Tech checked unit and found compressor rattling off copper tubing In the back of unit. Tech adjusted Freon lines to prevent rattling noises. Tested unit all checks good .

Came and notice unit was not cooling enough . Checked pressure and notice low side was -6 and high +130..looks to have a restriction.. vacuumed system for about 45 minutes to get rid of all the moisture and the recharged system with correct about of refrigerant 56 grams R600a. unit is now cooling properly. Job complete.

Installed all new parts. Tested operation of the unit and it is now working properly. Job complete.

Inspected unit and determine the front right and rear left burners would not ignite. Found the spark electrodes on each burner dirty with debris therefore not sparking the gas into flames. Cleaned out the electrodes and got rid of the debris. Burners are now working properly. Job complete.

Unit ran through diagnostic manual load testing confirming failure of the unit mode shifter actuator resulting in excessive wear to the cam assembly. New mode shifter actuator supplied by pre-ID and cam assembly from truck stock installed to correct. Unit ran through calibration cycle, auto test and manual load testing in diagnostics now without fault. All unit operations check good upon completion of repair. Customer to advise.

"Found unit throwing E09 heat fault, tested and found heat pump resistance over 47ohms. Normal resistance js 8.6 to 10.2 ohms. Replaced heat pump assembly, tested through a cycle and all checks OK.

I uninstalled the unit. I placed it on the counter and removed and replaced the interlock switch and fuse all functions now check OK. Job complete.

Found the units P-trap drain within the unit compartment area blocked preventing drainage of defrost water resulting in reoccurring issue of water and ice accumulation within the FC. Units defrost P-trap drain cleared allowing for proper drainage of defrost water. All ice cleared completing repair. All unit operations check good at time of service. Customer to monitor and advise should further service be required.

"Got to the unit to find gas leak inside the drum of the unit. Was able to take the unit apart and remove gas burner assembly. Once this was removed, was able to install new part. Once part was installed, use the pipe dope that I was sent with to fix fitting onto the new burner assembly. Turned fuel on to the unit before anything was put back together and checked over for leaks. Did not find any leaks at this time. Put the unit back together completely to test. This is the tenants house so I called landlord to get the remaining balance but I have not heard back from him call the office and spoke to Chantel and explain to her. We need to reach the landlord to get the remaining balance. She understood .

"Cx complaint: Cx programs freezer to zero degrees. Then comes to check the temp at UI and its at 3 degrees.Upon arrival, I set the temp to zero. Unit stayed at zero for the duration of my visit. Inspected evap without taking the cover off, evap appeared normal with even frost pattern on bottom row. Called tech line and spoke to Andrew (sr# 7737603191) per tech line. Per tech line unit is operating normally.

"Cx complaint: cooling issues and icemaker leaking.Upon arrival, found evidence of water leaking from ice maker. Ice building up on top of shelves. Took off the evap cover. Found a block of ice next to the evap fan, and more evidence of leaking water. Ran an ice maker fill test. Found water splashing out of the fill tube. Adjusted and secured fill tube. Also adjusted water pressure at the wall. Tested filled successfully. Advised cx to keep an eye on it and call back with any issues.

New drive motor install completing repair. All unit test and operations to include sounds now check good. Customer to advise.

"Came to refrig compressor not running installed new overload relayassy compressor came good heat transfer on condenser line plugged in old relay compressor would not come on just hummedand clicked reinstalled new relay assy unit cooling starting temp was 78 degrees unit cooled 20 degrees in the time it took to load tools on the van single evap 48 degrees when I departed

"Got to this unit to find consumer complaining of a noise coming from behind the unit. On arrival the unit didnt appear to be making any noise. But within just a couple of minutes, the unit started to make it rattle type noise. Distinguished it to be coming from the rear of the unit. Due to this went behind the unit and remove the cover to expose compressor. Was able to put my hands on most lines and parts and pieces. Was unable to find where this rattle was coming from until getting close to the compressor during a certain portion of runtime could hear a vibration from inside compressor. Once this was found, could not find any way to stop the noise. Definitely not a mounting bracket for the compressor. Determined after restarting compressor that compressor is to blame for this noise. Unit appears to be cooling at this time customer to let us know if any repairs will be needed for future.

"Found the refrigerator light half out in top and bottom,installed new module in freezer to correct the problem,tested good afterwards,

"Recall - dryer push push and switch fell inside, I reattached it tested good afterwards"

Replaced the main control with the brand new part. Unit is now cooling. Customers will advise if unit persists with issues.

"I tested out the diffuser in diagnostics. Diffuser was working as designed it opened and closed. I also found that the ice door was shutting all the way with no gaps or faults. I even did a water test down the ice door, no water got through. However I found that the brown wire on the heater harness was loose and was easily able to pull it out no problem, causing the evaporator to frost up and loose cooling in both sections. I replaced the the heater, with the new updated heater/harness. Unit is now working properly. Customers will advise if problems persist

I replaced the main control with brand new part. I tested the unit out on heavy duty. All ops and components are good. Washer will run as designed . Job complete.

I advised The customer that this could be caused by the door but unfortunately from experience with dealing with exact same situation, there would be no way to find out unless the door is replaced. Unit is not covered under warranty. I Advised customer to contact Whirlpool to see if they can get a parts and labor authorization and or an extended warranty. No work done today. Job complete."
