Found Evaporator fan motor stopped up from moisture/ice buildup due to saturated liner which was reported back in Aug 2023. Freed up fan motor and unit is cooling back down but problem will happen again due to non-repairable issue. Mrs was not home at time of service and could not get Mrs on the phone so I advised housekeeper of issue.

"Replaced icemaker assembly and cover. Fault code went away, all operations test OK at this time."

Confirmed reported fault condition. Power cycle at the homes circuit breaker conducted after which full unit operations had been restored. Unit ran through diagnostic testing and Normal Bake cycle for both upper and lower ovens reaching pre-heat set temperature of 350?F without fault. All unit operations check good upon completion of service. Customer to continue normal use of the unit and advise should further service be required.

"Found the units ice bin nearly overflowing with ice and melt water. Units reservoir overflow drain tube disconnected from the ice bin drain port allowing all but the last inch of water to drain from the bin. Found and cleared blockage from the two weep drains of the drain port restoring proper drainage of the ice bin. Units condenser cleared of matting for proper airflow and dissipation of heat. All unit test and operations check good upon completion of service. Customer to advise.

Got back to this unit and installed new door gasket. Once door gasket was installed. Had to heat slightly to make new gasket conform properly. Whats this was achieved door gasket ceiling as designed. No further issues seen at this time. Job complete

realigned center top ring as there was a drip coming from under and was able to tighten screws a little better after linning it up it better and confirmed no leaks at this point after running sink for a few minutes

Installed new freezer icemaker. Confirmed icemaker properly cycled and filled with water. Job complete.

Installed new burner unit checks out ok

Installed new wire harness. Ran a calibration. Ran an auto test to completion successfully. Checked for and found no error codes. Unit operates as designed.

"Customer concerned that the unit is not draining and is displaying F9E1 error code. Confirmed issue. Upon arrival, door is stuck in the locked position and there is water inside still. Was able to get the door unlocked but unit is still not draining. Suspect items are stuck in the drain filter which is causing drain issue. Quoted customer total of $192.60 to access and clean out the drain filter. Customer approved repair cost. Accessed drain filter and found clump of items stuck in the filter. Removed items and re-installed. Tested unit, all ops good at this time.

"Unit ran through testing finding all operations fully functional. Reported issue appears to be caused by improper setting procedures by the user for the units LR dual and CR triple cooktop heater elements which differ in setting for all other single and/or bridge heating elements. Customer instructed on Use & Care of the unit to include proper setting for desired heating functions, single / dual / triple, ect. Customer to continue use of the unit as instructed and advise should further service be required.

Found bad comp also lines rusted out in drain pain causing leak of gas and water to enter sealed system customer to replace unit

Complaint weird noise I found that the units control damper was making a loud clicking noise when the door opens. I replaced the damper with new part and no more noises. Job complete

"Ran upper and lower oven to run temp checks. Both ovens are spot on via my digital temp gun. I advised cust of proper preheating, using convection bake and investing into a digital thermometer so she can accurately monitor unit as standard coil thermometers are not correct. All ops ok at this time cust to advise."

"Checked over dryer, unit was full of lint and needed to be cleaned. Vacuumed it out and checked belt, rollers, pulley, heater, etc. Everything checks good. I did recommend a vent cleaning as the only other maintenance for the unit. All checks OK."

Installled upper and lower spray arm as they could be split but can not tell unless clear door ordered... Did find out customer has been rinsing his dishes off before putting in dishwasher so it could be over sudsing but also found out he has tall dishes that may be hitting the top spray arm causing it to spray in on direction causing a leak so i raised up the top rack which the customer did not know did that so that may fix the issue

"Cx complaint: frost build up in FC.Removed all the ice, found a bad evap fan motor harness. Replaced the evap fan from pre id parts. Tested operations successfully.

Found dryer found not starting due to a faulty belt switch. Bypassed switch and unit is on and heating. All checks OK at this time.

"Go back to this unit and took unit apart to replace all of the parts that I had ordered. After parts were assembled properly, was able to put the unit back together. After this was accomplished, turned power back onto the unit to find unit working properly at this time. Unit working on the bake broil and other cycles. Previous buttons that were not working. Are now working correctly. Job complete.

Found elements and sensors. Check good. Issue caused by faulty control board. Hardest been discontinued. Job complete.

"Got to this unit to find that the start button, for some reason was not working. Pulled the unit apart to find that the button was not being depressed fully. Once the switch was removed and reinstalled could hear the click to the switch being performed now. Was able to put switch back and test. Unit now working and heating without issue. Job complete."

Found unit unplugged upon arrival. Reconnected power and entered diagnostics. No faults detected in diagnostics. Possibly due to unit being unplugged. Ran auto test multiple times with no faults being displayed. Visually inspected pressure hose and all connections. Confirmed getting 5 V DC to the pressure sensor. Ran a normal wash cycle to completion with no faults being displayed. Unit working at this time. No trouble found. Job complete.

"Complaint wont spin. I found the hub was stripped and the washplate wouldnt come off. I broke the washplate but could not get the washplate but off the shaft unit would need the gearcase, washplate and hub. Customers opted to buy a new unit.

Go back to this unit and installed new slides. With new slides installed had to rivet the brackets to hold the door front on. Got all this back together and installed. Found there to be a significant difference in the way this door shuts. Customer could see without even operating the door That we had much better results today. Job complete no further issues seen at this time.

"When I arrived, customer had mentioned that freezer temperatures were not correct and that the icemaker was not working. I checked icemaker error codes, and there werent any stored. I also checked freezer compartment, thermistor through diagnostic and found a fail. I mentioned to the customer that the unit needs new freezer evaporator fan harness assembly, which includes the thermometer. Also, bottom of door gasket is ripped that is why previous technician had ordered that. Previous technician applied a layer of white tape across the bottom of that gasket as a temporary solution and it helped to form a perfect seal. No condensation or frost inside freezer upon todays visit. Customer mentioned previously the unit would fill with frost. I advised her that the unit needs new freezer evaporator fan harness assembly in addition to the gasket and she declined repair stating she would rather purchase a new one. She asked if I could install the gasket today and I said yes but I advise against it because it will not resolve the temperature issues that she is currently experiencing as those are directly related to the failed thermistor . no work done today. Job complete. Test 01 = 03 short / failTest 56 Icemaker error codes there werent any"

Installed new door and checked over and made sure door has good seal and advised customer to monitor unit

Installed new control and door switch and tested unit and confirmed unit is now working like it should and advised customer to monitor unit.

After installing newv clutch and slider i tested unit and confirmed unit now working like it should and showed no error codes... Advised customer to monitor unit and call us back in within 30 days if any issues occur

"Customer stated that her dishwasher leaked on two separate occasions. I ran the unit today for about 20 minutes and there werent any leaks at all. I removed the lower kickplate, and there wasnt any evidence of water stains underneath at all. I explained to her that this occurred due to the positioning of items placed on the lower rack, causing water to deflect And ultimately splash out the bottom. All functions check OK. Job complete."

Found unit leaking from pump motor. Not worth repair for cust.

"Got back to this unit was trying to perform calibration when lid lock was not operating properly. Unplugged unit after this issue plugged back in after proper lapse time for reset. Went into do calibration again, this time went through without issue door lock also had no issue. Ran automatic test and unit passed without fail. Tested further by starting quick cycle and showed customer normal operating level of water. Unit working as designed now. Job complete."
