Inspected water lines from the home side and found no leaks and installation is proper. Tilted unit back and inspected for leaks, found no leaks. Ran unit on an empty cycle and with clothes in and re-inspected. Found no leaks. Put unit on a drain cycle and checked the stand pipe to make sure that its not overflowing and it is good. Educated customer on proper detergent usage that is recommended by the manufacturer (1-2tbsp). Customer understood. All ops good at this time. Job complete."

"Installed new power cord harness at the rear of the unit, unit is safe and operating properly. Went to install door switch and found that the switch has too much insulation behind the switch, which is causing complications on getting the door switch out. Called tech line for further instructions and they instructed to break out the door switch. He stated that if the wire harness does not pull out with the switch, then it would be not repairable. Broke out the door switch and found that the wire harness is completely lost within the insulation. Tech line advised the unit is not repairable. "Customer concerned that the knob is broken for the rear left burner and the valve is seized. Confirmed both issues. Quoted customer for a new knob and valve and customer approved, however, when attempting to remove the top panel of the cooktop I found that the burner nuts are seized on as well and very brittle. If I start to loosen the burner nuts then the whole manifold twists and it is a risk to damage the gas lines underneath. Informed customer and showed him the issue and explained that if these manifolds twist then we would have to rebuild the entire cooktop. Customer not wanting to proceed with repair. Will return parts.

"Unit temperatures, component operations and sounds normal at time of service. Customer reports sound issue had not been occurring throughout today however, over the last few days the intermittent noise when occurring would stop when either the FC / RC doors were opened suggesting sound issue is related to the evaporator fan motor and/or fan blade contacting ice and/or frost accumulation. Units evaporator fan motor fully functional and clear of obstruction, airflow also checks good throughout the FC / RC. Customer will monitor unit operations and advise should noise issue persist. Quote listed is for the most likely action to correct and is for estimate only. No parts to be ordered without customer authorization. Customer to advise.

Found harness with pressure hose came unclipped from frame and ended up right under the water valve where it releasing water into the tub and it was bouncing off of it and coming down the back panel on the floor... Moved harness and reclipped it and confirmed no more leaking
