"Sr#7738843500 go to this unit to find that the maker would fill with water, but was not recirculating. Further testing found drain pump to be working, but recirculation pump not doing it job. Call Techline since we had had other hands in this to get some assistance. Determine that the pumps were not receiving power. Techline instructed to move further into the unit to find if loose connection or something of that nature was the problem. Once the top was pulled, was able to distinguish that there was a loose connection going to the main control. Got this confirmed and locked in properly. Tested unit and found that it is now functioning as though it should. Job complete.
