Found icemaker fill tube got hung up on the icemaker fill cup. Issue was causing half the water getting into icemaker and the other half water going into the ice bin. Reposition the fill tube and cycled the icemaker. Confirmed water entering icemaker with no splash over. Job complete.

"Found excessive noise issue caused by metal on metal contact at multiple locations and normal vibration through cycle operation. Cork tape from miscellaneous truck stock adhered at prime points of contact i.e. between the rear bulkhead and blower wheel housing, under the drive motor mount, etc. Unit ran through operational testing both empty and with heavy towels load. All unit operations to include sounds check good upon completion of service. Customer to continue normal use of the unit, monitor and advise should further service be required."

"Got to this unit to find error code for the control panel failure. Tested and found unit to be working somewhat but having some issues. Customer had also explained that the unit was draining intermittently and didnt have any water running to it during those times. Gave customer estimate for new control board And was approved. Was able to exchange out control board and then because I saw a glitch in the LED of the control board tested and found that the outlet the unit was plugged into to have incorrect power. This couldve caused damage to the previous control board and or continued issue with this one if left alone. Customer had another receptacle that we tested and found to be working and wired correctly, and we hooked up the unit to this for further testing to ensure function.Customer to take care of this electrical outlet on his own. Job complete."

Came and determined the hot water hose going to the hot solenoid valve on the unit was a bit loose therefore dripping slightly onto the floor. Reinstalled it tightly and securely. It is no longer lose and leaking water. Tested properly. Job complete.

"Per the customer, reported noise issue only occurs through the first few minutes of initiating cooling operations. Unit turned off for est 10min before resuming cooling operations. All start up procedures initiated without fault and/or abnormal sound issues. Unable to duplicate reported issue. Based on customers description, reported sound issue may be that of normal operation caused by flow of refrigerant leading to thermal expansion and contraction of materials resulting in reported sounds till temperatures and system pressures stabilize. If the case, repair service is not required. As the unit is otherwise operating at temperature without fault and/or additional sound issues, sealed system service would not be recommended as an attempt to resolve issue. Customer instructed to monitor and if possible record sound issue when occurring and advise should further service be required.
