"Unit located in a renovated area of the home. Unit is not powered by a dedicated circuit but in line with a GFCI which was found to have been tripped. "Cx complaint: ice dispensing all over the floor sporadically.Upon arrival found optimal ice production, ice bin full of ice. Tested ice dispensing operations successfully. Auger motor shuts off and ice door closes fine after calling for ice. I havent ran into this issue before, so I called tech line and spoke with Adrian SR #7740482359. Per tech line there was either a stuck contact at the separator assembly or at the main control. Before completing the full diagnosis, cx asked for a parts and labor quote for the repair of the main board or separator, and opted not to repair. Shut off the ice maker.

"Got back to this unit and was able to install parts that were ordered. After installation of these parts, tested the unit in calibration and automatic test. Determine there to be no further issues at this time. Job complete.

Got to this unit to discover that the freezer door was not shutting correctly. This was due to the layer of ice underneath the drawer not allowing it to shut correctly. This was caused by a clogged drain. Had to remove items from inside the freezer section to access the freezer drain.Was able to thaw the drain out with my steamer and get flowing once again. Put the unit back together after getting the drain free and clear. Turn the unit back on and job complete. Job complete.

Found icemaker with E5 error code replaced icemaker and confirmed unit working properly

Found FC at 30F and RC at around 40F. Verified good airflow through condenser and all fans operational. Pulled evaporator cover and found coils only about 1/3 frosted. Allowed unit to run for an additional 15+ minutes and frost pattern did not improve at all. Advised customer unit is low on refrigerant and she has opted to replace the appliance due to high cost of sealed system repair.

As reported found the units inner door glass shattered. All shattered glass vacuumed away and new door glass supplied by pre-ID installed. Customer to advise.

"Cx complaint: unit trips GFCI outlet sporadically.Cx states unit will run for an hour, a couple hours, or even a day. Then comes out and find the GFCI outlet tripped.Advised cx that refrigerators should be on a dedicated non GFCI circuit. Inspected all operations: Compressor running, normal frost pattern at the evaporator, and normal defrost heater operation. Entered diagnostics, found no error codes.Advised cx to call an electrician to look at the GRCI circuit and call us back if hes still having issues."

"Cx complaint: loud banging noise during the agitate portion of the cycleUpon arrival, entered diagnostics found no error codes. Suspension passed inspection. Tipped the unit up and took the motor cover off. Found a loose bolt on the cam. Inspected the belt and cam, found no issues with any components. Added medium locktite to the cam bolt and reinstalled all parts. Tested operations successfully. Advised cx to run a couple loads and give us a call back if they have any issues.

Go to this unit to find error code F8E4. This was for the overflow switch underneath the unit. This was detecting water. Testing and talking with the customer pretty much have figured out that there was probably a cutting board inside the washing area that stopped the spray arm in a certain location to be spraying up against the door. This intern eventually gave water through the door seal. Was able to run testing two times over and could find no water leak present. Unit unit unit is back up and running normally. Also had cleaned out the drip tray in the bottom so that the unit would no longer have the error code. Unit working correctly now at this time. Job complete.

"Got to this unit to find error code for lid lock error, when opening and closing the lid, noticed that it was difficult at times to open and close properly. Believe that the mechanism of the lid lock had either gotten something in it like soap or detergent or the unit just was having issues opening and closing correctly, either way it was not working properly and replaced the lid lock mechanism. After installation of this part ran through automatic testing and then found that the belt was squealing as it was going through a spin cycle. Was able to replace with new belt and retest. Unit now working correctly and no longer having issues. Job complete.

"Sr#7740447768 got to this unit to find that the refrigerator section was sitting somewhere between 35 and 38 and the freezer section was hovering right around 0?. These were good for the set points of -2 in the freezer and 39 in the refrigerator. Because of previous issues that have been recorded by other technicians here went ahead and called into Tech line to report findings and see what other diagnosis we could perform to ascertain answers for this unit. tech line proceeded to have me go to the rear unit and unplug the unit and then test both the refrigerator and the freezer sensors getting sent information to the control board. Determine that the temperature sensors in both refrigerator and the freezer are working correctly and are within 5? of the reporting temperatures. Tech lines advice on this unit was to leave the unit alone for now, and if the customer exhibits higher temperatures again to get us back out and re-examine the unit. But at this time, no changes to be made per tech line. The only changes that I did make in diagnostics during this visit today was to change the, defrost timer from global to manual. This is test 126 other than that no other changes made today. Customer to call and let us know if this unit is having more issues."

"Got to this unit to discover that the unit when running is not providing enough force to create more than about an inch or two of pressure out of the bottom spray arm. This is definitely not adequate for washing dishes. Running the test several times over with hot water nothing changed or improved. at that time had to exchange out the pump assembly to put new in so that this unit would indeed wash. After installation of new pump assembly, tested the unit and found all pressures to be restored and unit to be washing correctly. No further issues found at this time. Job complete."

Found while installing new harness the wire was broke to the motor pump and was not getting power... Installed new harness and confirmed proper opperations

After draining all water with several trips outside with shop vac i was able to do harness and control... Once replacing drain pump i found the impeller had broke off and was trying to spin but not push any water and it fried the board and most likely sent heat through the harness... tested unit after parts installed and confirmed unt working like it should
