"Upon arrival found the unit had been set for *Cooling Off, clearly displayed at the units dispenser UI control. Unit set for Cooling On after which all unit components initiated cooling operations without fault. Additionally the customer has reported no ice production and/or water dispensing. Confirmed water related issues not due to a fault of the unit but the result of a faulty RO water system, no pressure. Units ice maker production set for Off and the dispenser UI control locked to prevent use of and damage to the units inlet water valves. Customer instructed on Use & Care to include full functions and settings of the dispenser UI control to prevent reoccurring unintentional setting of options and/or functions. Customer will contact a certified plumber to address water supply issues and advise should ice production and/or water dispensing issues persist once proper water pressure has been restored to the unit."

"Got to this unit to find water at the dispensary. Pulled the ice bin to find no water in the maker, nor was there any ice in the bin. Removed the cover for the main plug for the icemaker. Unplugged and plugged this back in then did a power reset to find that the icemaker then came alive initiated a harvest cycle and found icemaker to move through the process properly. Unit then delivered water to the icemaker. We need to wait and find out if this icemaker will continue this process. But at this time unit is set to make ice. Job complete."

"Got to this unit to find that customer had previously had other technicians out. Previous technician had replaced water valve. But did not clean out the funnel on the icemaker. This has caused the icemakers funnel to be full of ice so that when water was requested by the icemaker, the water went everywhere inside the Ice room section. Due to this, there was water running out the dispenser when ice was trying to be given as well as auger was frozen up in the ice bin. Was able to clear these ice pieces out and get icemaker to work. During this testing did not find the icemaker to be leaking. Also check to ensure that the maker itself filled and went through the motions. Have removed a chunk of ice as well from the inlet of the refrigerator going to the maker. Icemaker went through its harvest cycle without issue. No leaks no further issues seen with that at this time. Job complete.

"Customer stated that the front left burner would not turn off. When I arrived, the unit was unplugged from power. I plugged it back in and tested all functions and they all check OK. I removed the front burner, infinite switch and inspected it and did not see any visible signs of damage. I advised customer that this was the only variable that could cause the unit to fail. I tested it and it worked just fine. Customer decided to replace switch. I removed and replace the switch. I tested all functions. Job complete.

"There is a large void in the insulating foam on the rear of the unit. This caused a large hole in the back, which then formed condensation and ice. The ice built up so much to the point that it actually removed a portion of the drywall behind the refrigerator. I have attached photos of this issue. I showed this to the customer and explained what happened. Customer will replace unit. Job complete."
