After installation of parts tested the unit and found unit to be shutting off with no clothes in it after approximately five minutes just like it should. "Got to this unit to hear the vibration noise the customer is complaining about. At first it sounded like it was coming from inside the refrigerator. However, after further investigation found that the condenser was rubbing against the bottom of the refrigerator unit. Also found several screws in the rear panel that were not completely tight as getting into this section. Was able to ensure that parts and pieces had adequate space so that they were not vibrating against one another any longer also was able to insulate the condenser away from the main section of the unit so that it would no longer make these vibration noises. Put the unit back into place and re-level the unit stuck around for a few minutes so that in case the unit was going to cause an issue, it would do it while I was here. Job complete."

Came and determine t was leaking from one of the John guest unions that sends water to the front dispenser. It looks like it stripped when I disconnected it to remove door and then installed the new line of the new door. I replaced it at no charge. Unit is now working properly. Job complete.

"On arrival found the units tank filled with est. 3' inches of standing water, unable to drain. Cycle cancel conducted, confirmed the drain pump motor energized with 120VAC, no motor rotation. All water vacuumed from the unit and drain pump motor uninstalled finding a 1/4' inch screw appearing to have been left from manufacturing lodged within the impeller housing preventing rotation of the drain pump impeller resulting in drain failure. Note: 1/4' screw found is not used in assembly of the tank interior and/or interior components. No physical damage found to the drain pump impeller and/or impeller housing. Drain pump motor reinstalled for testing. All unit testing operations now check good without fault and/or water leaks. Drain pump motor function fully restored. Customer to continue normal use of the unit, monitor and advise should further service be required.

Replaced dryer door shield. Listened to unit run and found no abnormal noises at this time. Mrs will monitor and advise on noise issue.

"Inspect the unit and determine the power control relay board is getting 120 VAC, but its not pushing out 120 VAC to the blower motor. We have a faulty power relay board. Unfortunate this part is discontinued. Therefore, a customer will have to purchase a new unit.

"Got to this unit to hear from the customer that the ice had been building up around the evaporator fan. This had been caused by the fill tube, not being aligned correctly and able to send water up and over the side of the fill tube. This water was running down into the evaporator area collecting and causing an ice ball next to the evaporator fan then causing nice loud noises. After the customer had shut off the icemaker for several days, they definitely had attributed the issue to that specifically. Was able to agree with them and fix the unit by putting in the fill tube with a small amount of non-hardening gum around the back to help secure. Tested the unit after repair was completed and found all water to be now delivering into the icemaker as originally designed. No further issues found at this time. Job complete."

"Sr#7741045302 got to this unit and heard from the customer that it was not working correctly due to error code presented on the screen. Exchanged out lower wash arm. Started testing the unit and could find no water leaks at this time. Had to obviously clean out the float in the bottom collection tray so that the unit would continue to start working through testing. After a thorough drying of this part was unable to reproduce any leakage on this unit also had to level this unit ever so slightly as the right side was binding up as the door would shut. After running several tests and not finding any leaks called into tech line to get this reported and also report the small finding while talking to them of seeing some residual water coming down the right hand side, where the unit was hard to shut. Believe that this was where the water was indeed coming from as at the moment we have nothing else to go off of. Tech line agreed and wanted to let the customer use the unit and see if this continues any further."

Found unit with out of balance error. No other problems present and unit passed all smarthq tests. Overload or underload is the issue. All checks ok

"Inspected unit and determine the water valve assembly is getting 120 VAC, but its not pushing out water into the basket. Determine the cold solenoid on the water valve is faulty. Will need to be replaced. Gave customer an estimate and she approved it. Install new water valve assembly. "7741003557 sr # got to this unit to hear from the customer that they had operated this unit for only a short period of time and when they step back into the room smoke what they described as a burning smell. Tech safety team had told the customer to turn the breaker off. Had the customer turned the breaker back on and tested the unit. did discover after starting the unit that there was indeed a small hole in the ductwork that was blowing lint and hot air out into the room of the laundry. Shortly, after seeing this, left the unit to run and saw that the end of the ductwork where it would attach to the house was also disconnected. This was blowing freely into the laundry room. Definitely believe that the burning smell was coming from the dryer since the ductwork was disconnected there was lots of indications of heat and lint blowing around the room. Called all of this information in and reported to safety team. SR number listed at the very beginning of this took what pictures were possible. Customer states that they had a company come out and clean the ductwork within the month. Believe this to be the reason for the ductwork falling down and or the whole possibly. Customer is going to get back in touch with the company that did the ductwork cleaning so that they can remedy the situation. Job complete."

