"Customer concerned that the unit is making a loud noise. Confirmed issue. Upon arrival, inspected unit for defrost issues and found none. However, I found condensation/ice buildup on the outside of the freezer evaporator panel, indicating air intrusion at some point. Door seal looks good so I suspect that the freezer door may not have been shut all the way recently. Will need to remove all items from the freezer section to access the evaporator panel. Quoted customer to disassemble the freezer section and remove ice. Customer approved repair cost. Performed necessary repair on the unit and re-assembled. Ran through diagnostic tests and verified all are working. Job complete."

"Got this unit and was able to install new basket after removing tub ring and agitator. Once the new tub was exchanged, showed the customer the old basket to reinforce that the new basket wasnt deeded going to make a big difference. The old basket had numerous holes that were not drilled, but were just punched. This was not allowing the water to leave from the clothes as it was spinning, therefore, causing this immediate unbalanced condition. Ran unit through calibration after replacement of the basket. Also ran an automatic test to ensure function and had to level the unit since it was banging itself all around previously. Unit now working correctly as far as seen at this moment and all testing. Job complete.

"Got here this unit to find the ice bin empty bin sensor is working ice room fan working no ice in the maker either. Found that the error code E5 did exist. However, I was able to send water into this unit without having to turn on the heater. This unit is not showing signs at the moment of not being able to create ice. However, if this problem continues after my testing here today, the control board and icemaker would both have to be replaced to fix this issue in my opinion. With the testing done here today the customer will know within the next 24 to 48 hours whether or not this icemaker will continue to produce on its own. If it does not control board is necessary to fix this. Customer understands this is a wait-and-see situation and to let us know one way or the other.
