"F35 (Analog Pressure Sensor Failure) recorded in unit history. Attempted diagnostic auto test however faulted out under F35 within less than two minutes into cycle. Confirmed the units air dome, pressure hose and pressure switch port all clear of debris and/or obstruction. Wire harness checks good finding no damage, all connections secure. Unable to conduct full operational testing due to primary failure. No less than a new analog pressure switch would be needed to correct. Additional unit component failures may exist. Due to the unit age, multiple unit component parts to include the needed pressure switch have been discontinued and are NLA. Unable to conduct repair due to part status. Customer has been advised.

Go to the unit to find that the dryer was receiving 120V on the neutral as well as 120 on both legs in. This is not normal nor will the unit work with not being able to relieve power. Remove the rear panel and checked all thermistors and thermal fuse to ensure proper function. Once power is restored to the unit. "Found the ice maker harvest stripper in the home position however, no water or ice within any of the ice cube mold segments. Both the units ice maker water fill tube and ice maker water filled cup clear of ice and or obstruction(s). Ice maker unable to advance through harvest cycle. Confirmed 120VAC supplied to the units ice maker. Customer had previously conducted troubleshooting and power cycle without change. Ice production failure reported due to a failed ice maker. New ice maker from truck stock installed to correct. Upon restoring power the newly installed ice maker initiated and completed harvest cycle to include proper water fill without fault and/or water leaks. Customer to monitor and advise.

"Came to inspected unit and determine the dispenser motor and shaft are faulty. Different problem then prior. Gave customer an estimate and they approved it. Installed new dispenser motor and shaft. Tested operation of the dispenser and it is now dispensing ice. Job complete.
