Apon arival i spoke with customer and found out a couple times the dishwasher has been leaking at the front and will not drain all the way... So i started a cycle til it filled and went to the sink and found and pointed to customer the water coming up through the garbage disposal which he has not noticed... So i used the method i like to use and took a bunch of ice and a little runnning water and was able to break free the clog ... Tested unit 3 times after fillling than draining and sink performed like it should with no back flow

Found control board not completely locked onto metal mounting brackets. Press the board onto the panel extra. Hard to confirm board walking onto brackets. Confirm start button working properly now. Job complete.

"Go to this unit to find that it is producing ice just not very quickly. Found an approximate half of bin of ice the same way that was described from the last technician. This does have a very large household of people. It is unsure whether or not this ice is being used or not producing at this moment. Also found on arrival and inspecting that the ice looks slightly wet. Confirmed that the fan and the rear of the ice room is indeed working. And speaking with the customer drop the unit down to -2 in the freezer section to facilitate temperature to the icemaker. If this is the case, and they produce more ice after this change then we will know what our answer is. Unfortunately this is the only testing that I could see to do at this time since the icemaker did perform a harvest test in my presence also cycled the power on this unit to confirm that that is not an issue. If this does continue in my opinion we may want to come back with another icemaker and possibly call tech line to see any other advice."

Could not ID noise complaint and no recording presented. Advised cust will need recording of noise in order to properly diag unit

Part received was in the same condition as the original part installed. I found water spilling over into fresh food section once again and also drain clogged. I cleared the ice with my steamer and ran a piece of quarter inch tubing down the drain about six or 8 inches to ensure that it was clear. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke with Adrian. I texted him pictures and advised him of the situation. He said that he would pass this information onto the engineering department for further review and resolution and that the unit cannot be repaired.. Job complete.SR#7739027277

"Found unit working fine when I arrived, cust stated they may have had a power surge and that there is 3 small appliances on the same circuit as the dishwasher, I did advise them the combo of the two could cause an issue and recommended they apply a designated circuit. All opscok."

Installed valve and ran a leak test. All ops ok.

Got back to this unit to find that the thermal fuse was faulty. This was brand new installed with the harness. Not sure why we have a faulty thermostat. Everything looked to be in order as far as venting and normal use for this dryer. Mustve been a faulty part. Replaced and tested. Unit now working properly.

Removed sheet from under agitator confirmed unit working properly

Found unit operating as designed called whirlpool Tech support and reported findings.

Upon arrival spoke to Mr. found unit working very well since Kevin left Mr. wants to hold onto parts just in case he hast to call back if it does it again

Installed ice maker cover and confirmed ice maker was making ice for customer

Replaced door hinges. Door is coming up tight now. No air leak detected anymore. Tested for 30 min. Unit cycled at 400 a few times no shutting off. Job complete

"Inspected unit and determined the line that goes from the bottom into the freezer door is frozen, therefore not allowing water to dispense from front. Customer will need to defrost the freezer door. Theres no way to defrost that with a steamer or hairdryer. He would have to leave the door open for a few hours. He understood and will get it done. Job complete.

Inspected unit and determine the fill tube line to the icemaker was frozen again. Had to defrost it and also what could be causing the waterline to freeze is because theres one single person that lives in the house and ice doesnt get used as much so when the bucket gets full of ice its stays that way so ice doesnt get made anymore and the water in the full tube just sits there and freezes. Advice customer to raise the temperature in the refrigerator so it wont be too cold. Customer understood. Job complete.

Installed new temperature thermistor in the freezer. Tested operation of the unit and it is now cooling properly. Job complete.

Installed all new parts. Tested operation of the freezer door and it is now sealing properly. Job complete.

Inspected unit and determine the oven is working properly. Ran a test on all components and it checked out good. Did not get any error codes. Customer stated the problem she got was when she was baking cookies the last batch it burned them. I recalibrated and reset the board. Customer understood

Replaced new cook top and found little noise still was able to find with other tech the bracket to the front right burner was to tight and when pushing against glass was making the noise.. was able to rebend and stop the noise

Got to this unit and found that the leveling of this unit was not correct. Unit was not making contact with the moisture sensors on the load due to it being leveled out flat. Once this was corrected to give a slight lean towards the moisture sensors this unit would now be working correctly. Also gave the extra information to the customer that it does require half of a load or more for this unit to work on the steam cycle correctly.

"Installed new hv control and ui control to complete repairs on issues with intermittent light operations and noisey fan,tested good afterwards"

Heated and dressed door gaskets again. All operations test OK at this time.

Found a short in the ice room wiring harness. Multiple wires are melted and broken on both sides of the connector. Mrs wanted a second opinion on the unit. Advised this is a non-repairable issue due to the condition of the wiring and the harness running into the ice room is foamed into the liner and is not replaceable. Mrs understands and the unit will be replaced ASAP.

