"Replaced defective dual valve. Tested valve operations successfully. Ran all ice maker related diagnostic checks successfully: thermistor pass, ice maker cycle, water fill test.Called tech line SR # 7740527025 per techline, check to make sure the fill tube heater is getting 120v, which it was. Run test 15 to check the optical eye, when tested said the bin was empty. And make sure the freezer temps are satisfied which I found a freezer temp of 6 degrees. All operations check good at this time. Advised cx to call the office in the afternoon if there is still no ice production.

Cx complaint: dishwasher leaking during operations Found drain hose torn at the connection underneath the sink. I was able to cut the hose back passed the tear and reconnect the hose to the sink. Tested the connection by filling the tub with water and draining. Found no leaks afterwards. Unit operates as designed at this time.

Replaced control and harness. Completed multiple function tests and ran a quick wash. All checks ok.

Customer states no ice production. Verified both compartment temps match setpoint. Flex tray had ice in the mold but did not harvest. Hit test button and motor was humming but not turning. Replaced icemaker assy and it immediately cycled and filled. All checks OK.

"Diagnosed unit and determine the igniter and coils are working properly, found the exhaust vent which is routed right outside the wall to the left was clogged with by where the flapper is so I cleaned it out for them and the flapper is now opening and closing all the way. It was causing the heat condensation not to vent fully. Job complete.

"Got to this unit to find that when starting or initiating a fresh cycle from the unit being shut down, it is easy to select a cycle but when hitting the start button, the unit would immediately fill with water and drain at the same time. This was recording a long fill no fill issue. Believe that the pressure sensor on the main control board was faulty. This happened several times in a row. Same thing would happen when trying to put the unit into calibration to wipe all this silliness out. Because of this went ahead and replaced the main control board, checked the pressure system to ensure that there were no issues with that to cause the new computer issues as well. No issues found on those avenues. Was able to install new computer and run through calibration automatic testing and starting a normal cycle to see normal behavior from this unit. No further issues found at this time. Unit should be back to normal operation job complete."

SR7740518068 Customer concern was a little moisture on the back wall of evap panel.. and some little ice crystals she found in the door and a little bit of frost on her ice packs... Well some of it was left from last visit and techline also said that the humidity may also be a normal issue as the unit needs to regulate all the moisture in the cabinet and so on as it is a new unit.. I did take the heat gun and got all the remaining ice i could find advised the lady to let call us back in a week or so if the unit does not improve but the unit is sealing great

"Cx complaint: noisy operations.Entered diagnostics, found no error codes. Ran diagnostic cycle to completion successfully. All components checked okay at this time. Advised cx unit is operating as designed.

Installed new control board and confirmed fans started running but not the compressor. Found display showing C 84 fault code. Found red light on new control board flashing four times. Found compressor ohms out at 12 ohms at all three checkpoints. Notified VS about issue with unit. Confirmed unit has bad compressor. Estimate to costly for repair. Job complete.

Diagnosed unit and determine a huge ice buildup in the back of the evap cover and coil. Ran a diagnostic test on all components and it checks out good. Also door seals are sealing properly. Only serviceable parts on this unit is the main board and temp sensor. But they check out good. Advised customer unplug unit for 24hrs and then restart the unit and it should start working properly. She understood. Job complete.

"Customer concerned that the upper ice maker stopped working again. Confirmed issue. Upon arrival, temperature in the freezer is good. Ran test 56 in diagnostics and got E0 for the ice maker. Test 57 will run the ice maker just fine. Ran test 45 for ice maker fill and no water is reaching ice maker, but valve is actuated. Ran test 19 to thaw out the fill tube and the heater is working when actuated. Thawed fill tube and verified test 45 is working. Noticed that the customer has their refrigerator temperature set to 33 degrees, which may be freezing the fill tube after a month or so. Raised temperature to 38 in the refrigerator section to help with this. Informed customer that if the fill tube freezes again, we will need to change the UI (since it has updated software to run the fill tube heater longer) and the fill tube heater. PART NUMBERS AND QUOTE ATTACHED TO QUICK PICS. Customer wanting to try it with the adjusted temperature settings first. Job complete.

