Got to the unit to see some condensation buildup on the top side of the freezer door. Was able to get into the settings on this unit and change the Moen strip off of the sensor setting and turn it on 100% all the time. This should alleviate any possibility of having moisture coming down the Moen strip. With that being said some of the moisture was off to the right hand side from the Moen strip so because of this made sure to install a gasket underneath the front lip of the doors gasket of the freezer to help prevent whatever air slipping between this gasket in the cabinet From continuing this issue. Customer to let us know if this doesnt fix the issue

SR7740673925 This is from techline as saftey team made me call techline which we than confirmed customer had in installation issue where they stuck the drain pipe into a small pipe without a air break which created a syphon and damaged drain pump that over heated and than damaged control board..

Confirmed worn out dampers causing extreme off-balance condition during spin mode. Replaced all four dampers and ran short test. Confirmed unit spin properly now. Job complete.

Using SmartHQ found fault codes stored for abnormal defrost in both sections and icemaker thermistor fault. Also unit had an alert stored for warm compartment temperatures. No signs of defrost failure in either compartment today. Verified compressor amp draw checked good around 0.7A, however did find condenser completely matted and FC door gasket pulling out due to sticky residue on unit that was causing the gasket to stick to the cabinet. Blew out condenser and added a bead of silicone to backside of door gasket and cleaned sticky residue. Cleared all faults from unit and customer to advise."

Found the error code in the unit and started to do a automatic test cycle. Discovered that the basket was no longer floating or disengaging from where it should be. Because of this, the unit will continuously spin and hunt to get this shut off. Gave the customer an estimate for fixing this which does entail a new tub assembly since that is the only way to receive the gear shaft on this unit. That one part alone pretty much pushed us over the edge of being a cost-effective repair. Customer does not want to repair this unit at this time and will probably be purchasing a new unit sometime in the future."

Diagnosed unit and determine the all components are working properly. Customer is complaining the times on cycles have changed on its own. Called tech line to report it and they stated its normal that it happens..the unit reads the habits the customers cycles Taking on a usually bases do to too much clothes and detergent usage so it modifies the time. Diagnosed unit and determine lots of lint buildup inside her drier which was causing the unit to make lots of noises. Removed all the lint from dryer and unit is now heating and making its normal operational noises. Job complete.

"Got to this unit to discover that it to be tumbling but not heating. Was able to get inside the unit and discover that the heating element was indeed bad. Gave customer estimate for new heating element and was approved. Installed new heating element and got unit back together and tested. Testing found that this unit is now working correctly. Unit is heating and tumbling. Believe this customer does have a restriction in the unit which may have led to this issue. Gave customer advice of getting that vent cleaned out.Job complete.

"Got back to this unit to hear from the customer that we were not making ice. Customer also showed on arrival that the water was not dispensing from the unit either. Chasing down the water issue determine that the unit itself is getting water. The paddles are working, but for some reason, we are not getting Water out at the door or to the icemaker. Discussing with the customer about possibilities of getting valves customer also made mention that they thought the freezer temperatures were not quite right. With a double check found that the temperatures in the freezer were hovering around 32? lowest seen was 27. However, the refrigerator temperatures were approaching 50? and slightly up from there. No longer are we concerned about water valves being an issue here it is now being discussed about a sealed system issue because this unit is not able to maintain these proper temperatures nor is there any ice found on any of the evaporators seen at this time.Customer discussed with her husband what the future steps are for this unit and to let us know if we are going to move forward with any further repairs."

Customer had canceled service for this unit upon arrival (2of3). States intermittent sound issue i.e. beeping had not occurred over the last +24hrs. As the reoccurring issue could not be duplicated and/or isolated on initial service (Conducted on 01/23/2024) the customer did not want to be charged a second appliance service charge to yield the same result. Customer will monitor and advise should issue worsen becoming more frequent requiring further service. Model and Serial numbers recorded for future use if needed.

"Found a slight warp of the idler arm allowing for misalignment of the drive line leading to operational noise issue. Damage likely had occurred during original drive belt failure. Sound issue as noted in original PVR has continued through multiple cycles. Idler arm reformed to original position to correct alignment and eliminate operational noise issues. All unit operations to include sounds check good upon completion of service. Customer to monitor and advise should further service be required.

"Customer concerned that the refrigerator temperature is at 50 degrees and the over temp alarm is going off. Confirmed issue. Upon arrival, checked condenser fan and compressor, both are running. Evaporator fan is running and damper door is open. Accessed freezer evaporator and found accumulation of frost around evaporator panel and evaporator fan. This is caused by air intrusion at some point, most likely from freezer door left open for a period of time. Cleared out condensation and verified all components are working. Informed tenants to give the refrigerator temp alarm through the rest of the day to clear, once temperature is satisfied. JOB COMPLETE.

"Got to this unit to discover that the refrigerator temperature was approximately 50? and the freezer temperature approximately 35. These temperatures were exhibiting a definite issue with the unit. Was able to confirm these temperatures with temperature gun. Observing this unit and checking over, found all fans and compressor to be working. However, this unit was not cooling properly since it does appear to be low on Freon. Gave the customer an estimate of what it would take to get into this unit and find out more about what issue is actually happening here. From all indications, though the unit is low on Freon and not able to achieve the 0? that it should be able to. Discuss with the customer the resolution to this issue. Customer did not approve for more monies to be spent. Customer only wanted to pay for the service call today. job complete.
