Customer concerned that the unit is not cooling properly and the over temp alarm is on. Confirmed issue. Upon arrival, was able to reset the temp alarm on the interface. Customer defrosted the ice out from the freezer evaporator 2 days ago so frost pattern looks good at this time. However, upon accessing the heater, found right side of the heater has fallen down and is touching the liner. Adjusted heating element and verified its secure. Suspect that the defrost cycle wasnt fully completing due to heater installation. Relocated bi metal to better spot on the evaporator. Re-installed and informed customer to monitor over the next month or so. Customer understood. Job complete."

Found unit not progressing through the cycle due to water supply being turned off. Mrs had plumbing done work recently and the supply was not turned back on.
