Installed new drain pump. Period. Tested operation of the unit and it is now draining properly and making it normal operational noises. Functions correctly. Job complete.

"Found the units safety cut-off thermal open resulting in reported heating failure. Confirmed the units heater element not open and/or shorted to ground. New thermal kit from truck stock install to correct. All unit tests and operations to include proper cycling of the heater circuit check good upon completion of service. Customer to advise.

Complaint leak. I found that in a normal cycle the motor was leaking water. Unit needs a pump and motor.I informed customers of the issue and pricing and they opted to get a new unit.

Installation completed to customers satisfaction. Unit ran through diagnostic testing without fault and/or water leaks. All unit operations check good upon completion of service. Customer to advise.

Found washpump impeller broken from motor shaft. Issue is causing no water circulation in unit during wash cycle. Installed new washpump assembly and confirmed proper operation.

Got back to the unit and removed chunk of ice in the evaporator section. Determine this was from before resolution. Tested icemaker again to ensure we were not getting water outside of the field tube. This is correct. Unit had good frost pattern before closing up the evaporator.no further issues seen at this time. Job complete.

Complaint PO keeps appearing and freezer wont cool. I found in the freezer the whole Evap and drain hole was covered in ice and the FC thermistor was worked on. Unit would need a control and motor Evap after checking diagnostics and the unit. I informed the customers of my findings and they opted to get a new unit.

Installed new light inside freezer compartment. Confirmed all lights are working properly now.

"Refrigerator leaking because of drain p trap tube clogged,cleared and tested good afterwards.

"Installed new knob and timer, but when started unit found unit had a little to no airflow removed vent off back and found unit completely clogged of lent vent line clogged with lint and the rest of the vent stack. Clogged with lint advice, property manager they have to have that cleaned."

Found that the plastic cover for the wires (on the control board )had popped open and was hitting against the tub during spin. Repositioned wire cover door. Lock tabs on both sides appears secure now. Job complete.

Installed new control board and advise customer to monitor unit. Unit working properly at this time. Job complete.

Installed water valve and tested unit in test mode 1 2 3 for both valves and they went through each selection normally ... Unit is now working like it should

Replaced defective ice maker and installed new freezer gasket. Heated the gasket to shape around the cabinet. Gasket seals all the way around correctly. Entered diagnostics found no error codes on the new ice maker. Advised cx to call the office if no ice by tomorrow.

Found agitator bolt stripped out of gearcase. Found a lot of rust on tranny shaft and oil under the unit. Not worth repair

I installed the control and found that the unit was now sending power to the drain pump but the pump ohms read bad. I had to install a new drain pump aswell and gave customers new price. He accepted to pay and unit is now working as designed with no faults or errors.

Found leak at steel connection of drier from drain pan heater. Installed drier and repaired leak. Vacuumed and unit held vacuum. Charged with 68g of r600. Had good heat exchange at Yoder loop inlet. Customer should have ice now because it will be cold enough.

Both dispenser and water dispenser are working on the door as well. Ask the customer to please discard the first two or three batches that come out of the icemaker to ensure fresh clean ice. Job complete

Installed dryer maintenance kit. Ran unit for 10+ minutes and verified unit is running quiet and all checks OK.

"When I arrived today, the customer told me that she is refusing any further service on this machine. She wanted me to contact Whirlpool Techline and document the issue here today to also let them know that she is denying any further service on this machine. the unit was locked and filled with water and clothing. I entered the unit into diagnostics and tried to unlock the unit and drain it, and diagnostics would not allow me to do anything. I removed the top panel so that the customer could retrieve her clothing from the unit. I then called Whirlpool Techline and spoke with Kirt .I gave him the entire work history including parts replaced on this unit. he documented everything and told me to have the customer contact or Whirlpool customer care. "When I arrived, it was standing water left inside the unit. I set the unit to drain and spin and it performed as it should. I tested all of the other functions and everything checked good. I suspect the unit went off balance. Unit is about seven years old but suspension is still in pretty decent condition at this point. Advise customer on proper loading to extend suspension life. Added some customer supplied vinegar to the unit and started a heavy cycle to clean and disinfect the unit from the standing water that was present. All functions check OK at this time. Job complete."

"Refrigerator leaking from clogged drain line,I cleared tube from behind and cleared pan with hot water afterwards.

