Found 3 broken burner igniters. Parts are unavailable. Customer will contact her son to assist in purchasing a new cooktop

Replaced both spray arms and door gasket. Completed function test. All checks ok

Found evap motor not operating. Replaced evap motor. All checks ok

New lid strike installed. Unit ran through complete auto test in diagnostics without fault and/or water leaks. All unit operations check good upon completion of service. Customer to advise.

New evaporator fan motor assembly installed. All unit tests and operations to include running sounds levels check good upon completion of service. Customer to monitor and advise should further service be required.

Reinstalled oven door due too being out of position from clip tested checked ok

Installed new diffuser control. tested operation of the diffuser and it is now working properly and making its normal operational noises. Job complete.

Came and installed the parts customer provided light led switches and spark modular. Did not need the microswitches we brought with us. Unit is now working properly. Job complete.

ReInspected unit and determine the fill tube was not in the right position facing too low there splashing water out the fill cup. Repaired problem by reinstalling the fill tube correctly. It is now working properly. Job complete.

"Came to reinspect unit and determine the Cam clutch nut was loose therefore making a loud noise in the agitation cycle. Replaced both the CAM and drive belt. Calibrated the unit for them and also advised them the reason for nut to get loose is because they are overloading the cycles and also not using enough water in there cycles. Explained to them and they understood. Called tech line and we created an SR #7739278049 for history done on this unit. Job complete.

Replaced Icemaker and paddle for dispenser

Upon arrival found both left rear burner and griddle burner seized gave Mrs. estimate for new burners. She declined estimate as shes going to go get a new unit.

Installed new control board and placed unit into diagnostic mode. Confirmed all ops functioning properly. Poured water over heater and confirmed water sizzling from extreme heat. Job complete.

Found cabinet broke away from refrigerator liner. Contacted whirlpool tech support and was told unit is non-repairable. Was given Sr# 7739467856 for documentation.

"Customer requesting check up on the unit. Checked error codes and found nothing concerning. Ran through diagnostics cycle and all functions are working. Drain is not clogged, unit is draining well. All valves are actuating properly. During spin, can hear slight bearing noise, but nothing to be concerned about right now. Customer hasnt ran clean washer cycle on this unit so I recommended to run a few times before the next load, and then once a month after that. Educated customer on maintaining unit. Did not recommend any repair at this time, as the machine is working as designed. Job complete."

"Go to the unit to find that the drain pump was trying to drain, but no water was leaving the machine. With further testing found that the drain pump is working but not able to remove water. With customers approval got into the machine and found that the debris trap for the drain pump was full again. Removed debris and explained to customer what was going on. Put the unit back together and tested. No further issues found at this time. Job complete.

Replaced water filter checked operation ok job complete

"Replaced drive motor, blower wheel and timer. Ran unit for 15+ minutes and breaker did not trip. All operations check OK at this time. Customer will monitor and advise.

"On arrival found the unit set for ice production Off, estimated 2' to 3' inches of standing water within the ice bin, no drain pump motor function. Units pressure switch assembly manually tapped immediately engaging the switch energizing the drain pump. Units ice bin completed drain function without fault. Drain function failure due to a sticking drain pump pressure switch. New pressure switch assembly from truck stock installed to correct. Units pressure hose, nozzle, ice bin and drain system flushed with hot water to clear debris. Units drain system now fully responsive and functioning without fault and/or water leaks. As the home will be left vacant for at least one month unit left set for ice protection off as found. Service complete.

"New FC stainless steel door installed. All unit test and operations to include proper door seal, dispenser function, etc. check good upon completion of service. Customer to monitor and advise should further service be required."

Found unit with frion leak advised to cust would need to preform leak diag will buy new unit

"Found cubes not full sized and ice maker module stalling. Freezer compartment temps were OK around 0F. Replaced icemaker under RPW and sold customer new water filter due to slow water flow at door and icemaker. Purged air from lines, cycled icemaker and it filled properly. Advised allowing 48 hours for changes to take place and monitor production. Customer to advise.

Inspected unit and determine all the components check out good. Problem customers having is she using too much detergent for loads. Explain to her if she wants to use a little bit more detergent she needs to use cycles with more water. She understood job complete.

Found no power to pump customer to replace unit

Checked unit upon arrival cust stated the freezer started cooling again after a few hours was back dow to 0. I checked the unit and it was at correct temp and no error codes were stored. Likely door left open.

Unit had a compressor that will mot run and has a refrigerant leak in the evap and heat exchange. Cust will let us know if they want it repaired woukd need picked up for shop repair if they do

"Units FC / RC temperatures, component operations, airflow, sounds, etc. normal at time service. Customer is reporting warmer temp / no cool conditions as intermittent usually occurring with noise conditions believed to be originating from the units compressor resembling description of known issue noted in Whirlpool Technical Service Pointer #: W11634348 Rev B. however, this units Mod / Ser is not at this time listed in the affected models. Additionally, customer reports the units doors hard to reopen for several minutes after closing. This issue has been noted in Whirlpool Technical Service Pointer #: W11604003 Rev B. requiring a 3/16' inch hole be drilled in to the defrost P-trap drain allowing for vacuum equalization improving door function. Modification conducted as per the pointer. Unrelated, per customer request, units ice maker uninstalled as water is not currently and/or is planned to be supplied to the unit. Mounting screws reinstalled and ice maker left with a customer for future use if needed. As reported intermittent warmer temperature / no cool conditions, noise issue, etc. could not be duplicated at time of service the customer has opted to monitor unit operations, temperatures, sounds and advise should further service be required."

Got to this unit to install new water valve water valve was installed. Tested operation of the unit after installation of the part. Could find no issues. Ran calibration as well to ensure function of this unit. No further issues found at this time job complete washer working correctly.

"Got back to this unit and was able to install new evaporator motor grommet and fan. After the installation of these parts tested operation. As putting the unit back together, left the evaporator fan on as to observe for any vibrations or noises. Could not find any at this time. Unit back together spoke with customer about different settings and unit is now complete.

"Found dryer belt had came off not letting the drum turn... Replaced with new belt and pulley and confirmed unit now spinning and heating like it should

"Confirmed continuation of frost buildup in freezer. Found gasket not sealing at top portion. Also, found uneven door compression. Unable to resolve by loosening top hinge screws. Called tech support about issue with unit. Sr# 7739444185 What does advise placing unit into product review for exchange. If whirlpool contact technician for further service, will need ice store assembly to resolve the second issue.

Replaced open heater element. Cleaned out inside if dryer. Checked operation job complete

Replaced bimetal and Evaporator thermistor. All operations test OK at this time.

Found product in FF compartment blocking airflow. Adjusted position of products to allow proper airflow.Frzr temp is 0 and I monitored refrigerator temp until 42 and is steadily dropping. Instructed customer on properly stocking their fridge.

Replaced Gearcase and spin basket. Completed function test. All checks ok

Installed rods all ops ok.

"Unit was having difficulty completing cycles. I added the unit diagnostics and did not retrieve any error codes. As I backed out of diagnostics, I tested all functions in the unit now check OK. There was a control logic issue that has been resolved by entering and exiting diagnostics mode. All functions now. Job complete.

"Customer was concerned that the left pantry drawer didnt close properly when in fact it does. The pantry drawer user face harness is located inside the same area that the draw closes. It appeared that sometimes that harness could have slightly obstructed the draw, but otherwise had no great effect on it. All functions today check fine. I placed my phone inside the draw and recorded a video of it closing so that we could see what takes place Inside and everything checks good. All functions check OK. Job complete."
