing adequate seal. Found multiple Ziploc bags of frozen food product fallen behind the lower FC pull out bin preventing the FC door from fully closing allowing for warm air infiltration and preventing proper engagement between the FC door liner and door switch. With either the FC and/or RC door switches open the evaporator fan motor is no longer energized worsening condition as found. All obstructions removed. Unit ran through complete diagnostic component load testing finding and/or reporting no component failures. Customer advised on findings to help prevent reoccurring issues. Customer to monitor and advise should further service be required.

Found and replaced faulty control board i than was able to put unit into calibration and than regular testings from there i was able to confirm unit now working like it should

"Checked running pressures and got -2psi low and -0.6psi high side. Checked equalization pressures and got -10.3psi low and -9.5psi high. Charged system with nitrogen and monitored. Started nitrogen pressure at 172.1psi and after about 10 minutes, the pressure reached 163.1psi. Bubbled tested all exposed lines and found no leaks at all. Suspect leak is internal, which would be grounds for not repairable. Contacted tech line and documented with them. Tech line will be submitting this unit for exchange. SR# 21229891."

"Customer concerned that the unit stopped cooling again. Confirmed issue. Found defrost issue again. Was able to get the unit to run a forced defrost now so the control is operating as designed. Accessed defrost thermistor and tested for resistance and the thermistor is reading (in ice) as if its 94 degrees. Unit also has failed defrost sensor. Installed new sensor from truck stock, tested unit, all ops good. Job complete.

"Go to this unit to find the left-hand side of the lid, broken out at the hinge, whereas pieces were falling into the basket. Was able to remove old lid and then replace with new. Did not find any other reason to my ability to see why this wouldve broken out after just a couple years. Job complete.

"Upon arrival, confirmed compressor, and all fans running. Gained access to evaporator and found that it only had a 10% frost pattern indicating a refrigerant leak. Advised process for searching for leaks Estimate declined at this time.

Upon arrival i confirmed code to be a rotor or sensor for rotor problem... I tipped unit back and found center bolt had came loose.. I was able to retighten and put unit through regular testing and than i started a quick wash to confirm unit agitating... Advised customer to try washing machine and if issue continues to call us back first thing in the morning

Remounted and secured the motor in position correctly, and put the unit back together. Tested operations successfully. Unit now operates as designed."

Found failed pressure switch on main control per BS at shop. This is covered under special project to replace main control. Remove replace part all test OK unit pass calibration customer to advise.

Inspected unit and determine the slider and clutch was faulty therefore not allowing the unit to agitate or spin. Need parts. Install new clutch and slider. Tested operation of the unit and it is now working properly. Job complete.

Installed new icemaker with new heater and outside heater... I than took permagum and sealed icebox as unit is getting condensation inside fridge in different places ... I than took heat gun and reheated all the gaskets to form better seal and than i turned on mullen to to stay on

Found ice maker couple and under ice maker teeth were damaged.. Unit makes ice but we not dispencing because of this.. Installed new couple and ice bin and was able to repair issue and customers are happy

Inspected unit and found the belt was faulty loose. Therefore the unit will not agitate or spin. Repair problem by reinstalling the drive belt tightly and securely to the motor drive. Unit is not working properly. Job complete.

Repaired problems by Installing new adhevise around the liner walls where there were gaps. It is now sealed good. Also leveled unit and it is now working properly. Job complete.

Installed new outer door panel. Unit checks OK now. Job complete.

"Prior to installing new flipper mullion, confirmed good resistance from heater. Removed old.mullion, and verified open heater circuit. Installed new mullion and removed excess moisture from doors.

Apon arrivalv i was able to confirm washing machine had a faulty control board.... Installed new control and recalibrated unit and put unit through regular testings and confirmed unit now working like it should and the customer is happy

After explaining to customer that we have to return and order parts and hunt down the communication from the probe to which board the customer has decided to purchase a new one as this has been worked on a few times and she would like a new one anyways

"Got to this unit to hear from the customer that the lid was locked and the last time this unit was running, had leaked water onto the floor. Before testing looked this unit over and found that the drain hose on the back of the unit had indeed come off. Was able to reinstall drain hose and test further unit was able to move through all testing without issue ran the unit through calibration automatic cycle, and then started a load as though the customer was using it. At this time found that the unit was not delivering cold water inside the basket. Further testing found that hot water only was coming in not cold. Tested the valve itself and found that it was unable to send any cold water through the normal tap cold side. Found that the valve at the wall was not sending any pressure through to the valve. Customer will have to get this taken care of by a plumber. No further issues found with the unit at this time. Job complete."

Customer has a leak in the freezer as there is no frost pattern but about 6 inches on the output copper pipe going into the coil... Customer is going to get a new unit

After plugging in GE smart HQ found that I had to write in the model and serial number for the fridge as it lost it also found in the unit needed six updates confirmed all the sensors and fan motors and compressor were working properly. Performed update and found the sensors are back within range and reading correctly. fridge is working as designed at this time. Advised customer to call us back within 30 days if they have any further issues.

Found icemaker to have E2 code for motor lost position.. I tried to harvest but motor did not move...Customer approved service call and price for icemaker and labor for 419.16... Cycle icemaker and than confirmed proper fill and advised customer to monitor unit and if any issues or no ice they can reach out use within 30 days for service call

"After taking unit apart i found blower wheel was broke and was scrapping the inside of the housing... Had to smash off and install motor as it became stripped over use... Started unit and customer said the unit was never this quiet and she is happy unit is fixed
