"Customer concerned that the unit made a pop noise and the unit now has no power. Confirmed issue. Upon arrival, pulled unit out and checked power at the outlet. Got 0vac at the outlet. Removed terminal block cover and found wires installed properly and no issues with wiring at the terminal block. Removed back panel for the infinite switches and found no sign of burning or arcing. Checked breaker and found breaker is tripped for the oven. Turned breaker back on and checked power again and power is good. Got 120/120/240vac. Customer stating that the issue happened when she was using all 4 of the burners at the same time. Checked all the infinite switches and the burners and they are all working. Cannot find any issues within the unit itself. Informed customer to contact an electrician to get the house electrical inspected for issues, in case there is a wiring or breaker issue. Customer understood.

When I arrived today customer mentioned some popping banging sounds that she heard in the middle of the night. Temperatures were perfect. Ice bin was full of ice. "Got to this unit to find there to be water leaking from the evaporator in the freezer. This was due to the drain pan having a fair amount of ice in it. When this unit would go into a defrost cycle, the water had no choice but to roll out onto the floor of the unit and then onto the floor of the house. Was able to not only thaw out the pan, but thaw the drain from the front with the steamer. Then confirmed proper drain flow with approximately 3 to 4 ounces of water hot this water flowed without issue to the drain pan in the bottom. No further issues found at this time with drain system. Got unit put back together and found that the tray in the rear that was helping to deflect air was actually also causing a problem with the door shutting properly. Due to this, it was advised to leave that pan out and proceed without that in place, only for the instance that the door was not shutting properly. Collected for half hour labor and service call. Got unit back together and saw temperature change before leaving. Job complete."

"Found frost accumulation at the air diffuser, air return port and lower portion of the evaporator blocking all airflow to the RC resulting in RC no cool condition reported. Unit ran through diagnostic testing confirming all unit components to include the defrost heater circuit fully functional. Frost buildup found appears due to air infiltration over a prolonged period of time i.e. door ajar. Both the FC / RC door gaskets check good and sealing properly. All frost cleared restoring airflow to the RC. Customer to monitor unit operations / temperatures and advise should further service be required.

"Customer stated the unit was tripping the circuit breaker immediately upon being plugged in. Customers electrician connected the unit to a 2 pole extension cord (no ground pole) into the same receptacle and they stated the tripping stopped. On arrival the unit was still connected to the extension cord and was running and cooling. Verified polarity of power cord and receptacle was correct. Disconnected extension cord and connected directly to house supply, put amp probe on compressor and amp draw was less than 1A. Compressor windings check good. Could not duplicate tripping issue today. Unit is on an AFCI/GFCI breaker and is not on a dedicated circuit per manufacturer requirements. Per customers request left the unit directly plugged into house supply so they can monitor for nuisance tripping. Customer to contact electrician for further assistance."

"Customer concerned that the unit is not cooling properly in the freezer, and the display status lights turn off after 2 minutes. Upon arrival, temperature in the freezer is 0 degrees and freezing properly. Removed evaporator panel and accessed evaporator. Evaporator has full frost pattern. Checked evaporator fan and defrost heater in diagnostics and both are working. All thermistors are receiving a pass signal. Made adjustment to the defrost thermistor by removing clip and adding 2 zip ties onto cap tube side of the evaporator (per manufacturer the zip ties are allowed). Found no further cooling issues at this time and informed customer to give unit 24 hours to adjust. For screen issue, called tech line and verified that the status lights are supposed to turn off after 2 minutes of inactivity. Found proof of this in the reference guide, page #1. Showed customer this as well. Found no further issues with this unit at all. Job complete."

"When I got to the home I checked the temperatures in the freezer and fresh food compartment and it checks out good. Freezer temperature reads at + 3 degrees Fahrenheit, fresh food is reading +37 Fahrenheit .. checked pressure on Low side and its reading -6 . Unit is also make good ice. Customer is happy . Complaint wont spin out clothes on large loads. I ran diagnostics mode and components tests to find the unit was running as designed. I ran a normal cycle with towels to find that the unit ran as designed. I found that the customers might have had the spin off for the heavy cycles I advised them on how to use the unit and the customers will contact us if they continue to have problems.

"Customer reports poor drying results by end of cycle. Confirmed the customer is following all recommended procedures for optimal wash and drying results. In attempt to enter the program settings menu for *Extended Dry the customer had followed procedures as listed in the Use & Care guide and followed instructed actions with B/S/H Customer Support, both with no success. Through testing and trial found information listed in the Use & Care guide to be incorrect. The Use & Care guide incorrectly states at step No.1 the units door must be in the open position. As this unit has been designed with a forward facing UI panel the door must be in the closed position (not open) to enter the program settings menu. Program setting menu entered and *Extended Dry option selected. Customer will continue normal use and advise should further service be required. Picture of the units Model / Serial tag and POP attached for warranty processing."
