"F0-E5 (Off Balance Load Detected) recorded in unit history, cleared prior to testing. Physical inspection has found the units suspension heavily worn resulting in out of balance load conditions and high speeds been failures leading to water saturated loads at end of cycle. Additionally, found multiple coins lodged between the washplate and spin basket which appear to have resulted in ware to the gears of the hub. Some slack between the spin basket and main gear shaft exists as a result. Unable to remove the units washplate (without damage) for further inspection and/or hub replacement. New suspension system supplied by pre-ID installed and unit leveled. Unit ran through calibration, auto test and manual load testing in diagnostics without fault and/or water leaks. All unit operations check good upon completion of repair. Should out of balance load conditions persist, both a new washplate and hub will be needed. Customer to advise.

Once unit reached agitation, the entire basket started turning and not the agitator. Accessed the cam and shift actuator underneath the unit and tested the actuator, and its working. Found that the cam assembly is seized and not shifting properly. Need new Cam Kit/W10721967. Customer agreed to charges. Installed new cam kit from truck stock. Ran unit through automatic test cycle again and it passed. Performed calibration on the unit, tested, all ops good at this time.

"Confirmed warmer FC temperature due to a failed evaporator fan motor. New pre-ordered updated evaporator fan motor kit installed per the included instructions restoring proper airflow throughout the FC. New FC / RC door gaskets installed, heated and formed ensuring proper seal with no air gaps. All initial unit tests and operations check good upon completion of repair.