Customer concerned that the unit is not filling properly. Confirmed issue. Found loose connection to the cold valve assembly. Re-installed connection, tested and calibrated, all ops good. Job complete."

Found loose connection on unit causing leak reinstalled checked ok

Replaced evap and blew out all lines there was debri coming out of the lines almost like sand. It stopped coming out and nitrogen was blowing through with good force.

Diagnosed unit and determine the nut screw that holds the stator motor to the drum shaft was faulty loose therefore making rattling noises when it spins. Repaired problem by reattaching the nut screw tightly and securely. Unit is no longer making noises when it is spinning. Unit is working properly. Job complete.

Replaced drain pump assembly. Ran through a quick wash cycle and verified all operations test OK at this time.

Found broken drive belt. Replaced belt and repaired part of the felt seal that was not properly connected. All operations test OK at this time

"Intermittent freezing not present at time of service. Found temperature units set in Celsius equaling 0?F FC / 35?F RC. Temperature units return to Fahrenheit and RC temperature adjusted to recommended 37?F. Initial freezing condition may or may not have been due to either or both improper food placement and/or inadvertent temperature changes made as a result of the customers unfamiliarity with the UI function(s). Unit ran through diagnostic testing finding and/or reporting no component failures. Customer instructed on Use & Care for optimal airflow and prevention of freezing within the RC. All unit operations check good upon completion of service. Customer to advise should further service be required.

Found when trying start unit into a spin it screams very loud.. so stopped the unit and went under it and found oil all over shield and cam and belt from gearcase.. Customer paid for house call but may end up getting a new washer

"Customer concerned that the tub has fallen, and the gasket is warped. Confirmed issue. Upon arrival, removed top panel and inspected. Found right side tub spring has snapped and caused the tub to fall within the machine. Due to this, found bent lower suspension rods. Found no damage to the tub, hoses, harness, etc. Gasket looks to be fine, it just looks warped due to the fallen tub. Will need 2 new upper tub springs, 3 lower suspension struts, and the pins for the suspension struts. Customer not proceeding with repair at this time. Informed that the service charge is good for 30 days. Job complete."

"I believe to have found the leak at the evaporator after nitrogen tests at 250psi. Installed new evaporator and drier, and charged with 55g of r600a. Verified frost pattern developing and unit starting to cool. Job complete.

"On arrival found the unit disconnected from power, tub clear of standing water. Power restored after which the units drain pump was energized indicating flood condition. Unit operation canceled at the UI control. No fault error codes recorded in unit history. Physical inspection conducted finding no visual component damages. Wire harness and all connections check good. Pressure hose secured at both the control and outer tub air dome. Drain hose properly installed no more than 4' inches into the homes standpipe. Obstructions (if any present) cleared from the unit pressure hose and air dome which may or may not have been a contributing factor to occurrence of flood condition as initially found. Confirmed proper operation of the unit pressure sensor, tripping F8-E3 (Overflow Condition) under manually applied air pressure, fault cleared prior to advancing. Unit ran through calibration cycle, diagnostic auto test and manual component load testing as well as complete Rinse, Drain & Spin cycle without fault and/or water leaks. Confirmed proper water fill level through normal cycle operation, picture attached for reference. All unit tests and operations check good upon completion of service. Customer to continue use of the unit as instructed and advise should further service be required."

Once I pulled unit out determine it only needed the main control with relay. Installed new main control. Tested operation of the oven and it is working properly. Job complete.

Inspected unit and determine some ice buildup around the evap coil and cover which tells me it could have had a bad defrost cycle thought the usage which is causing a bit of air restriction to the fridge side. Also saw debri caught in the condenser coil which could be causing the unit too over heat. Defrosted the ice from the evaporator coil and cover and also cleaned out the condenser coil. Unit is now cooling properly. Advised customer to keep an eye on it. Job complete.

Found frozen fill tube causing no ice. Customer had left town and shut off the house water supply which probably allowed the valve to seep. Steamed fill tube and icemaker cycled and filled. All operations test OK at this time.
