"I removed and replaced the drive motor and blower wheel and the Unit checks OK and is now making normal operating sounds. The sounds that the unit was making previously are no longer there and have been resolved. I demonstrated this to the customer also. Customer still not satisfied. States that he wants a new dryer. I explained to him that the unit is making normal operating sounds, and what he is hearing is the seam from the drum as it rolls over the roller wheels. And it is completely normal. and that I would call Whirlpool Techline to document his concerns and my repair. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke with Derek he documented todays repair and agreed that what the customer is hearing is the drum seamas it rolls over the support roller wheels. and no further suggestions for additional repairs from Whirlpool Techline. "Got to the unit to find that there was water leaking from the front of the unit. Found that the seal is not ripped or damaged visually. Did find a piece of tape and some hairs on the door side of that seal. Cleaned up all parts attributed to the possible seal leak on the front of the door. Put unit back together and ran through automatic test was able to find one or two drops come from the front seal, and no other residue seen or found during test of water. Believe all of the issues were due to the inner part of the Bellows not being cleaned out as well as some debris on the front of the seal causing improper seal. Unit seems to be working just fine without leak issues.

Accessed refrigerator section LED module and tested 120vac input to the module. Removed module and inspected the R15 resistor and found that it is burnt and shorted. Sr#7737889538 got to this unit to find that the upper portion of the freezer door gasket was not ceiling had a significant gap in that gasket from the cabinet. Due to this went ahead and used adhesive to seal the inner and outer parts of the cabinet. Was able to heat the door gasket and get the gasket to start ceiling against the cabinet again. Called into tech line and reported these findings and the repairs that were done. No further steps required at this time to resolve any further issues. Did document this with whirlpool in case we do have to go back. Job complete