Removed and replaced main control and drain pump. Tested unit and verified all operations test OK at this time and no leaks present. Mr. will monitor and advise.

Customer stated FF icemaker stopped producing a few days ago. On arrival bin was full of ice and Icemaker Fault test displaying E0 for no stored fault codes. Ran icemaker harvest and fill test which completed without fault. All operations test OK at this time. Customer to advise on unit.

Replaced defective burner knob. Tested operations successfully. Unit operates as designed at this time.

"Replaced defective main control and ran a calibration. Replaced suspension, lid lock assembly, cam, and drive belt. Ran another calibration and an auto test successfully. Unit operates as designed at this time.

Removed and replaced infinite switch. Tested burner and verified cycling properly. All checks OK at this time.

Installed new board and confirm unit working properly. Advise Mrs. if she has any problems to give us a call when we come back out.

I installed the two upper dish rack stops. All functions now check OK. Job complete.

Found water issue caused by clogged refrigerator. Evaporator drain hole. Cleared drain line with steamer and confirmed unit properly draining.

"unit is making ice but found it not draining properly , bin had water in it when it was filling , pulled unit forward a little and pulled drain hose and got it unkinked.

"Cx complaint: flooring in kitchen was just redone and noticed the dishwasher reveal was crooked.Pulled the unit out, adjusted the feet to level the unit. Reinstalled the unit. Cx was satisfied with the new reveal.

"Recall found unit is making ice and bin was about 3/4 of the way full. Some cubes were not fully developed and slightly wet. Made an adjustment to both the bin level and the cube size control. Also cleaned condenser coil and cleaned the curtain. Advised Mrs. Mitchell to give the unit a few days for any adjustments to take place to advise on the unit. Also advised cubes stored in the bin are not being cooled, the unit is always melting older cubes and producing fresh cubes and it is normal to see some melting ice at the bottom of the bin. Mrs will monitor and advise."

"As reported, unit is making ice but will not dispense water. Tested both main solenoid and dispenser solenoid which both check OK. Found water reaches up to fitting at bottom of freezer door but not through the freezer door. Insulation is going bad in freezer door, which has caused the fill line to freeze. Unit is non-repairable.

"Cx complaint: low ice productionUpon arrival, found minimal ice in ice bin. Also found water in the ice tray indicating temps are satisfied and ice maker is calling for ice. Removed the ice maker, dumped the water. Reinstalled ice maker and tested operations successfully. Unit operates as designed. Advised cx according to the owners manual, ice production can take up to 72 hours to fill the bin.

Found unit has never bin activate it through controls. Also filter was not installed properly. Installed filter activated control for icemaker all off test OK.

"Got back to this unit and tried to install new bulb. Discovered that the bulb would not go into this unit and found that the bulb in the lower section was the same as the one we needed however, it was not the same as the one we brought. Due to this, customer typically only uses upper oven and specifically wanted light bulb for that section. Due to this, the lower light bulb was removed discovered it was the exact exact fit for the upper oven. Wanted this to be swapped over so that is what we did here today. We are not charging for the bulb that I was not able to use.collected for labor today only. Job complete."

"Customer concerned that the lint screen broke. Confirmed issue. Upon arrival, found cracking on the old lint screen. Quoted customer total for new lint screen and service charge. Customer approved cost. Exchanged old lint screen with new one and tested temperatures within the unit on high setting and low, and the temperatures are good. Airflow outside the home is good as well.

Installed new pump and motor assembly. Confirm unit working properly advise Mrs. to call us back if she has any issues.

I removed and replaced the ordered parts. All functions now check OK. Job complete.

"On arrival to this unit immediately saw that there were three flashing lights on the right hand side of the console. This was definitely indicating that there was some sort of issue with what the unit was trying to perform. Further testing found that hitting the cancel button that off. There are the major indicator lights on the left-hand side of the dial. These lights were barely visible. At first it looked as though they were not visible at all. But I happen to noticed gleam of light coming through one of them and was able to do some further testing on this unit and found that the moisture sensor appeared to be working properly on the automatic cycles, the customer explained that sometimes the unit was shut down prematurely. At that point, decided it was a good idea to go ahead and look into what this unit would do on a time dry cycle. Once I saw the barely lit lights was able to get the unit into a dry position, and thats where I did my testing. This unit would dry on high and medium heat on the dry cycle without shutting off. Found this to be a better choice for the customer considering if this unit were still misbehaving. The console for this unit is no longer available. These were the reasons for doing this extra testing. Continue to use this until it fails.

New ice container installed. All unit operations check good upon completion of service. Customer to advise.

"Found no illumination, tone and/or function at the units HMI console. Unit however, was able to enter into diagnostics. No fault error codes recorded in unit history. Unit initiated and completed full diagnostic auto test without fault and/or water leaks. Upon exiting diagnostics full function was restored at the HMI console. Operational failure appears due to a communications fault cleared through diagnostics. All unit operations check good upon completion of service. Customer instructed to continue normal use of the unit and advise should further service be required."

