Upon removing ice maker I noticed liner is swelling preventing ice maker housing to come out. Cannot repair.

Found multiple error codes for long drain and over suds. Found drain line not high enough which could cause a syphon issue. I advised Mrs of proper soap usage and fabric softer dilution. Cleared out codes and unit does have a bit of a slow drain it could be due to how the drain line is routed. Advised cust to raise the drain line up about a foot and re tap con it into the wall. If problem persists they can call us back and we can elimate drain or soap being the issue.

Coffee maker is having issues with milk frothing not always working. Unit has the old air valve and we were informed by tech line it would need updated to new air valve. Informed the customer that there is a possible risk of this damaging the main control board and that if that happens a new board would be needed.

Units RC evaporator cover assembly uninstalled for inspection finding standing water at the RC defrost drain funnel. Grounding wire inserted into the defrost drain tube finding a blockage at 3 1/4 inch. Attempted to clear using both hot water and air under pressure without success. This units RC defrost drain tube is foamed within the cabinet and is nonserviceable. Rob with Whirlpool T/L advised on unit status. T/L has submitted for review under non-repairable failure. All information has been recorded in Whirlpool SR#: 7740397037.

Found the units outlet thermal fuse open resulting in operational failure reported. New thermal fuse from truck sock installed to correct. Unit ran through both diagnostic testing and Timed Dry / High Heat cycle without fault. All unit operations to include proper cycling of the heater circuit check good upon completion of service. installed new gaskets and raised door a 1/4 inch and heated with heat gun... Also confirmed with customer nothing has froze at this time so moving product away from the wall has seemed to help

"Subzero T/L advanced on operational failure and displayed 003 Error prior to part installation. Testing conducted confirming primary failure due to a faulty communications control. All other unit components i.e. elements, oven sensors, door switches, etc. pass testing without fault. New communications control installed per instruct. Confirmed full operational function of the units larger (RH) oven restored. Both LH / RH ovens ran through normal bake cycle reaching preheat of 350?F. LH oven did require an additional 10-15min to reach preheat however, continued to cycle off / on and maintain set temperature through duration of operation +30min. Customer to continue normal use of the unit and advise should further service be required.

"Customer concerned that there is ice buildup on the bottom of the freezer section. Upon arrival, checked all door seals and they are good. Unit currently in a defrost cycle and confirmed that the drain line is clear and not overflowing into the bottom of the freezer section. Found ice buildup underneath the freezer door seal, preventing door from shutting all the way. After inspection of the ice buildup, suspect that either the door was left slightly open or was not shutting all the way at one time, which caused condensation to build inside the freezer. Removed ice buildup from bottom of the freezer section, as well as under freezer door. Checked all other components and confirmed that they are working. Job complete."

"Got to this unit and found that the drain pump, indeed had power going to it, but was not actually able to move any water. Customer had taken this unit completely apart on the inside of the tub. Diagnosed unit and determine the filter replacement was faulty. The chip integrated did not function so unit would not recognize the filter therefore water would not flow. Customer had an extra filter so we tried it and it worked. Water is now dispensing properly the front dispenser and ice maker. Job complete.

Inspected unit and determine the internal blower housing as faulty lose therefore rattling at all times and letting heat inside unit. Repaired problem by reattaching the housing tightly and securely. It is now venting properly internally and making its normal operational noises. Tested properly. Job complete.

Installed new parts. Tested operation of the unit and it is now working properly. Job complete.

Came and inspected icemaker and is still not making ice. Temperature in the freezer is good so is the water com8ng into the icemaker. Determine we have a faulty icemaker. Need to be replaced . Gave customer an estimate and she approved it. Installed new ice maker. Tested operation of the icemaker and it is now working properly. Job complete.

SR7740375225 Unit tripped breaker with new harness so called techline again and with a different test we found with resistiance theres a break in the lining of the cabinet and deemed non repairable.

"Poured ice out of old ice bin and poured into new ice bin. Dispensed cubed ice several times and found an occasional cube getting crushed. Confirmed no ice shavings under ice bin after dispensing. Advises to monitor unit and if issue still continues of ice shaving buildup under bin, Call whirlpool customer service with SR number given from previous trip out. Job complete."

Found unit low on refrigerant advised Mr. of possible outcomes and found when looking up parts that the evaporator is no longer available. Mr. is going to go to Appliance direct to get new unit.

Found intermittent F5 fault Indicating no signal from electronic control. Unit has no electronic parts available from manufacturer. Customer to replace the appliance.

"Upon arrival, checked temperature in the freezer and got 3 degrees and slowly dropping closer to 0. Checked refrigerators temperature and got 39 degrees and slower dropping. Temperatures are looking very good. Informed customer to keep an eye on it and let us know if there are any questions/concerns that they may have. Job complete."

Found unit set on cold and they do not have hot water hook up... Unit went through all testings without any issue minus the no hot water coming in but unit is working fine and spoke with maintence man and set other unit to tap cold for them so no further issues will happen

"New capacitor and diode installed restoring full operational function without fault, electrical arcing, abnormal sound issues, etc. All unit operations check good upon completion of service, pictures attached for reference. Customer to continue normal use of the unit, monitor and advise should further service be required.

"Found the cosmetic trim along the left hand side (opposite the hinge side) bent inward along the lower section allowing for contact between the trim and the FC stainless steel exterior door panel. Issue if not noticed and addressed when closing the FC drawer prevents FC door from fully closing allowing for loss of cooling, air infiltration and frost accumulation within the FC interior. At some point, someone had installed 3/8' inch self tapping sheet metal screws through the side trim into the adjoining wooden cabinetry at various locations however, screws used were of inadequate length and improper design for material application. Sheet metal screw previously installed in attempt to secure the trim at the lower left corner which had since pulled free the cabinetry removed and placed between the trim and the units exterior cabinet (not the adjacent wooden cabinet) providing adequate spacing for proper FC drawer function without contact. All unit operations to include proper FC / RC door function and seal check good upon completion of service. Customer to monitor and advise should further service be required."

Got to this unit to discover that the unit would not get out of drain cycle. No matter what was done the computer would not get out of the cycle. It was stuck in. not able to get unit to proceed through any amount of testing. It is my recommendation that the customer get a different unit. This computer would need to be replaced as well as other possible parts and this unit is approximately 10 years old. Job complete.

Got to this unit and was able to install new control. After installation ran testing and discovered that this unit is working correctly. No further issues found all buttons are working. All parts and pieces of the test were working without any problems. Job complete.
