Got back to this unit and was able to install new dispenser as well as the brackets to hold this unit in properly. After these parts were installed ran automatic test and found no issues. Moving forward. All parts are working now. Job complete.

Replaced all four dampers on unit. Entered unit into diagnostics to perform calibration and auto test and found issues with unit. Unit failing to calibrate and unable to get drain pump shut off. Dimming pressure sensor faulty on control board. Estimate declined to replace control board due to cost. Remove the new dampers from unit and reinstalled old dampers job complete.

"Customer concerned that the freezer temperature is not steady, and rising upwards of 18-22 degrees. Confirmed issue. Customer also stating high pitched whistle coming from compressor area. Checked pressures and determined slight undercharge, most likely due to the new heat exchanger being longer in length than the oem heat exchanger. Topped off the refrigerant level slightly to stabilize pressures and noise went away. Informed customer to monitor the unit for 48 hours and let us know if issue comes back. Customer understood. "Customer concerned that the left side smaller oven is not heating properly. Confirmed issue. Found igniter only pulling an amperage draw of 2.1 amps which is an indication of a weak igniter. Quoted customer to install new igniter. Customer approved repair cost. Installed new igniter and tested, all ops good. Job complete.

"Customer concerned that the unit will not spin, and is displaying F1E1 error code. Customer also has defective door hinge. Confirmed both issues. Upon arrival, checked error codes and found F1E1 code. Checked service matters for error code description and it is related to a corrupted memory within the ACU. This could have been caused by a power surge, manufacturer recommends to power cycle the unit at the breaker and back on again. Cleared error code and reset at breaker. Tested unit on a drain and spin and it is working. Error code has not come back at this time. Recommended to customer to run it a few times and if it comes back, we will need to replace the ACU. If issue comes back, and customer wants to proceed, please pre order a new ACU/W11201292 and RFI Filter/WPW10367632. Customer may also call to proceed with door hinge if ACU works for a few weeks. Door Hinge/WPW10208415.

I was able to place unit into diagnostic mode and did not find any stored fault codes. Found power on key unresponsive on control panel. Installed new control panel and confirmed power on key is working properly now. Started a short wash cycle and confirmed unit washing properly. Job complete.

Confirmed unit draining slow upon arrival. Found and removed a couple of pieces of glass from the short drain hose that attaches to the drain pump. Perform multiple test and confirmed unit is properly draining now. Job complete complete

Found unit set on low but could confim heat.. Went outside and checked air vent which had like a basket trap and it was completely full... Removed that while unit was running and blew out a bunch of useen lint.... Also advised customer to get a new vent as it looked old and was twisted but unit is now working better than before and with a new vent and all the old lint burns off unit will be fine

Installed new damper as the one installed on 11/5 may have been defective as it was working great for customer but started acting up just like the old one but not as bad but customer is worried issue will get worse

"Installed new valve as i found a ball of ice in freezer near fan motor which would have been the noise from the fan motor that they were hearing but lower the temp last time the sound went away but changed the motor as it may have been straining the motor,,,, Also after replacing valve the customer confirmed a better water flow from dispencer

"Prior to service, customer had uninstalled and disconnected the unit from power, water supply and drain. Unit currently at ambient temperature and partially disassembled, no water within the ice bin and/or unit compartment area. Found no signs of water leak at the unit compartment floor pan with exception to a 2 inch diameter area directly beneath the heat exchanger as expected through normal continued use, no signs of water runoff. Found water had been supplied to the unit via R/O system through a John Guest type compression fitting. Found the exterior drain hose had been kinked restricting and/or blocking flow of discharge water prior to the unit being uninstalled. Any one of the issues as found could result in potential water leak(s). Rather than advance with part installation in attempt to eliminate potential sources of water leaks, the customer has opted to reconnect the unit to power, water supply and drain, and run the unit through normal operation while pulled from the cabinet surround to identify and confirm source of water leak(s). Customer will correct if able or call for further repair service if needed. Customer to advise.

"Confirmed unit not starting when pressing the start button. Confirmed fuses, thermostats, door switch, and start switch all checked good. Confirmed proper power to terminal block with no loose connections. Re-tried unit and confirmed unit starting and running properly now. Advised Mrs., unable to determine cause of why unit started working (possibly loose wire connection). Advise trip charge good for 30 days and to call back if issue returns.

Removed old microwave and installed new microwave. Performed short test and confirmed microwave working properly. Job complete.

Confirmed ice cubes properly dispensing. Placed several cubes in a Tupperware bowl and placed to the back of the freezer. Advised Mrs. to call us back if the solid block of ice reforms inside the ice band. Using the ice cubes in the little Tupperware container as a reference to see if the ice cubes are melting, then refreezing. Also through further evaluation, found drain clogged, causing water to back up and leak out front of refrigerator door. Advise Mrs. to monitor unit in. Call us back if issue returns."

"Confirmed spring fell off of dispenser door. Reinstalled spring, and confirmed dispenser door working properly. Advised, if spring continues to pop off, complete dispenser assembly would need to be replaced. Estimate declined at this time to replace dispenser assembly.

"Found compressor loose since it was missing 2 screws therefore it would rattle very loud while running. Repaired problem by adding to nut screws and lining the compressor correctly. Also found the defrost evap bracket lose and out of place so the defrost water was not going into the tunnel to the Ptrap but going into the freezer. Reinstalling it correctly so now the defrost water is going down to the drain pan. Unit is now working and cooling properly. Job complete.

Install new compressor and dye dryer. Vacuum system for 30 minutes. Recharge system with correct amount of refrigerant 6.5 ounces R134A. Checked for leaks and found none. Unit looks to be cooling properly. Advise customer to wait a full day to see if temperatures go back to normal. Job complete.

"Got to this unit to find that the error code for long fill was present. After talking with the customer, heard that he clothes were coming out hot at the end. Tested the unit an found that the hot and cold lines were reversed. Further visual inspection found that the drain line was inserted too far into the drain receptacle, thinwas causing a siphon issue. After changing the lines around to be proper, tested the unit further to find no further issues are occurring after these changes. Was also able to show the customer more water under the deep fill setting than the customer had ever seen in this unit unit. Job complete.

"20 plus yr old refrigerator has bad ice maker and leaking valve,customer will buy new.

Insulated new gaskets seals in the back around the cooper tubing so they wont rub on each other when unit is running which causing loud rattling noises. Advised misses to allow a few hours before unit starts to get back to normal temperatures. Job complete.
