Got to this unit to see and hear from the customer that the unit was beeping and flashing the green light. This was indicating an over temperature condition. Investigation further found that the evaporator fan was not working. Was able to turn the fan and get the lodged ice in the fan out and was able to get the fan back to work in condition. At this time we have a wait-and-see situation so the unit should be getting back to normal operation as there was plenty of frost seen on the evaporator. But it will take at least 24 hours to find out if this unit is cooling correctly. Job complete.

"Cx complaint: unit smells like fishUpon arrival, confirmed cx complaint. Removed the back panel to inspect the compressor area, found nothing out of the ordinary. Tore the freezer compartment apart to expose evaporator compartment. Found no issues back there. Removed the center drawer so customer could clean the bottom of the RC compartment. No signs of a culprit. Cx states theyve already tried using baking soda, charcoal, and vinegar to resolve the issue with no success Advised cx to leave a bar of soap in both the RC and FC to over power the fish smell.

"Customer concerned that the upper right door switch is not lining up with the door, causing the door alarm to trigger. Upon arrival, inspected door switch and it looks to be working properly. Door switch is lining up with the knuckle on the door. Removed upper switch housing and inspected both switches. Both switches and their housing look to be in good shape and found no damage. Re-installed upper panel and was able to slightly pull forward the panel so it is engaging the switch better. Found no issues at this time. TALKED TO ANDY AND HE WANTS OFFICE TO CALL HIM TO COLLECT PAYMENT. ANDY IS NOT AT THE RESIDENCE RIGHT NOW, HIS FATHER IS.

"Customer concerned that the ice maker is not working, and there is ice on the bottom of the freezer section. Confirmed issue. Upon arrival, temperature in the freezer is good. Tested ice maker and ice maker is working, suspect it got jammed at one point but is working properly now. For the ice buildup on the bottom of the freezer, found defrost drain is frozen. Quoted customer total of $214 to remove the ice and flush the defrost drain tube. Customer approved repair cost. Defrost defrost drain and tested, all ops good. Job complete.