"Found the unit disconnected from power at the home circuit breaker. Customer reports continuous oven interior illumination regardless of door position or setting at the UI as the reason for removal from power when the microwave is not in use. Initial inspection has confirmed interior lighting issue reported as well as found the door lock partially engaged. Full diagnostic tested conducted prior to part installation. No fault error codes recorded in unit history. Unit ran through manual load testing confirming the oven sensor within range, 240VAC supplied, safety TOD closed, bake / broil elements good, condenser fan motor / cooling fan motor fully functional. Interior lighting function On / Off checks good. Found no voltage supplied to the door lock motor through testing. Units lock motor checks good, not open or shorted to ground. Door position and motor position switches also both check good. Component operation(s) only energized and functional through diagnostic load testing, not normal cycle / option selection. In speaking with the customer further found A&E had initiated service following original failure condition. In attempt to correct the prior servicer had installed a new appliance manager x2 (part number confirmed correct) and one original appliance manager obtained through eBay which is the current control installed. Only partial and varying functionality restored following prior services. Failure believed to go beyond the appliance manager to include (but not limited to) the UI panel. Additional component failures may exist. Rather than risk potential for rising cost to restore full unit functionality the customer has opted not to advance with further service at this time. Customer to advise.

"Found unit full of water. Vacuumed out water and pulled bottom panel, found oil leaking from gearcase. Not worth repair."

"Customer concerned that the unit is leaking. Confirmed issue. Upon arrival, inspected spray arm and found that the seam on the spray arm is broken, causing water to spray under the door when running. Tried running the unit to see if the spray arm moves but it does not move, water is just spraying out from the seam on the spray arm. Quoted customer for a new spray arm, total is $224.74. Customer declining repair and wants to order and install himself.

I replaced all the parts with new parts and tested operations. All ops and components tested good without faults or fail. Job complete

Found spray hose had some mildew buildup which allowed it to slip off so when unit would spray it was losing its water within seconds. Cleaned and reattached hose tight and all operations test OK at this time.

Replaced disposal and Flange assembly. Tested unit and all checks OK at this time.

"Replaced FF Evap fan motor, bimetal, defrost heater and ran SUM module software update. All operations test OK at this time.

"Found blown thermal fuse. I removed and replaced it with a new part supplied by customer. I explained to her that there is no implied warranty on this part since we are not supplying it. I also provided her with contact information for Mastertech Dryer Vent cleaning as the Dryer Vent is a complete blockage. I advised her not to use the dryer until she has the Dryer Vent clean. I also advised her that if we return for the same problem and the dryer vent has not been cleaned, she will be charged once again for service call and labor. Dryer was running and heating when I left. I left it unplugged from power so as to not encourage the use of it until dryer vent is clean. Job complete."

I removed and replaced the lid and both left and right side hinges. I then ran a factory calibration and tested all functions and the unit now checks OK. Job complete.

"When I arrived, unit did not seem to perform as it should. I entered the unit into diagnostics and did a self diagnostics test. After that point, the unit began functioning as it should. In my opinion, there was a logic interruption in the ACU. At this point all functions now check OK After this test. Job complete."

"F9-E1 (Drain Fault) recorded in unit history, cleared prior to testing. Unit ran through manual load testing in diagnostics confirming drain failure. Units drain pump motor can be heard energized with no rotation of the impeller. Inspection conducted finding and removing metal obstruction from within the drain pump housing. No significant component damage found. All components reassembled and testing repeated without fault and/or water leaks. All unit operations check good upon completion of service. Customer to continue normal use of the unit and advise should further service be required.

"Inspected unit and determine the icemaker is getting 120vac but will not activate. Need part. Gave customer an estimate and he approved it. Installed new icemaker. Tested operation and it working properly. Customer purchased cam door from us and he will install it.

Inspected unit and determine the Gearcase assembly is leaking oil therefore windings are drying and making noise. Will need to be replaced. With that will need to change cam clutch and hub kit. Will not be cost effective. Customer agreed. Will purchase new unit.

Came to reinspect unit and determine the suspension rods were faulty which tested operation of the unit and it is not working properly. Job complete.

"Found heavy buildup within the units pressure hose preventing proper function of the drain pump allowing up to +3in of standing water to remain within the ice bin causing ice produced to melt rapidly. Units drain hose port, pressure hose and pressure switch cleared of obstructions restoring proper drain pump function. All unit test and operations check good upon completion of service. Customer to monitor and advise should further service be required.

Replaced defective user interface.also found main harness installed incorrectly. Reinstalled harness correctly. Tested operations successfully. Unit operates as designed.

Replaced damaged impact absorbers. All operations check okay at this time.

Installed new refrigerator door and all listed components. Confirmed icemaker cycled and properly filled. Advise customer to allow 24 hours before ice bin starts to fill. Job complete.