Found. upper dish rack not properly aligned with rails. Preventing it from sliding in and out. I corrected the issues and tested all functions and the unit now checks OK. Job complete.

Found unit with rust stain see photos attached to ticket replaced gasket checked all ops . Referred cust to manufacturer to address cosmetic issues

Found ice maker stuck in harvest position. Installed new ice maker tested checked ok

Go back to this unit and found that there was a pressure difference when filter was removed.. Found that the housing bypass was having an issue once the housing was exchanged tested old filter to find old filter was indeed having a problem as well. Customer had new filter and put in to find proper water pressure at that time. job complete

Replaced door bellow seal. Tested through a rinse and spin and verified no leaks present and all operations check OK at this time.

Replaced damper set job complete

Replaced defective fill tube heater. Tested operations successfully. Advised cx to call the office if ice production has not resumed in 24 hours.

I removed and replaced the drum assembly. All functions now check ok.Job complete

"Upon arrival, all lights and door switches working properly . Per Mr., issue has occurred only twice (last time a week or two ago) I called tech-support about issue with the unit and was confirmed unit has updated lights. Was advised to replace LED driver board (W10804160 $317.71) to correct issue . Was given Sr# 7739059721 for documentation. Mr. declined estimate at this time.

Replaced dishwasher water valve assy job complete

Prior to service the customer had learned the advanced age of the unit. Due to the now known age of the unit the customer had canceled service for this product on arrival (1 of 2). Customer to advise.

Replaced water filter housing job complete

"Customer reports intermittent high speed spin failures leaving wash loads water saturated by end of cycle. Initial inspection has found the units agitator dogs deteriorated preventing proper agitation leading to potential poor wash results. No other visible component damages found beyond that to be expected at the units age and continued normal use. Unit ran through full operational testing without fault. Unable to duplicate intermittent operational failure condition reported. Per customer request, new agitator dogs installed restoring proper agitator function. All unit operations check good upon completion of service. Customer to continue normal use of the unit and advise should intermittent issues persist.

"Found the units heater element open resulting in heating failure reported. New heater element supplied by pre-ID installed to correct. All unit tests and operations to include proper cycling of the heater circuit check good upon completion of service. Customer to advise.

SR7739056637l Techline is advising me to let unit stay how it is and have customer monitor it as the bucket was half full this morning and is now making ice properly and if unit does not work properly and we come back will test for volatage from main control to ice maker while its in the fail state

installed new bake element and confirmed unit preheating to 350.

Installed foam strips still no heat transfer to center bar customer to advise.

Unit not making ice. Found ice in molds that never dropped. Initiated a force harvest on module and found 0VAC to I/M. Tested and at bottom of door and still had no voltage. Tested at main control and found 120VAC from board during harvest. Unit is dropping voltage in the cabinet most likely due to a broken wire. Unit is non-repairable.

Found customer has power problem will have corrected then advise if still needs service

"Installed strike, did not have to remove latch. All ops ok.

"Found drive belt slipping due to greasy pulley. I have seen this many times where Gearcase was over-filled with oil from the factory causing a small amount of oil to seep out over time and saturate the belt and pulley creating a slipping, as the pulley is smooth and has no grooves to grab. Removed belt and cleaned pulley, motor and belt. Also customer reported unit tripped the breaker as some point. I found no electrical failures or any reason why the washer would be the cause for the tripping. Advised customer unit is on an AFCI/GFCI and can sometimes experience nuisance tripping. Tested through a quick wash and all checks OK at this time."

Replaced both doors. Heated and shaped gaskets and verified good seal to cabinet. Mrs opted not to reverse doors. All checks OK.

"Replaced pressure hose. Was able to find a break in the existing hose causing the problem. Calibrated unit, ran through manual and auto tests and a rinse & spin. Unit completed all tests and cycles with no faults or problems. All checks OK at this time.

"Sr7739058597 upon arrival found freezer hovering at 8? ice box area, hovering over 12? hooked up and pressurized unit to 140 measured a 2 pound loss in 45 minutes called whirlpool whirlpool had me crank it up to 200 psi to look for leaks, unable to find any leaks unit has been sent to engineering and the PEX team to come to a resolution

"Installed new harness and latch confirm unit working and locking properly. Advised Mrs. to give us a call back within 30 days if unit fails outside of 30 day, she has to call whirlpool back.

"Unit and was unable to perform proper diagnostics to confirm customer issue. Since that was the case and was not able to get diagnostics to perform off of what the customer said and changed out the heat pump. Tested heat pump to ensure non-leakage and getting more heat out of this pump than what was seen out of the unit in previous testing. collected for labor and service.
