"Customer concerned that the dryer wont start. Confirmed issue. Upon arrival, tried starting unit and can hear the motor hum but drum does not turn. Gave drum a jump start and drum started turning. Turned off and tried starting again without jump starting and drum is turning strong. Something was stuck in the felt of the drum causing the drum to bind up when cycle is started. Tested unit multiple times to confirm its working properly and it is. Removed front panel and inspected belt, pulley, and rollers and they are all good.

"F8-E6 (Water Hazard), F9-E1 (Drain Pump System Problem - Long Drain), F9-E2 (Water Ring Detected, Pump Drive System Problem) & F3-E1 (Pressure System Fault) recorded in unit history, cleared prior to testing. Found an estimated 6'- 8' inches of standing water within the unit tub, unable to drain. Through diagnostic drain pump test the units drain pump can be heard energized and rotating with no water flow. Units original drain pump uninstalled confirming failure, impeller broken three of the motor shaft. New drain pump supplied by pre-ID installed to correct. Unit ran through calibration cycle, auto test and manual load testing in diagnostics without fault and/or water leaks. All unit operations check good upon completion of service. Customer to advise.

Monitored, and found very small leak coming from underneath the unit, specifically at the diverter motor. Circulation pump is trying to turn on, is receiving power, but will not operate. Can hear the hum of the circulation pump but no activity from the pump at all. Unit has a defective sump assembly, and will need to be replaced to fix the leak and circulation pump issue. When testing the oven for proper calibration found the unit to not have proper temperatures at 3:50. Had to drop these temperatures down slightly to account for possibly hotter. "Upon arrival, found normal condensation in refrigerator. Advise Mrs. this is caused by moisture coming out of the bins with open vents. No frost or ice buildup in freezer. Found standing water on top of freezer door seal. Installed to strip gaskets to resolve this issue. Advise unit is working as designed. Job complete.

"Cx complaint: no cool in RCUpon arrival, entered diagnostics. Found a shorted defrost thermostat. Got into the freezer and removed the evap cover. Found a giant ice ball in the top corner indicating a sealed system leak. Quoted cx for a new evaporator, and they declined the repair.

"Found drain pan missing and prior work to unit was done at one point. The locking tab for the pump is so,show shoved inside the wash motor would have to be changed with it because there is no way to get the pump off. It was installed wrong. Not worth repair.

"Customer concerned that the unit is leaking water from the refrigerator side. Confirmed issue. Upon arrival, disassembled refrigerator section and found that the defrost drain tube is restricted and causing water to overflow. Quoted customer total of $214 to perform drain tube cleaning. Customer approved. Cleaned defrost drain and confirmed good flow now. Re-assembled unit. All ops good.
