Cx complaint: stove not workingUpon arrival found f1e0 for a failed main board. Replaced defective main board with pre IDd part. Tested all operations successfully. Unit operates as designed at this time.

Inspected unit and determine the freezer door is not closing all the way leaving a gap open therefore losing temperature and building ice from condensation. Notice the left railing for the freezer door was faulty loose. Repaired problem by reinstalling the left railing tightly and securely. Also removed the ice buildup. Door is now closing all the way. Tested properly. Job complete.

Replaced miscellaneous rollers and unit is now working as it should.

Replaced the main control. Ran an auto test to completion successfully. Unit operates as designed at this time. Advised cx to call the office if issues persist.

Pulled unit and found no voltage into recirc pump during production but did have proper 120VAC from main control. Spoke with TRUE Techline and was advised to bypass recirc molex connector with a Wago lever nut. Reinstalled unit and ice production properly started and ice was forming at completion of service. Customer will monitor and advise."

First issue, found mounting hardware has detached from the dishwasher and the unit is free floating inside the cabinetry. Re-installed mounting hardware for the customer. Second issue, found that the high loop on the drain line has detached from its bracket, causing siphoning issue back into the dishwasher. I believe this to be causing the F13 error code. Re-installed high loop on the drain line and secured. Reset the unit and ran on a cycle. Monitored for 10 minutes and verified error code has no come back. Informed customer to monitor and call us if issue comes back. Job complete.

Inspected unit and determine the hot wire connection going from the main board to the dual cold solenoid water water valve was faulty loose therefore not energizing the valve so it can send water to the icemaker. Repaired problem by reconnection the wire connection tightly and securely to the coil valve for the icemaker. Icemaker is now receiving water. Icemaker and unit is working properly. Job complete.

Inspected unit and determine the hot wire going from the bake relay one of the legs on the bake element was shorted out therefore not powering the element. Repaired problem by rewiring he connection tightly and securely to the bake element. The bake element is now getting the correct voltage and heating up. Oven is now working properly. Job complete.

Found unit has bad bearing driveshaft pitted also main control parts discontinued customer replace unit.

Found FC drain clogged causing water on floor. Cleared drain tube and installed customer supplied lightbulb in FC. All operations test OK at this time.

"On arrival found both sections not cooling and no lights, fans or compressor operation. Verified 120VAC into unit from house supply. Disconnected user interface from electronic control and all other components starting working and unit is now cooling properly. UI is shorted and would have to be replaced. Product will work with UI disconnected however no temp control or icemaker operation. Customer declined estimate at this time but will advise the office if they would like parts ordered."

"Got back to this unit to find diminished water pressure still coming out the front of the unit. Was able to change out the primary valve at the back of the unit and found a increase in pressure. Once this was found was able to test further and found that the Water was still not making it into the icemaker under the testing. Had turned on the heater several times, trying to get that to allow water to move through. But it was not. Further testing and steps towards replacing the dual valve inside found that both the heater and the heater for the icemaker were left unplugged. Was able to plug these parts back in and do further testing and found water to be able to be delivered to the icemaker after this. Found proper testing to be taking place after all of this. No further issues found at this time. Will need to wait to see if this icemaker will continue on its own. 48 hours or so for this unit to make a full bin otherwise customer will be calling us.

"Customer concerned that the unit will not complete a cycle. Confirmed issue. Upon arrival, checked basket suspension and found suspension too bouncy. Checked error codes and got F0E3 and F0E5 for overload/off balance. Accessed motor compartment underneath the unit and found large amount of oil covering the motor and clutch components. Also found loose motor bolt. Oil is coming from the gearcase. In order to get unit back to complete working order, will need to change the suspension, gearcase, rotor, stator, clutch, and slider. Quoted customer to repair. Customer will be replacing the unit. Job complete.

Installed new interior LED lightbulb in the microwave. Interior light is not working properly. Job complete.

"Got to this unit to find that the dryer was indeed making a loud squeaking noise as a unit move through the drying cycle. Further investigation found that the support wheels for the drum had frozen up as well as the tensioner pulley had started to also make noise. Was able to replace these moving parts with the repair kit and get all parts back to normal operation. Job complete.

"Installed new handle, all ops good.

"No fault error codes recorded in unit history. Unit ran through full diagnostic testing finding and/or reporting no component failures. Units bake, broil and convection elements check good. Units oven sensor within range. Diagnostic control reset conducted restoring settings and parameters to factory defaults. Unit initiated normal bake cycle reaching preheat temperature of 350?F. Cycle canceled, initiated normal bake at 400?F, units oven continued in bake cycle maintaining temperature average within expected range of set temperature. Unit fully functional and without fault at time of service. Reported oven temperatures lower than set temperature had not been experienced by the homeowner but, by a home inspector as the home is currently up for sale. Method of testing conducted by the home inspector unknown, may or may not have been ideal for acquiring accurate temperatures readings in ovens as this model equipped with a hidden bake element which will require additional time beyond preheat tone (+5-10min depending on temperature selected) for optimal operating temperature averages. No repair service required at this time.

Installed control and compressor tested checked ok

Found FC cooling properly at 0F and icemaker had solid cubes but never harvested. No signs of any defrost failures. Most likely prior frost accumulation was from door being left open. Replaced icemaker assembly. Customer will monitor and advise.

Found unit shutting down mid cycle due to F14 recirculation pump fault. Put into service diagnostics and during recirculation pump test found no current draw on J701-3 from IMC board to recirc. Was able to tap on relay and recirculation pump started operating. Advised customer unit would need at minimum new IMC board and recirculation pump replaced together. Customer will advise if they would like parts ordered but will most likely look into replacement.

When I arrived I found the unit completely dead and completely not running. I reset unit and found oil in the drain pan. Unit is not worth repair.

"powered washer on and tried starting a cycle lid locked and in about 2 minutes went to done and unlocked the lid , put old start cap. back on washer and it started working fine
