"Complaint no heat. I found that the unit had proper voltage. The fuse and the heater checked good. But the thermal cut offs were blown, probably from the lint build up in the unit. I replaced their cut offs with new parts and unit started heating properly.

"Got to this unit to find that water not draining properly from the unit. Determine the drain pump filter to be clogged. Took the unit apart and remove the clog found in the drain. After removal, tested the unit to find it now properly draining after testing no further issues found at this time. Job complete Collected for service call and small amount of labor for diving into the unit.

Got back to this unit and installed new door panel on the washer. Customer checked over and was happy and satisfied with the new panel. Job complete.

"Found the Teflon waterproof coating of the units ice maker ice cube mold failed allowing water to migrate through the ice cube mold and accumulate as a solid ice mass at the rear of the unit ice bin. Ice maker initiated and completed harvest cycle to include proper water fill without fault and/or water leaks. All unit operations check good upon completion of service. Customer to advise.

After speaking with customer about the grinding noises she heard i confirmed unit will need a new transmission and she is just going to go get a new washer

Installed fuse and upper and lower interlocks and tested unit at 30 sec heat twice and confirmed unit staying on and heating

Installed new control. Then was able to do testing and diagnostics and found that icemaker is now working. Harvest cycle completed in testing put water into the maker during diagnostics. Also performed power reset before this was performed. All testing showed unit to be working properly. No further issues found at this time. Job complete.

Go back to this unit and installed new harness. Ran calibration and automatic test. Both went off without any issue. No further issues. Found with this unit at this time. Unit working properly now.

"Found the upper oven interior light failing to illuminate by use of either the UI console option and/or door switch. An audible relay throw can be heard when attempting to turn on the upper oven interior light from the UI console. No audible sound is heard when engaging / disengaging the door switch as it is heard with the lower oven door switch. Lower oven interior illumination fully functional. Confirmed the upper ovens left side halogen bulb viable. Primary upper oven interior illumination failure due to a faulty relay control board. Upper oven door switch likely also failed. Due to the units age multiple components to include the relay control board needed for repair have been discontinued by the manufacture and are NLA. Unable to conduct repair due to part status. Customer has been advised.

"40 EC alarm displayed: (Excessive freezer compressor run). POC had presented a picture of the FC taken when widespread frost condition had originally been found. Based on the picture presented, original issue appears likely had been due to air infiltration. The majority of frost and ice accumulation has since cleared. Confirmed the units FC / RC door gaskets sealing properly at time of service. POC reports the FC was heavily stocked suggesting product placement may have been keeping the FC door from fully closing. Diagnostic testing conducted confirming all thermistors operating within range. Inspection conducted finding the FC / RC evaporator fan motors operating at speed. Light switches operating normally. Found the units condenser fan motor operating at significantly reduced and varying speed. This unit utilizes a 120VAC single speed motor (non-variable), variable speed found due to a failing motor. New condenser fan motor and fan blade from truck stock installed restoring proper airflow throughout the unit compartment area as needed for heat dissipation and optimal cooling efficiency. This unit is located in a guesthouse and is not currently being occupied. As such, rather than accrue additional labor charges to thaw manually, the customer has opted to remove the unit from power no less than 48 hours allowing all remaining frost to fully thaw before restoring power. *Note: POC has been advised, if opting to thaw naturally towels will need to be laid inside, in front of and under the unit, inspected multiple times a day and changing towels as or if needed over the next 48 hours. The customer will then restore power to the unit, monitor unit temperatures / operations and advise should further service be required.

"Found faulty wash motor again. Wash motor was already replaced 11/23/22 however has been over a year so part has no warranty and the unit itself is out of warranty as well. Wash motor is $284.16 plus labor, tax and service call total repair would be $496.65 which is not economical to repair. Mrs to replace the dishwasher.

Cx complaint: burners cutting out right away.Cx instruct. Cx was under the impression that the burners are shutting off when they stop glowing. Advised cx that that is part of the normal operation. The burners cut in and cut out to maintain the desired temp setting. Unit operates as designed.

Replaced damaged coupler. Tested operations successfully. Unit operates as designed.

Found 1 tube not fully seated into the water valve. This was leaking to the point where rust has accumulated directly underneath I. Faulted centrifugal switch in motor. Customer will replace unit.

Found disposal had been replaced and the plug was not removed. Popped out plug-in. Confirmed unit draining properly. Job complete.

"Replaced upper board and dispenser front board, and also dispenser assembly. Removed frost/ice buildup from ice room. Removed ice buildup and cleared drain line from freezer. Evaporator drain pan. Found floor is uneven and was unable to level unit so the front is higher than the back for proper draining. (Levelers, Ive been unscrewed all the way) customer paid labor plus tax with credit card. Got to this unit and installed new control. Tested and found unit to be heating properly. All parts and pieces are now working correctly. Job complete

Got back to this unit to perform update for the lights. Turn power off and replaced all lights with new from updated kit. Tested find all lights performing and working properly.

I repaired the unit with the dryer repair kit and tested the unit. All ops and components tested good with no unusual noises at this time. Job complete.