"As per Wolf T/L instruct, new relay control board installed in accordance with the included instructions, dielectric grease applied at all required wire harness connector locations. Units upper oven initiated convection bake cycle reaching preheat of 375?F without fault. Unit continued through convection bake cycle for an additional 15min also without fault. All unit tests and operations check good at time of service. Customer to continue normal use of the unit, monitor and advise should operational failure persist.

Replaced thermostat. Upon testing unit immediately started cooling and had good frost pattern forming on evaporator. All operations test OK at this time.

Removed and replaced spin basket. Calibrated unit and ran through an auto test which both completed without fault. Also manually ran unit through a high-speed spin and verified staying in balance properly. All operations test OK at this time.

SR# 7741034265 - On arrival confirmed partial frost pattern on evaporator coil again. Tapped system and observed low side pressures running in a 19in vacuum. Pressurized system to 250psi with nitrogen. Exposed all joints and could not locate any leaks using leak detector or bubbles. Spoke with Whirlpool Techline and submitted photos and documented a pressure loss from 250psi to 240psi within 10 minutes. Unit has been submitted for review. Manufacturer will contact customer within 3 business days.

"Per Mrs they are not happy with the function of the dryer in terms of dry time and effectiveness. Advised that the end result with this unit may not be what they are expecting due to the nature of the design and not working the same as a traditional dryer. Unit appears to be operating as designed at this time, however I did do a cleaning of the unit to help with efficiency as the lint screen was clogged and not much air could pass through. Advised Mr the only other course of action would be to uninstall the dryer and bring it into the shop for a thorough disassembly and cleaning. Job cannot be done in the home due to nature of the install and lack of space. Customer will advise if we need to take any further action. If pickup is required need to send 2 techs and an oven dolly."

"Refrigerator no ice I checked in diagnostics on test 56 e0 but there was no water in unit,I ran test 57 and it didnt cycle came back 02 not completing,we reset the breaker #24 in panel (that is not a dedicated circuit)and icemaker passed the test 57 this time and filled with plenty of water in test 45, thinking should be on a dedicated 20amp by itself.

"Got to this unit to find and hear from the customer that this unit needed a cleaning. The vent system was indeed full of lint. Had to remove and take apart the majority of the unit to get down to it and actually get the coils cleaned out on this. Once this was achieved, got the unit back together and was able to get back to normal operation. Job complete."

"As reported, found the units RC running in cooling operations above 55?F. Units FC operating at set temperature, ice bin filled to max level with solid and full sized ice cubes. All unit components operating without fault, airflow checks good, condenser clear of matting and/or debris. Confirmed warmer RC operating temperature due to a refrigerant leak of the sealed system, running in a 13' inch vacuum. Sealed system leak likely originating from the RC evaporator and/or heat exchanger. Customer has opted not to advance with sealed system repair service at this time. By customer request, units RC system recharged with R134a allowing for temporary cooling. Customer will monitor unit temperatures, operations, etc. and advise should further service be required.

"Installed new dye drier. Recharged system system with 5.25 ounces of R134 a refrigerant confirm no leaks at brazed joints. Advised Mrs. to monitor unit, and call us back out when suspecting cooling issues returning.

"Got to this unit and had to install new repair kit to get this unit back working correctly. The belt had broken due to the old style of belt tensioner, which had no pulley. Was able to get this replaced and test the unit. No further issues found at this time. Job complete.

"Got to this unit and was able to install parts that were ordered. Testing found that the hot water and cold water valves one and two both are working. However, during testing this unit does not dispense to the softener as I have found. Ran unit through automatic test as well as others and again could not get water to the fabric softener and portion of dispenser. Ask customer to please run several different cycles to confirm one way or the other whether or not this part is working and to please let us know as soon as possible.

Installed new icemaker. Used test button to cycle and fill new icemaker and it finished quietly. All operations test OK at this time.

Drive motor had re frozen. Dried out motor with a hair dryer and it should be good now job complete.

"No fault error codes recorded in unit history. Unit ran through calibration cycle, diagnostic auto test and manual load testing as well as complete Rinse & Spin cycle without fault, water leaks, abnormal sound issues, etc. Operational issues as reported appear to have been of normal operation wherein the unit had reset from Final Spin back to Rinse in attempt to redistribute the wash load based on Out of Balance Load conditions (units suspension checks good). Unfamiliar with OBL and the units programmed process to correct, the customer had remove the unit from power during cycle based on presumption of failure. All unit operations check good upon completion of service. Customer instructed on Use & Care and normal unit operation under various conditions to include OBL. Customer to advise should further service be required.

Got back to this unit and was able to install one of two fans that were sent due to one of them being broken. Unit is now working correctly no noise from the broken fan blades previously that were hitting the grease catchers. Unit is working correctly no further issues seen at this time.
