Was ready to install ball bearing and determine the seal around the drum had came off therefore needed to be reinstalled wi5 an strong adhesive glue. Reinstalled seal with adhesive and unit is now working properly and making its normal operational noises. Will return part ordered to office. Adjusted estimate for only service and labor plus tax.

Inspected unit and determine 2 orifices were clogged and needed to be cleaned one wire connection needed a fitting. Installed fitting and cleaned out orifices. Tested burners and they all work properly. Job complete.

"Installed all new parts. Vacuumed system for 25min. Recharged system with correct amount of refrigerant 5.50 ounces R134A. Unit is now cooling and working properly. Job complete.

Got to this unit to find a kink in the hose. Treated out hoses and tested the unit again. Found it to be draining properly change the positioning of the hose to not allow for kinking any further or again. Job complete.

Upon restoring power all initial start up procedures to include compressor run initiated without fault. All unit test and operations check good upon completion of repair. Tested pump and confirmed it is good.. Installed new panel but old ui did not transfer model number over so reinstalled old control and everything transfered over properly and uint is now working as it should

Complaint unit off balance all the time. I found that the suspension rods were weak and very bouncy. But further inspecting the unit I found that the gearcase was leaking oil down the cam assembly. I let the customer know of my finding and they decided to replace the unit.

Changed evap fan motor and main control. Confirmed component operation. Unit operates as designed.

Found unit with shifter failure error code and while under unit inspecting i found oil starting to come out which most likely shorted the clutch and the slider also being damaged so customer is going to get a new washer

Got to unit insulated the condenser line charged up to 140 psi at 140pm at 156pm I have 135 psi showing on gauges leak in the Yoder loop called tech support unit non repairable SR # 7737639757

Checked unit ops ran unit through a diagnostic test cycle everything is operating as designed pods are getting stuck on bottom of dispenser and upper rack advised customer about issue and advise customer to use powder detergent everything checks good at this time .

Inspected unit and determine the compressor has gotten water in the system from a seal system leak therefore it is contaminated. Will need to replace compressor and then also Find the leak. Advised customer it will it be cost effective since it has no warranty at all. Customer agreed and will buy a new unit.

Installed new main control board in unit and programmed board to specs of unit. Everything checks good at this time.

"New switch assembly installed restoring proper voltage to all three halogen light assemblies. However, found two of the three halogen bulbs blown. Later through service after confirming proper lighting function the third halogen bulb had blown during the reassembly. Customer will purchase and install new halogen bulbs (Qty3). Confirmed program code of *01 matches listing on the Model / Serial tag. Power cycle conducted after which intermittent damper control function was restored through diagnostics only. Units damper control has failed to function through normal operations remaining in the position the damper door was in when exiting diagnostics. Failure as found relates to communications failures between the HV, UI, and Damper controls. Unable to positively identify failure to one, two or all three controls due to inconsistencies in test results. Due to the unit age, condition, decreasing part availability and cost repair the customer has opted not to advance with repair service at this time. Quote listed is for estimate only. Checked unit and showed cust the refill salt message was keeping her from selecting a different cycle. I adjusted the tension on 5e door springs so the door would not fall so fast. Job complete

Checked pressure and notice low side was -6 and high +130..looks to have a restriction.. vacuumed system for about 45 minutes to get rid of all the moisture and the recharged system with correct about of refrigerant 56 grams R600a. unit is now cooling properly. Job complete.

Installed all new parts. Tested operation of the unit and it is now working properly. Job complete.

Inspected unit and determine the front right and rear left burners would not ignite. Found the spark electrodes on each burner dirty with debris therefore not sparking the gas into flames. Cleaned out the electrodes and got rid of the debris. Burners are now working properly. Job complete.

"F0-E5 (Off Balance Load), F7-E5 (Shifter Fault) & F7-E7 (Motor Unable to Reach Target RPM) recorded in unit history, cleared prior to testing. Unit ran through diagnostic manual load testing confirming failure of the unit mode shifter actuator resulting in excessive wear to the cam assembly. New mode shifter actuator supplied by pre-ID and cam assembly from truck stock installed to correct. Unit ran through calibration cycle, auto test and manual load testing in diagnostics now without fault. All unit operations check good upon completion of repair. Customer to advise.

"Installed new left front dual burner switch due to staying on high all the time,tested good afterwards

"Found unit throwing E09 heat fault, tested and found heat pump resistance over 47ohms. Normal resistance js 8.6 to 10.2 ohms. Replaced heat pump assembly, tested through a cycle and all checks OK.

I uninstalled the unit. I placed it on the counter and removed and replaced the interlock switch and fuse all functions now check OK. Job complete.
