"Got to this unit to find that the freezer door was not properly sealing along the bottom edge on the left-hand side primarily. Tried to adjust the door and also heat the door gasket to get gasket to adhere better to the freezer. Was unable to achieve this. It seems as though the door is bent or skewed somehow. The top of the door is hitting much harder than the bottom of the door and the gasket is not wanting to reach out far enough to be able to seal correctly. This is causing frost inside the unit. However, the gasket is not ripped or torn in any way shape or form. Heating had no effect on this unit being able to seal correctly. Gave customer estimate for new door gasket. Customer did not approve. Job complete."

I got to this unit to find that the icemaker is basically breaking itself. Part of the mold had come apart and was hitting the internals of the rest of the machine. This was happening every time the unit was going into a harvest cycle. Due to this faulty icemaker. Had to replace with new. After replacement was able to hear unit go through full harvest cycle and then in diagnostics was able to deliver water to the unit. No further issues found at this time. Job complete.

"Tenant reports water leak no longer occurring however, they had been unable to fully remove the installed water filter. Found the units filter housing door assembly separated preventing mechanical levered action removal of the water filter. Water filter manually removed finding it to be generic, not the manufacture recommended *EveryDrop filter. No physical damage to the water filter housing and/or door assembly, reassembled restoring proper door function. Tenant reports no other operational failures and/or issues. Tenant will be purchasing and installing a new *EveryDrop filter and advise should further service be required."

"Entered unit into diagnostics and did not find any stored fault codes. Started a normal wash cycle and confirmed water entering unit, circulating, upper and lower sprayers, and draining with no leaks detected. Door gasket and lower door shield in good condition. Perform same test using a clear door, and confirmed spray arms properly spraying up and down with no splits in any seams. Per Mr., unit leaks on occasion. Advised Mr., next time unit leaks to record a video of inside dishwasher. Would like to see positioning of plates, spatulas and pans. Advised trip charge good for 30 days and to call us back out if issue returns. this is a whirlpool dishwasher.

"Unit disconnected from power and at ambient temperature. Confirmed 120VAC properly polarized and grounded at the homes power supply outlet. Per the customer, after connecting to power of the unit will drop in temperature however, continues to trip the breaker after an average of 7 to 12 hours into operation. Based on customers description of failure issue appears likely related to the defrost heater circuit. Multimeter testing conducted confirming resistance between the units defrost heater element and neutral ground. Units control may or may not have been compromised as a result. Due to the unit age, condition and cost to repair the customer has opted not to advance with further repair service at this time. Customer to advise."

"Got back to this unit and was able to silicone up the cracks we had in the bottom of the liner. Once these cracks were silicone, also saw one spot on the inner and outer cabinet that needed a little attention with some silicone as well. Put this in its place and customer had also relayed that they had a small vibration coming from the unit and found that the level was not quite right of the unit and was able to readjust the front feet to fix this vibration.No further issues found at this time. According to the service manual there are drain pumps out there that check okay but still have issues, replaced the drain oump and replacement part shouldnt have any issues. Replaced the drain oump with a pre IDd drain pump. Tested operations successfully with no leaks. Unit operates as designed at this time.
