"Got to this unit to hear from the customer that on the beginning of the preheat cycle this unit would shut off. Testing found that this unit is indeed working correctly. The unit did tripped the breaker on me twice on the initial startup of the preheat of the bake element. This typically is something that occurs when the unit has not had the full burn off effect. After the unit reached above 150 to 200? this unit no longer tripped the breaker and was able to make it to the 500? in the bake section. Remove the rear panel of this unit before testing and confirm that the four wire plug was indeed hooked up correctly and found no loose wires on this connection as well. Unit is working correctly. If this unit still proceeds to trip the breaker it would be in my opinion that the breaker is too sensitive for this unit. These newer breakers are detecting arc faults, and that is pretty much what we have going on inside the Relay section of this unit. Job complete."

However, E-27 / E-95 (Door Lock Blocked) & E-01 (Door Open) immediately reported when moving the jog dial from the Off position to any cycle option. Confirmed proper installation of the new door lock assembly and engagement both the door strike and door switch. Errors continue to report, fail to reset after 3min as described in the B/S/H Service Manual. Original door lock failure appears to have compromised the units electronic control. Due to the unit age, rising cost for repair and limited part availability the customer has opted not to advance with further service at this time. Original door lock assembly reinstalled. New door lock marked and retained for part credit."

"Got to this unit and started testing. During the beginning of testing found this unit would go through an automatic test cycle. However, this unit was making a very loud noise during agitation. Also noticed it having an issue trying to shift into the spin feature on the last portion. Was able to get the unit to go into a calibration cycle. After the calibration cycle retested on an automatic cycle. Found this unit to now be working correctly. After the automatic cycle got out of this and started a normal cycle as though I was the customer. This test found the unit to be able to lock agitate spin and fill correctly. No further issues found after this testing. Went ahead and also tried a drain and spin to ensure function as though I was the customer. And could find no reason for this unit to not work correctly. Job complete.

"Initial inspection has found the units spin basket torn free of the gearcase shaft. Unable to conduct operational testing due to primary component failure. No less than a new spin basket, block and spanner nut will be needed to correct. Additional component failures and/or damages may and likely do exist. Base cost for repair exceeds unit value. Customer has opted not to advance with repair service at this time. Customer to advise.

"Confirmed no unit operation and/or sounds. Multimeter testing conducted confirming voltage failure, only 15VAC between L2 to Neutral / Ground. Voltage drop found to be a connection issue between the homes power supply outlet and the three prong power cord. Connection manipulated restoring proper voltage to the unit. Unit initiated cycle however, only buzzing originating from the drive motor could be heard when depressing the start button. Units drum manually rotated while pressing the door switch and start button. Following the unit resumed normal motor function and drum rotation. cycle paused and started multiple times now without fault. All unit operations check good upon completion of service. Customer to continue normal use of the unit, monitor and advise should further service be required.

Apon arrival i put unit into testnig and it went through all testings without any issues... I took lid strike off and inserted into latch and visually watched unit run a cycle as if nothing is wrong and from what i found customers here at the place have not attempted to use unit sense november but the house has had power outages that may have reset the control board... ran unit twice and advised them to use the unit and if any issues occur to contact our office within the first 30 days

Got back to this unit and was able to install new heater. Had to install a new connection on the right hand side of the heater due to the old one getting toasted off in the process of doing its job. Was able to replace this connector and make a good union into the harness. Unit should be moving forward with proper defrost at this time. Told customer this unit should take approximately 24 hours to get back to a normal temperature. No further issues seen or found at this time.

"Got back to this customers home to discover that the water is indeed coming from the dispenser and indeed giving full-size ice cubes at the icemaker. This is a unknown at the time. Checked over the unit several different ways of looking at where water would come in why it shouldnt. I dont have a good reason today to change out this valve other than the fact that we may have a valve that didnt wanna work while I was here. I really dont have a great explanation. Unit is working correctly now. If this unit still has problems, I would want to show back with this valve, but this unit has been working without issue for the past week. Job complete.

"Got back to this unit and was able to install all the parts that we had ordered on a previous visit. Before installation of any parts had to inspect the basket that was shipped here to ensure that we did not have a repeat of the damage or broken basket originally. After inspection and insured all parts were there for todays repair. Was able to disassemble this unit and replace all parts necessary to get this unit back going. After installation of parts ran a calibration cycle, automatic test cycle, and ended with a normal cycle as though I was the customer using the unit to confirm operation and ensure function. No further issues found or heard at this time. Job complete."
