Diagnosed unit and determine the bake element is getting 220 VAC but will not turn on. Faulty bake element. Need part. Gave customer an estimate and he approved it. Install new bake element tested operation of the oven and it is now working properly. Job complete.

"Inspected unit and determine the left freezer door. Railing was loose faulty therefore not allowing the door to close all the way. Repair problem by re-installing the left railing on the freezer tightly and securely. The freezer door is now properly. Also, added gaskets underneath the lip of the top freezer original gasket to reduce condensation. Also selected the vertical mullion to 2 to keep here on at all times. Also leveled the unit for customer. Unit is now working properly. Job complete.

Found controls stuck at add cleaner and would not advance. Reset electronics and was able to get unit to initiate a clean cycle. Advised Mrs clean cycle will run for 70 minutes and clean light should go off after completion. All checks OK at this time.

Found unit would not fill. Valve was buzzing but no water passing through. Removed access panel between washer and dryer and found water supply turned off to unit. Mrs does not know how water was turned off. Access is not easy as the laundry center is directly in front of the supply. Ran washer through a diagnostic cycle and all components pass. Also ran a quick wash which completed without fault. All operations test OK at this time.
