"Got to this unit to hear from the customer that the dryer was making some loud noises. Was unable to replicate the noises that the customer was explaining. Did take the unit apart and found there to be several underwires in the motor area. As well as a bobby pin and part of a zipper. It is very difficult to say, whether or not these were the items that were being heard since nothing was heard on arrival or through testing. Also found that the right hand side of the unit as you take the front plate off was missing a screw and the cleat to hold the screw. Took a piece of wire just to this back to make sure that this was not one of the possible noises being heard between these two parts moving. asked the customer to record this issue the next time it happens so that we can have better information if it does again. "Got to this unit for the customer to describe a groaning or roaring noise coming from the dryer. Believe this to be one of the rotating parts that comes in a repair kit. Gave customer estimate for this was approved. Opened up the unit to find that one of the support wheels for the drum had failed. It stuck in a manner to where the inner part of the metal to metal portion of the bearing had stopped, and the plastic portion of the wheel kept going. Once the wheel was removed, discovered there was no damage to the spindle. Was able to clean off and put unit back together with parts needed. No further issues found after started and run for approximately 10 to 15 minutes.

"Initiated back to back wash cycles confirming reoccurring F13 fault (Water Intake Sensor Error). Unit uninstalled and left side panel removed exposing the water intake manifold. No physical damage found, flow meter harness connection secure. Unit again initiated wash cycle. During initial water fill cycle the flow meter wheel did not appear to be rotating. Area of the flow meter sensor tapped after which rotation of the flow meter wheel had resumed rotation at speed without issue. Unit ran through multiple wash cycles from initial fill to wash pump motor activation without reoccurring fault. Reoccurring failure may have been due to plastic flash left from manufacturing and/or other obstruction impeding rotation of the flow meter wheel. Unit reassembled, installed and secured. Unit again initiated and allowed to continue operating through normal wash cycle. All unit test and operations check good upon completion of service. Customer to continue normal use of the unit and advise should further service be required."

Came and pressurized the system with 250 psi of nitrogen check for leaks and all the joints in the low side and high side use both sniffer and bubbles and found none whatsoever stepped outside for 25 minutes came back inside and noticed the pressure in the system went down 25 pounds so red to 25 psi that tells me that internal leak in the liner in the cabinet somewhere this unit will be deemed non repairable. Units ice maker water fill tube frozen stopping water flow to the ice maker resulting in ice production failure. All ice cleared from the ice maker water fill tube. "Got to this unit to hear from the customer that ice was falling down from the shoot into the area and melting as well as water dripping from this area. Open the door and found there to be lots of ice building underneath the ice bin. This is typically due to, the shoot, not being sealed correctly in the door or not being sealed correctly by the dispenser part outside the door. Could not tell there to be any issue with the outer portion of the dispenser. However, when removing the shoot found there to be improper gasket coverage for several portions that were allowing warm moist air to come through into the basket area as well as under, the auger area. Use some gasket material to get this sealed up. Will have to order the dispenser if this continues.

Got to this unit and found error code for pressure switch giving invalid information. Got into the unit and found that the pressure hose was in a position that it would kink easily. Was able to re-address this hose position and make to where that should not happen.. Tested the unit further and was able to show both myself and the customer that the unit was able to receive an automatic water level setting. As well as a maximum water level setting. Unit ran through normal cycle properly unit also completed all diagnostics after this without issue. No further issues detected at this time. Job complete.

Got to this unit and could hear the damper door opening and closing and making its noises that were heard the last time I were here. This definitely required to replace the control again. Use the part that I was set with to fix and saw the unit open and closed multiple times without the audible heard noise. Unit is working correctly now. Job complete.

"Came to inspect Unit and customer had the unit shut off for several hours since it was not cooling correctly. I was able to check both evaporator fan and condenser fan and compressor and all three components are running the high side which is the condenser coil its kind of warm, which is a good thing meaning that Freon is circulating and theres high-pressure. Could have been a defrost cycle issue but since he unplugged it I couldnt confirm. Advise customer to let the unit run for 48hrs and see if it goes back to temperature. He will call us back to let us know.
